Small town hardware store in an urban area. Are always able to help even if they dont have what your looking for they can often steer you in the right direction. Unlike the big box stores, they have helpful and knowledgeable sales people and carry many items unique to the homes in the neighborhoods around them.

The people there is not so nice. I want to ask them if tey could make a carkey copy for me. They insisted that I have to bring the key to them then they can tell. They have no paciency to explain more to me. I am far away from their store and that is why I called them to make sure. This is th reason why AC Hardware closed so many stores national wide. Very disappoint.

Called asking for a part. With the part number. They said they had the part in stock but when I arrived they didnt even carry simular product. Sad so sad. Waste of my time and I will never do business with them.

I went to the big box store first, and walked away with nothing. Then the long walk out to my car.But after a quick four mile drive I came here. I parked very close. Someone was available and eager to help me. We went right to what I wanted, then I was checking out. I spent less time driving here and getting what I needed than I did at the big box store leaving empty handed.Coming to Ace Hardware is always the best choice in my opinion, its fast and easy.

Been buying there since 1980s. Even after the new owners bought it the old school high quality customer service has continued to this day.The staff is not only attentive, but knowable. Something you do not find too often these days. The quality of their merchandise is very good, and they stock everything you will need there.The owners really care about their customers, and go the extra mile to help you...

Definitely a hispanic store, but everyone is super friendly and will help you find whatever it is that you need. I went all around Miami looking for what i needed, and after someone just told me, have you checked Ace Hardware i was like WOW did not remember about Ace Hardware. I came by, there was a few people in the store, but still i was helped quickly and right away got what i needed and was on my way. Would recommend this to anyone looking for anything hardware.
