Shopping with the family at this location, asked and employee that was just talking to another employee about a shoe and the answer was just plain rude and unprofessional.Will not recommend this location due to lack of professionalism and disrespectful employees. Please train your team to provide a great experience to all the guests.

My niece bought my son a pair of shoes from foot action in another part of the state. They were too small so I took them to the Valley Hills Mall location to exchange them. They had them in his size just a different color. The shoes she bought were on sale and they would not honor the sale price. I had a picture if the receipt and ask for a refund. All she would offer me was a card with that amount on it. This was no help at all since they had no shoes he could wear and we had to settle for something that we really didnt want.,and I still had to pay more money. I will not be giving my business to this store in the future. Very poor customer service.

I found the shoes I needed however, the staff was not any help and did not seem knowledgeable about the shoes they have or the benefits. I was left trying on almost every shoe to find one that was good for running. If they had a better staff the store would be better as a whole.

Worst customer service ever. Will not be returning. Associate wouldnt even let me ask question before she rudely started shaking her head NO like she already knew what I was going to ask. Spent 100$ and wouldnt let me exchange shoes after I purchased. Exchange was all I wanted. I never even left the mall that day. It was literally 10 minutes later. And she started shaking her head at me when I walked back in. I will most definitely be taking my business to footlocker.

Its absolutely amazing in this place

If zero stars were an option, I would pick it. For years Ive been coming to Valley Hills to shop, mostly for shoes. This is about the 10th time I have tried Footaction, first in their new store. Needless to say I waited in front of the shoes I wanted for 20 mins and never got so much as a Hey, How are you? Or Ill be right with you I am done with this store and I advise anyone else to just save your time.

Got new shoes and when i changed my mind about the color havent even worn them and when he checked them he couldnt because one was dirty. YOU SOLD ME A DIRTY SHOE WHEN AT FIRST YOU COULD HAVE CHECKED BOTH OF THEM NOT JUST ONE.
