I went today to exchange my bag because it had a defect and my sister didnt see it when she got it. The girl at the cashier was super nice about it and let me exchange it. Here is a picture of my beautiful bag

The store always feels cramped, but I love the selection of strange items from horror and anime fandoms.

Great selection of products. Can always find what I am looking 4 plus more. Always restocking keeping stuff tidy. The lady that took care of me outside of the kiosk was very kind and patient while I was looking through some more stuff before I checked out.

My daughter got everything she wanted and two things she could find they help he very nice cheerful

I stumbled across this store while looking for a gift. Every person that I have encountered at this store has been so nice & helpful. You can tell they love their job! It’s nice to shop at a place that treats you like family. They want you to find what you are looking for & will help you search for it.

The employees here are the sweetest people ever, they have more popular sub culture things not alot of goth, punk ect, stuff but plenty of anime, e-kid, and movie stuff. also the jewelry is always super cute. If u need help the employees are great and even though they are prolly told to talk to everyone some of them are genuinely sweet and enjoy talking about shows and music they like themselves, also with the surprise bags they are 100% worth it always get more than u paid for and cute stuff inside. ♡♡

OML where do i start,there are so many anime and maruchan pins,i got a tamaki and maruchan cat pin the first time i went there and when i say the staff/counter ladys-smh idk how to SPELEKELELELLELEL-when i say there are funny,I MEAN IT,i wanna go there again!but the one down side is that some of the tee-shirts re to big for young anime lovers,like me,any ways that all i have to say

Got 3 pairs of knee high socks for a total of 10$! Which is awesome, especially since I had just gone to Spencers and they charged my 30$ for 3 pairs and the quality sucked so bad I tried to return them..... but they dont do cash refunds even when you pay with cash and return with a receipt. So hot topic is definitely great and better than its competitors

Ive loved this store for a long time. Now my kids love it just as much! They always have lots of items to fit our individual styles. I especially appreciate the plus-sized options they carry as well as the discounts and coupons that the kind, knowledgeable staff gives to their customers.

Love the products and self expression the employees are allowed! Great store and always has unique products. The only complaint Id have is the store size is so small. Not alot of room for customers to move around. Other than that; big high five!

The store manager(Ben) in this Hot Topic, was extremely rude. He was also rude to his employees and got onto one of them just for talking to me while she checked me out. His attitude overall just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

My 11 year old son and myself LOVE this store! Our favorite place to shop for fandom gear. This location has the absolute best staff and led by an incredible Store Manager. They make you feel like family when you walk in the door. The customer service will keep you coming back!

Cool store but way too small.

The people there are always so nice and make my outcast self feel like part of the family. A perfect amount of darkness to contrast the general bright and preppy feeling of the mall.

I was turned away from this business for not having a mask because of true medical reasons. I was rejected service and This is not right. I will no longer purchase or buy from this business.

I have did business with this hot topic for along time today was the worst experience i have ever had they lost a good customer this store can go to hell I can do business with another hot topic they had a shirt I was wanting the employee lied straight to my face saying they did not have my size I looked on the back counter at the check out counter and they had the size I was needing I said yall have my size right their on the counter he smericked and said i cant sale you that one cause he had it for a friend and i was willing to pay on the spot it was not fair so they just lost a real good customer
