First time customer. Very fast and friendly customer service. The Donuts are made by the owner in front of you so you dont get them any hotter or fresher. I got the Heath Treat which is plain donuts drizzled with maple icing,caramel and topped with heath candy crumbles. Easy access to the store from the roadway and into the store. The Donuts were delicious and I will definitely be back.

I hate writing bad reviews about small businesses & especially if the owners are super friendly (which is why I gave it 2 stars not 1). But I was really expecting & hoping for fresh homemade donuts, not Katz frozen brand donuts hyped up. I feel like thats bit of false advertising because if we wanted frozen donuts we would have just went to the grocery store & grab them ourselves & saved several bucks. All their items that are GF are Katz. I mean the owner was really super friendly & said he started doing the business because his wife was celiac. But it was super disappointing to see it wasnt something someone made fresh, but was a grocery store bought frozen product.

This place is a hidden gem!The owner is so friendly and welcoming, and refreshingly accomodating!Im gluten sensitive, so when I asked about his gluten free options he went over the entire process of all the GF items he offers, along with how theyre prepared and served to minimize cross contamination.In the end, I chose the Cinnamon Bun and Turtle gluten free donuts, and my husband ordered the gluten free twinkie with blueberry icing, and the gluten free chocolate cupcake. Both the twinkie and chocolate cupcake were similar to a hostess cake.We were both very well pleased with our choices, and will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the flavor combinations!

Stopped here by accident, and THANK GOODNESS we did!! These are the best donuts I have ever tasted, hands down. We live on the other side of Hickory, and I will have to make a weekly trip here. We had the pumpkin spice, the turtle, and the bacon Carmel donut! The owner was extremely nice, and I cant wait to place a holiday order!! I wish I could give them more Stars!!!

I absolutely LOVE coming here when I venture into Hickory. The prices are fair compared the the quality and amount of sweet treat you get! There are so many different flavors and combos to choose from and the owner will let you mix and match which I love to do when I cannot choose! Definitely recommend eating at Dipperz if you are craving something sweet!

Totally random find, but wow! So glad we did! Absolutely amazing melt in your mouth made to order donuts. Several gluten free options as well. Owner, Jake, was super nice. Two words... TRY IT! You wont be disappointed. Gem in Hickory☆

I got the Gluten free donuts and unfortunately they made me sick. I think there was cross contamination with the toppings, or a topping put on that had gluten in it since all the toppings are all in the same spot. The person working seemed to understand celiac disease/gluten intolerance and pride themselves on offering gluten free options, but I think there needs to be an entirely different area and toppings to avoid cross contamination or accidently putting on a topping that has gluten. Also, the gluten free donuts and cupcakes were frozen and prepackaged, which was disappointing because I was hoping for fresh baked.

Saw it while driving by and looked very interesting. Went in another day, and we were very pleased! Donuts were very light and fluffy and the specialty flavors were delicious. The staff was really helpful and very kind. Great place!

Stopped by for a gluten free donut or two and they were excellent! They steam them and have a variety of toppings. I got plain and glazed and they reminded me of pre-Celiac days. There are a few tables to sit and also take out. Friendly service.

Mini donuts are made fresh right in front of you! Then topped with anything you like! They’re so tasty. We got the strawberry pancake and the Reese’s ones. So much better than your average donut shop. The guy working the counter was so nice! Would recommend 100 times over!

Their mini powdered donuts are amazing, they are better than any powdered donuts Ive ever had. The blueberry pancake donuts were really good as well, just a little too sweet for me to eat more than like two at a time. Very friendly environment, they are passionate about their business. Would highly recommend this place. The price is really good as well for the amount of mini donuts you get. Definitely will be going back for more.
