Used their services one time and I was very pleased. 2nd time around, my golf cart wont go in reverse and I happen to find out on my way to the keys. I happen to pull over at a keys golf cart repair shop to see if they could fix it as I was heading down and I decided to head back to Miami and wait to take it Hector and his brother... when I called Hector to program a day to take to his shop, he began to question me very rudely as to what I had done to the car that wouldnt go in reverse as if I was trying to claim warranty from them or somethint.... this resulted in a conflict and heated Hector who turned down my business. 2nd time around, this people were a complete different person, nasty and rude. Sad it had to go this route as I was really hoping to use their services again. Never again will I even consider this company.
