Notary, shipments, pick up, drop off, amazon returns: so many needs fulfilled in one place.Brian and Ben are always helpful to me. They go above and beyond expectations to help their customers. Id never consider utilizing any other shipment options in our area. Their continuous focus on individual needs have led to my dependence on their amazing services!

Hate leaving bad reviews but this store has really worked hard at receiving one. The older short heavy guy who works there is so rude and will overcharge you when he can. I think he’s the owner. The older heavy lady who works in there had the same attitude. The location is perfect but those 2 folks are rude and have no concept of what customer service means. All of the younger people I’ve encountered while working there are much nicer and actually try and help you when you go in. I’m actually thinking of going up the chain on this as they’re misrepresenting UPS as the company is known for customer service. I watched them disrespect a fireman trying to drop off packages, he actually heard them and confronted them.

It’s no wonder their rating is so low. Very rude people working there. All about stating problems about what you’re wanting to ship instead of offering solutions. Refused to ship back a free Amazon return due to the box not being closed. Took it to the store on 127 and they took it back no problem. Beware of dealing with the store on 70. It’s worth the drive to go to 127.

With my cake decorating business evolving into a new format, and the rest I was looking for a shipper to ship my fake cakes. This would be an on going business relationship. I stopped in to get an idea of shipping costs to various locations. It wont be this location due to the young man not wearing a mask. Seems like the owner doesnt really mind, so I dont mind taking my business elsewhere.

Hours of operation and website say open, however Im outside the building right now and its most certainly not open. FB page provided no update and the road conditions were perfectly fine. It was above freezing and raining. I drove to another UPS location 10 mins away and they were open.

Per the OWNER Jason Browns own words on a reply post review because of an employee NOT wearing a mask:ExceptionsA face covering does not need to be worn by anyone who:Should not wear a Face Covering due to any medical or behavioral condition or disability (including, but not limited to, any person who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious or incapacitated, or is otherwise unable to put on or remove the face covering without assistance)Remember that anyone who is considered at risk, and cannot wear a mask while working in the public with all the other folks that refuse to wear a mask is doing so at a greater risk to his/herself. I have a hero working for me, who shows up to work in order to pay his billsBUT was absolutely ok with Chris Leonhardt manager telling me to take my business elsewhere if I didnt wear a mask... but NEVER offered to assist me outside per his recommendations. Then LIED and called me a liar to corporate in his review... wow someone is a double minded man!

Response to owners response: Thanks for the additional info. I stand corrected on the point of law. I also stand by my original interpretation of the employees response when I asked him dont they make you wear a mask? The employee did not say anything about having a medical condition that precluded wearing a mask. His reply inferred that he did not consider masks necessary at all. I was wearing a mask. Hopefully, he will reply more accurately in the future.Edit to original review: I emailed the owner and he called me to discuss this matter. He explained some extenuating circumstances and shared plans for a possible solution--installing plexiglass shields. I appreciate a response from business ownership and hope he is able to resolve the matter.Part of original review: Young man running store refuses to wear mask because in his opinion they are just for show. Ridiculous. Not a matter of opinion...but of scientific fact. NC has a mask mandate so this store is, in fact, breaking the law.

Horrible experience! Can’t get ahold of the store after calling and trying multiple times! Tracking isn’t updating! Lost my package! Will never use this store again! Ben at the front is a rude punk! Side note... all tho they expect you to wear a mask to enter the store Ben @ the front desk doesn’t! Overall horrible store, horrible practices, horrible manners, horrible service, I really wish I would have read these reviews before! Please dont make the same mistake I did!

Visited location about 2 weeks ago. Sign on the door states that masks are required. Great! But the young guy behind the counter did not have a mask. When are business owners going to learn that they are losing customers by not setting the example and keeping safe!? Tough to control some of the brainless customers who refuse to wear a mask, but your employees - easy - they shouldnt have a choice!And as far as the law allowing exceptions.. Anyone with a respiratory condition such that they cannot tolerate a mask, is also a person at high risk for dying if they contract COVID.... so an employer would be doing them a favor by saying You know what...this might not be the job for you - dealing with the public without a mask

Always a pleasant experience. Had my package diverted to this store because we were out of town. The manager was nice enough to say he will hold it a few days longer so I can get home to get it.Will pick up today, Saturday!Thank you for your kindness!

WARNING: Employee has no mask on. Which means you will potentially be exposed to whoever he has been exposed to. If you have any immune system issues or other factors that would make becoming sick especially bad for you, you may want to consider another option.

Mailed a large canvas painting to Alabama and it cost me $200. It arrived damaged, the 2 x 2 wood was snapped into. I was told it was my fault because of the way I packaged it. I used a uhaul box, bubble wrap, padding and another wrap. . I was told a uhaul box was unsatisfactory, however if u Google best box for shipping fragile items, the uhaul box was the best. I ended up spending $220 to have it repaired for the buyer. I am so upset because UPS will not take any responsibility for the damage. I put fragile stickers on it and was told they dont matter ???. The only way it could have been damaged was if it was stepped on, thrown or run over. I was also td there was no video of the driver damaging it..very unhappy

Excellent Service! Very pleased. He helped me with my gmail yesterday. I have a S9 and didnt really know how to use it. Love my flip. Lol easy to use. I had to print out a email and get it notarized. Thank you for being a big help and kind.

Closed during lunch hour 😡? Can only get away during lunch. Hope employee clocked out when he/she left. Ridiculous to close during lunch hour. I see down below that this isnt the first time either. Missed out on 3 customers. Ill be using the one on 127 on my way home now.

My small town does NOT have an UPS store. I travel to Hickory for this particular UPS store. Excellent service as well as my packages arrive safely in a timely manner. Well done!

Tried to return a package to amazon and arrive 5 min before store was suppose to close and boy at counter wouldn’t help me bc “he has somewhere to be” . Customer service is obviously not the priority at this ups store
