The best selection of Indian clothes on Long Island. They have everything for every style with new trendy pieces and classics. The staff is super sweet and patient and extremely helpful when youre overwhelmed with such an amazing selection! Highly recommend and will only shop here! They also have an awesome accessory store next door with more casual pieces to mix and match!

This is the place I will always recommend anyone to go. Being a plus size is so difficult to find beautiful outfits that fits without feeling judged going in to stores. The owner Emmy never made me feel unequal. He went above and beyond and made me everything I asked for in my Banarsi dress. His mom is so great at her measurements my dress was custom made and fits perfectly. His wife and staff are very loving and kind. Thank you so much once again Emmy for making me feel so happy. Youre the best at what you do.

Horrible customer service. The owner/employees who work there had no interest in helping us to find an outfit. They just pointed in the direction where the outfits were, but had no decency to ask what type of outfit, color, size we were looking for. They were quick to say that the price range starts from more than $600 and up. There are much better indian stores in Hicksville where theres not just selection but amazing customer service. Those are the types of stores where individuals will keep going for continued shopping. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.

I came here for bangles for my pakistani bridal outfit and the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. They spent the time to look and create a set to match my outfit perfectly! Theres not many places in hicksville for bangles so definitely recommend coming straight to this one to save your time!!! They have a large selection! Great customer service!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in there for something and didn’t get anything I was supposed to wear. I barely even think a suit and accessories costs over $600. What a waste of my time, money, and energy with these people! I have to buy an entirely different set of suits for the wedding I was supposed to attend because of them. Pure robbery I want my money back for the awful suit they didn’t even tailor properly with their beads falling off.

The employees at Aainaa are scam artists. I told them give me a minute to decide but they kept rushing me to pay only to find out they overcharged me $689 for two outdated suits and two sets of earrings. They’re so manipulative. They gave me so many issues, Do not come here. They even did a horrible job tailoring the suit I could barely take it off. The stones were coming off the shawl. It was waste and I never want to deal with people like these ever again since they tried to steal more money from me too by lying.

This place is great for EID shopping. They have different designs and options. I bought a vest for my panjabi. They were patient enough to listen to all of my questions.

Picked up an outfit for the wife. The staff were very helpful since I’m not familiar with the styles and colors. Turned out to be a fantastic experience. The owner helped me pick out the perfect birthday gift. Will definitely be recommending Aainaa to all my colleagues and friends for their Indian outfits!!!

Extremely rude owner with no regards to the customer, it’s not about having good collection it’s about making the customer want to come. The way we were treated we will never go back there :-(. My husband is non Indian and he was surprised that as a business owner he thought treating a customer this way was even an option :-(. Bad experience, bad service and definitely dint have impressive collection.

I am in my friends wedding and needed an outfit made. The first time I went into try the outfit on the sleeves didnt fit over my hands. I got remeasured and told them to give me 2 extra inches on everything because I am pregnant and will be bigger by time of the wedding. I get my outfit the chest is 4 inches smaller than what is marked. I now am 2 weeks out from my friends wedding and need to find someone to alter my outfit as I cant make the 2 hour drive to long island. Why get CUSTOM measurements if they arent going to follow the sizes?

Just purchased a sherwani for myself for an upcoming family wedding. Have to say, after visiting 10+ stores, amazing selections!!! I was pressed for time and settled on a party dress that cost over $600 without alterations. I had second thoughts the very NEXT day and immediately contacted the store to politely inquire for an exchange from the same sales man who remembered me, but he wouldnt even consider the possibility. He verbally rationalized that he wouldnt exchange anything because he had already spent his time suggesting dresses and they had to refold these bagged samples after briefly displaying them. This is apparently inconvenient and cumbersome for them, but its not the shoppers fault that half of their dresses are folded, bagged, and out of sight. Unfriendly customer service and a business that forgets the importance of returning clients. Extremely disappointing experience!
