Unfulfilled order since Sept 2020 and no communication.I ordered a 12.5 upper with standard finish 9/15/2020. It was listed as in stock but that was not an accurate listing. I have been given roughly 7 or so estimated completion dates with each one passing by. My last two successful comminutions were June 6th, 2021 by email where I was told a few more weeks and that he had all the parts. The last was Sept 3rd, 2021 by phone. On the phone he told me 3 more weeks and it would be completed. Since then I have emailed and called many times and have been unable to make contact. Emails are not answered and the voicemail box is full. I filed a complain with the BBB on 10/15/2021 seeking a refund and have not heard anything from the business. I am currently out $850.

Ordered my L210s November 2020 it is now almost November again with no updates. I tried sending several emails and he was very responsive at first and really tried in answering why they weren’t available. However, almost 5 months without any updates. FINAL EDIT:Ive spoken with Travis a few times now and have received the upper I ordered. It took about a year but its by far the best AR I own, my only regret is not having him build the entire thing, I know my lower is holding it back a bit. At the end of the day when you order steak you wait for a steak, if you want fast food that option is out there as well and Turner isnt your guy.IF you have have time to wait but are still on the fence, call him, the number listed is his theres no middleman.Great dude and a great product.Still waiting for an in-stock upper I purchased Aug 2020. No reply when when I asked for an update via email and the voicemail was full. Disappointed its come to this comment but maybe theyll notice finally.Edit: Travis did notice this comment and reached out via phone. Unfortunately he couldnt offer a timeline for delivery even though he confirmed the parts were in his possession. Sounds like a good guy who is trying to keep his local customers happy while possibly neglecting the internet sales. I hope he finds the help he needs to get the paid orders out the door. Will update if/when anything changes.

Will not be ordering from here again. It has been 8 months since placing my order for Hesco L210s, which is almost 3 times as long as they say on their site. I understand there is a very high demand for Hescos but I would rather the site say out of stock and stay that way than have my card be charged with no updates. It is very hard to get a hold of anyone to talk to and the only response I have been given is that there is nothing they can do.

Scam business. I ordered Hesco armor plates from them on 09/28/2020. It is now 09/26/2021 and they have yet to fulfill my order and they refuse to respond to my emails asking for updates. This company stole $350 from me and its not looking like I will ever receive the product I payed for or a refund. Do not buy anything on their website, IT IS A SCAM.

Scam company, ordered an AR from them in September 2020, its now September 2021 and I have yet to receive it. He has responded to a few of my calls and emails in the past and repeatedly assured me hed get my rifle, but I ran out of patience and have emailed him 3 times and called him multiple times but so far theyve have ignored all my attempts to contact them for a refund.

Still waiting for a rifle I ordered on June 11th of 2020, it is currently September 20th 2021. I had been able to reach Travis multiple times during the spring and was able to get some information, each time saying hed get it out in the next two weeks. It has been 5 months since the last time I spoke with him personally and Everytime since I get sent to voicemail. Email has been about as useful.Wonderful guy when you can get in touch with him, but as of now I am out of $925. Hoping to get in contact very soon.EDIT: Managed to get into contact, he is helping me now.

Hard to get a hold of anyone, but when I do, good customer service. However, I’ve been waiting for these for about a year so the 10-12 week lead time for Hesco plates is not super realistic. Placed an order for a rifle on 06/13/20 and have yet to receive any updates on my order and none of my emails have been answered. What a waste of $1,080. If you need a rifle/gear/parts youre better off going someplace else.

I ordered a $500 product 8 months ago and they will not answer their phone or emails. I’ve tried about 10x trying to reach them. Seems to be a situation where they’re bankrolling on your purchases with nothing offered actually in stock hoping they would be soon, but fell short. Otherwise others like myself wouldn’t be waiting an extremely long period of time to get what we bought. I’ll be happy to change this review if I’m contacted with the respect of a customer that’s worried he’s gotten scammed out of half a grand with no reassurance in even an email back. Until then I’m very unsatisfied.

Placed an order for hesco plates and was told the lead time was 12 weeks. I attempted to contact the company around 14-16 weeks to enquire about my order and was unable to reach anyone via telephone or email. After sending approximately 6 emails and about 10 different attempts via telephone on different days at different times from weeks 14 to now 22, I have still to this day have been unable to reach anyone or receive a response. I am now having to go through the trouble to reach out to my bank to get refunded for my loss. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you’re in the market to lose money and be left in the dark by all means go for it.. I placed my order back in mid January 2021 and it’s now July 2021. Overall horrible experience and I will never do business with turner armament again and strongly caution others. I Ordered more plates from t-rex arms last week and had them at my door within the week. Save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned money at a more reputable and responsible company.

Super Customer Service! I needed two SLR handguards, and a big box store gave me a rolling, two-month expected delivery. I ordered them from Turner, and low and behold, I received a phone call explaining the various lengths he had IN STOCK, AND his price was better. 10/10 My new go-to store

I wouldnt order anything through this merchant.After purchasing over $135 in gun parts, repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone calls on delay in shipping my parts went entirely unanswered and ignored. And now appears that my order has been deleted from their system while Im still in a dispute case with my credit card company over the charge for the items I never received from Turner Armament Company.BUYER BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Travis is a good guy, a patriot, and a small business owner that cares. Always gotten great service, and will be doing business with him whenever I can in the future.

10/10 on customer service. Even through this COVID craziness and an insane influx of orders they still managed to get in contact with me via personal calls and fulfill my order.
