Today was my first time ever shopping at this store and it was great. The salesperson Waquar was very informative and very helpful as I trying to figure out what to buy. I will definitely be returning in the near future!!!

Staff is amazing.This is honestly the only shop in NY that has some good Pakistani clothing and shoes. Their prices are good.

The worst customer service! I wanted to exchange my items for a bigger size and got no response. They now want me to return the items and wait for store credit. If I want the items sooner I would need to place a new order and spend more money. The online store don’t have a real phone number only a chat option on WhatsApp.

This is a good dress shop, but I noticed that the dresses is not perfectly hang and organized specifically Fancy clothing. May b your focus on ONLINE SHOPPING. BUT it should b more organized, thanx

As I was walking in, I saw a family leaving and saying in Urdu that they were never coming back there again. I thought wow what could have happened. I was looking forward to purchasing an Eid outfit as I saw several outfits that I liked. Turns out I also feel the same way as that family. Asked to try on any samples in a size just so I can make sure the fit is good (different brands fit differently) and was told very rudely that I’m not allowed to try on anything - even though someone just came out from a room in the back from trying on several SK’s. Seems like he was a friend the way they were chatting so I guess there’s favoritism there. Not to mention a few of the workers weren’t even wearing masks. Are they not aware of the states guidelines about businesses during COVID?The workers insisted that I should buy it anyway because it will “most likely fit” lol why would I pay for something I’m not 100% sure will fit?

Sent me a shalwar kurta thats ripped in the front a day before Eid.👎👎boooooo

The place was nice. I liked the selection. People working there were helpful. The price was a bit much and I felt like I could get something of the same quality from an online store

Sorry I never gave bad reviews to any business but this time I have to. I gave salam during entrance with no response, no greeting from reception. I went there to look for kurta set last week March 5th around 7 - 7:30 pm and also was looking to sherwani sets when the salesman came and told me they are expensive sherwani. I was so embarrassed, I felt so belittled.Eventually I left without buying although I was leaning towards sherwani. Because of his words and their attitude I decided not to buy.What do they think of their store - some people are not capable of buying expensive sherwani from their store.Do they judge by looking at customers language, skin color, appearances? Please show some respect to all customers, it doesn’t cost anything showing dignity and respect.

I order clothes from them often. Great customer service & delivery is always on time. I would highly recommend them. If anyone is not satisfied for what they are seeing in the picture & not getting them exactly, I would advice call them first to know if there will be a stitch/design change, trust me they respond you honestly. So, it takes no time to call & ask.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to find out what time they close and the guy on the phone said 8 or 8:30. I said I am coming from far so can you confirm what time you guys close since we will be getting there after 8 so he says ok I will confirm in one minute and puts me on hold. That was the longest one minute because it felt like he forgot I was on hold and eventually disconnected the call. I called back and told him that I was on hold and the call was disconnected to which he says he had a customer so I said so you’re just going to hang up like that? I am a customer too! I told him I will be leaving a bad review and his reply was it doesn’t matter to them. I couldn’t believe he said that.Never ever I am giving them my hard earned money. They Need to work on customer service and hire professional people. I would rather get my clothes from Pakistan and spend money there rather than Salai.

Being from India, I wouldn’t really bother going to a Pakistani boutique. Once I visited these guys, the quality and designs were tremendous. I’m here at least twice a month now. They always have new brands and designs coming in. They’ve created an exciting atmosphere.

This is my favorite store I love the clothes over here and the employers are so good at helping customers. I look forward to go again soon

I ordered online wrong size by mistake, called SALAI customer service. They helped me right-away and replaced my order. It was truly a great and pleasant experience. Also they have really good designer collection at reasonable prices. Their collection and service is a blessing for people like me who live in small town. GO SALAI!!!!

Excellent indo pak fashion outlet. Various designers under one roof. Amazing designs and exceptional prices. One of the best stores in the jersey New York area. Looking for formal or semi formal and casual dresses ? This is the place to go.We drove from Washington DC just to get stuff from them, one of the dresses got left behind. The store is decorated beautifully...as soon as you walk in the aura feels pleasant and the positive vibes cant be missed. I have been to the store 3 times and have always walked out with bags of clothes (the lawn material is super soft and I am crazy about the different styles of pants offered at reasonable prices)...last but not the least Naqash has been an asset to their business, his professionalism is uncanny!

Salai is turning into a household name in the United States. They started as J. and it was okay, but after bring in more brands, the rush and variety is something you don’t even see in Pakistan. Brilliant team and highly recommended!

Good desi clothing but kinda misleading. When we went, the dude working there said they didn’t carry junaid jsmshed clothing. Which is weird as there is it’s logo on the front of the store.. maybe it was just that week but that experience I feel was kind of peculiar.

Their waistcoats are on point. My brother and the entire gang was dressed up by the brilliant Waqar. His sense of style is amazing!

I love Sana Safinaz lawn collection but I was disappointed with my purchase.The outfit did not accurately match the model as displayed on the website. The displayed piece looked more formal and had a modern cut out style. The product I received had no cut out on the arm but instead a boat neck. Also, the pants received were straight and the ones online showed a more bell bottom pallazzo look. The outfit is also more pricey for what the material is. The quality of the material is definitely good and the design was pretty but otherwise, it was not impressive. Be careful what you order!

It was an absolute brilliant idea to bring in more brands. They realized the lack in the community and filled it. The variety is through the roof, professionalism is like going into bloomingdales. The décor is flawless. Outstanding atmosphere.

Junaid Jamshed has a wonderful reputation in both men and women apparels, however, the level of quality you will find in the New York location is completely unacceptable. The quality of stitching and the quality of material are like those of clearance sales in retail stores. Im no clothing expert however I do know quality when I see it.Another thing that really shocked me was the fraudulent activity of the managers. They took my card at the register and never gave it back to me when I left. I came back 5 min later and they would argue that its not my card. To not give my card back at the moment of purchase and when I came back to retrieve it is when you know this place is up to no good. Im writing this review so people know what they are getting themselves into.Anyhow, in the end, Id rather go to Pakistan and purchase from the AUTHENTIC JJ retailers instead. Period.

Decent store with good selection. Expensive but that is expected as its imported clothing. It is not a Junaid Jamshed store. They carry Junaid Jamshed merchandise among many other brands.

I was helped out by a gentlemen names wakkar. He was absolutely brilliant is helping us pick out our clothing for a mehndi. The variety and customer service is through the roof. With this young team running the show, the sky is the limit.

The store is a bit crowded with merchandise but assortment is decent. Especially found premium khaddar options and value to be favourable.

I dont want to sound so harsh but I didnt feel like I was at a Junaid Jamshed store, because I have to many in Pakistan and boy there is a huge difference. First off, there were hardly any JJ pieces, second off, I saw a lot of simple cotton and lawn suites that you would stitch at home, third off, the party dresses were way outdated in style. Over all, the clothes arent up to date with the current pakistani trends because I guess it is tending to a majority of indian customers.
