Usually a great meat store. But today it sucked. Nobody in the meat department. And meat was not stocked. And didnt have any of the meats that were in sale.

They have everything you could ever want or need. They even had a humongous containers of miracle whip and considering that they make their potato salad here with mayonnaise it is nice to actually be able to buy miracle whip so I can make it myself

My first visit to this grocery store and I have mixed emotions. The staff was curteous and friendly, grocery items seemed well stocked with a reasonable variety although they do not carry some of my go to items. The meat selection seemed acceptable, they were cutting and packaging that morning. I am a stickler for fresh produce and this store fell a bit short with that. I will shop there again before making a final decision.

Love their meat,very cheep meat and good quality,plus its next to my work and I like that they have breakfast biscuits already cooked in the mornings,dont even get me started on the deli,omg the snack packs are good as hell and very cheap!

Employees are always nice & plenty of sales this week.. Pepsi products 6pk bottles 4 for $9!! Get urs i got grape sunkist orange sunkist gingerale and pepsi!

Kinda pricy on some things. Meats are good quality though. Much cheaper fresh chicken and pork. Theyve been around since my childhood. Their 7 layer salad is the bomb from the deli and if chicken is freshly cooked, use good as well. I hear from neighbors they have the cheapest beer prices as well.

I was surprised one of these is still around. I use to go to the Maiden and Denver ones for everything. Theyve always had the best meats and brands from local distributors. If it wasnt twenty miles from my house Id do all my shopping here..

The meats are the best u can actually talk and see your meat cut to what size u want and for the whole store you cant beat it do what we did go here and get what you get at the big stores where they dont know where the bread is and compair and u will save money

The quality of meat are Very fresh as well as excellent taste. They have numerous selected items (groceries) on sale weekly. Always stay freshly stocked. No out of date products like many stores. Friendly helpful with handicapped needs & will load your groceries for you if request & with a Smile.

Pricier for the neighborhood store with lesser quantities of name brand stock. More of a run in store when the other more frequently visited stores are not close to home. Need more cashiers when lines are backed up.

This grocery store has been here since I was a little girl. Its old school, easy to get in and out and it has delicious deli food. My mother loves it because she can slip away from me and go buy her a can of CC Snuff.

I usually go to this store because it has good deals. Vegetables a little more expensive there. But the meat there is good quality and cheap!One thing though is the 10 pound Quarter Bag chicken thigh, always remember to look at it very good. I have bought three bad bags before. It sat a little out too long.Other than that, the workers are GREAT! Very friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to Fresh Air Galaxy since I was a little girl.The friendly environment, smiling faces, and courteous assistance has not changed, despite new people joining the family from time to time.This store has the best meats in the county at affordable prices. The marbling on their steaks is wonderful, and the butchers are accommodating.

Alright, heres what happened.I came in the store with $6.All I needed was butter and an apple.Im at the register and the screen says, $1.59.I said, for one apple?The woman says, yeah.I said, Im not paying that for one apple.I pay for my butter and picked up a pack of chocolate wafers. Both were on sale.Here I am stumped thinking about why one apple would almost be $2.00I drove home still thinking about it.Its PER POUND.I knew something was wrong.Typically one apple would be about .50 cents.My choice is now, go back to Galaxy and complain or find another store.Guess Im going to FoodLion.

This is the best stop for meats when either buying per meal or stocking up the freezer(s). Our family has cut the grocery bills in half by switching. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great place for you to go out and shop for groceries. Have a fresh cut meats right there in the meat department by an expert meat cutter. I think its a great idea to have.

I thought this Galaxy had sold out as well as the others. I spotted it when out toward Longview, so had to check it out. Found some good sales and am definitely going to put it on my agenda for twice a month for sure. Appreciate doing buisness with you Galaxy!!! ☺️

The smell is gone or else my nose is shot but was very pleasant in the store with fair prices and a great assortment.

The pricing is decent. There is a smell that lingers at the front that is very off putting.

They have excellent prices on your favorite Meats but less than perfect prices on overall groceries

Fresh air Galaxy is close to home and convenient for that fact but they cannot compete with Neighborhood Walmarts prices on just about anything.Galaxy does have the best prices on steaks and some meats though.

I love Fresh Air. They treat you like family there. Their bathrooms arent as clean as they could be, but they arent the nastiest ones Ive ever been in. Their layout is easy to follow, and they have the best meats in all of Burke County.

Well. I can say its better than the one in Maiden that shut down. Springs Road Galaxy is way nicer. The Galaxy in Maiden that recently shut down has made me very weary of all Galaxy stores. It was horrible and smelled. I cant really say what was so..........about it. This Galaxy could use an upgrade. After all, spend money to make money will bring in more people.

One of the places in Longview to get fresh hot food from there deli then you can shop til you drop or until you get to the checkout but Ive had a great experience with fresh air Galaxy nothing but love. 4 stars
