Matt is the nastiest, rudiest person you could have in customer service. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Everett in Morganton, GREAT GUYS!!! But Matt on the other hand decided that a guaranteed repair job on my sunroof was in fact, not guaranteed. But my fault because there were leaves in the back drains on the car that Id always parked down hill in my driveway. The whole front interior of my car was soaking wet and black mold on the seatbelts. All I asked was for the seatbelts be replaced with new ones and a mold test be done. But I guess the health of someones family doesnt matter to Matt because according to him, it wasnt his fault. I would have to file a new claim with my insurance or pay out of pocket. I dont feel like its my fault, considering he was suppose to have had that car completely apart for the repair. I can garuntee him, he will not get any more of my business and i will be sure to put my story out there about how Matt will treat you if you have an issue with a repair. Everett better find a new guy to run that place or your business will be ruined. The quality of the work was terrible, obviously. The professionalism of Matt was rock bottom. The value of Matts garunteed work, means nothing. Do not give them your business. My family are die hard chevy people,but there are other places that will appreciate the value of our money and loyalty

My car sustained damage in a couple of no fault accidents. I had recently purchased the car from Everetts and gave them the chance to fix it. I must say their team is an amazing experience to work with. Due to the UAW strike GM was having issues sending parts out, Everetts kept my in the loop every step of the way. When one part failed to show up they diligently tried their best to get it to the facility. Chevrolet/GM however wasnt as responsive as a company that size should be. Once Everetts figured out how to get the part (fuel door cover) it was there the next day painted installed & cleaned. Upon cleaning it was discovered my driver side glass had a chip in it, and pushed delivery a day but they wanted to fix it now as opposed to doing it later. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their patience with me and for the work they performed. I cant name them all but the 2 i can Alex and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your auto body repair needs.

DO NOT take your car here. My car had to be repainted in which it was returned to me two different colors and the hood wasn’t on flat. Not to mention they left the inside of my car absolutely filthy and even left a huge boot print on the interior driver side door. When I complained about this I was told, “We can’t control that.” Even after taking my car back a second time it was still returned to me both dirty and incorrect. To top it all off, not a single person (even the owner) would return my calls regarding this issue. Poor management and work. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
