Do not buy a golf cart from this place, you will regret it. What I purchased and what I received was not the same. I waited over 6 months to receive the golf cart when I was promised 2 months. After waiting 6 months, the cart that I received wasn’t equipped with the things I purchased. Owner constantly lies. He tells you give me a few more days and the cart will be ready. It’s a complete lie. After months of waiting I went in person and they hadn’t even started working on my cart at all! That’s not the worst part, after receiving the cart batteries were bad and I needed to purchased them all new. They had installed old ones. Complete scam! I also had to replace other parts because they were also old. After paying $6500 for the cart I had to pay another $2500! And now the cart broke again. I had a mechanic come out today and the motor doesn’t work!!!!! In the end this cart cost me $11,000 and it’s not even new! This has not only happened to me, beware of this place. I took the time to write this review so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I gave them opportunity after opportunity to do right by me. I would have given them 0 stars if could.Heres my story and hopefully they don’t con anyone else:I paid them to completely rebuilt my golf cart a 2007 Club Cart Precedent. They promised me it would be ready in 3 months. It took about a year to get my first Cart. When I finally received this golf cart it was completely wrong. They did not build it as agreed and the wiring was done all incorrectly. To the point that when I took it back to them, they kept my cart and started to build me a new one. He apologized to me and told me that he was going to personally build me a newer car at no additional cost for all their mistakes and faulty work.So, I gave him an opportunity and took his word that he would have a new car ready for me in about 3-4 months. 3-4 months came and went no car. He told me he had a falling out with brother and had to move to a new location. By this time, I am starting to get bothered and angry. He promises me again that now in the new location he was going to finish the car but was waiting for parts to come in. So once again I gave him another opportunity.He took about 5 months to turn over this new car. Once I received it, I found a bunch of issues with the new car and did not meet the speed he promised me. I contacted him immediately to advise him about all the issues. He advised me that he was now moving to a larger location and to please give him some time and he would address all the issues. A few months went by and the cart was having more issues to the point that I could not use it. I called him and he told me that he was going to pick it up and take care of it. After 2 months of waiting, he finally called me to pick up the car. He told me that he had everything he needed to pick up the car and get it repaired for me.At this point I am extremely disappointed with them, but once again I give them another shot since he has already been paid in full. I was promised that the car would be ready in two weeks and that turned into 9 months again. This car is probably worse than the first car they built me. Here is why.1. I paid for a completely new Alpha body Kit in Black. I did receive a Blue Alpha Body Kit which he sprayed painted black. I would have accepted it if they would have painted both the exterior and interior. But why would they. Not what I paid for.2. I paid for an Atlas 600 amp controller. He did not replace it and left the factory Controller. He told me for all the delays he was going to install a new motor free of charge in addition to my controller. Instead, he removed my controller, put a stock controller, and installed a new motor. Not what we agreed to.3. I paid for a 48 volt converter to 12 volts for all the accessories. He put one in and cut all the cables off and wired all the accessories directly to the batteries. Ridiculous. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY.4. I paid for a Heavy duty solenoid. He left the stock solenoid.5. I paid for heavy duty cables. He left the factory cables.6. I paid for Stainless steel screws throughout. Since I would be keeping it in the Keys, and he only put a few of them in.7. Fenders, Trim, Floor mat and accessories are missing screws and loose.8. I paid for new trims for the outside of the car, and he put on different brands and one was a used trim which he spray painted.9. I paid for a windshield wiper and he did not install one.10. I paid for a new shield which he gave me but was falling off. It was not installed correctly.11. I purchased under cart lights. Which are falling off. He used zip ties to partial hold it up.12. I paid for a new Aluminum rear seat. He did provide but it is missing screws and was all scratched up. It looks like they were grinding or welding nearby and damaged the finish on it.13. I paid for seat belts and one is missing.14.I paid for new batteries and they are not.The list goes on. Be incredibly careful he promises you the world and gives you Junk!!!

After reading all the reviews I was left shocked because this company is definitely one of the best I’ve worked with. I asked for a blue alpha golf cart and they took about 3 weeks and 4 days and after waiting those weeks I would say it’s definitely worth the wait they installed new Trojan batteries I asked for which work fantastic. And also completed everything I asked for. I Would definitely be going back and recommend this company if your looking for a golf cart !

This has got to be the worst place to repair or order a golfcart, I placed and order for a golf cart in February the owner gave me the run around every month, saying oh it will be ready this week he has had me like that till now until I asked him for my 3000 thousand dollars cash deposit, he returned 1000 and has been giving me the run around for the 2000 dollars plus he had to repair the bushings on my old cart that I paid him 220.00 for that too and he never replaced it, so I’m still waiting for $2220 dollars that this guy owes me that he says he will return, I will never recommend this place to anyone, he plays with your money and he is the most irresponsible person I have had to deal with

Had a major problem with my golf cart it wouldn’t charge and brought it to mr alfonso and got it fixed in 2 days very nice and honest guy definitely know who I’m going to if I have another problem with my golf cart. 💯

Bought a golf cart from this place 1 year ago and have since realized how poor their workmanship is. My cart has had to have the motor replaced the wiring was poorly done, switches were used and old and painted when installed, old parts were to look new! Do your research before buying from this place. I should have known better when they beat everyones price by hundreds of dollars. Its cost me more to have things fixed and replaced since. BEWARE!

You pay for what you get... I bought my golf cart back in June of 2019 for $5,500 (2014 Gas Club Car Precedent) . Mr. Alfonso put together everything that I would like for Street Legal Golf Cart. But be forewarned that the quality of installation, its not the best.My first headache began on July 4th, 2019 when my Golf Cart died on me when driving it back from a fireworks display in my city. I had to push my golf cart 2 blocks back to my house. I called Mr. Alfonso and he repaired the golf carts starter/generator as per his 1 year warranty.On October 27th, the golf cart once again died on me. The problem was again the starter/generator. He sent technicians over to my house and they picked up my golf cart. 2 days later they returned my golf cart and stated that the starter generator was replaced. They also charged me $40 for a service charge even though the repair was covered under his one year warranty.On March 31st, my golf carts solenoid went bad. Just prior to this, my golf carts stereo stopped working. I attempted to contact Mr. Alfonso with negative results as the golf cart was still under warranty unit June 2020. I left him a voice mail which was never returned.I ended up hiring another mechanic to help me replace the solenoid, repair the stereo, & change the carts oil. That is when I learned a few interesting things about my cart. The wiring of my stereo was so corroded that it disintegrated and that is why it was no longer working. Also, a lot of the electrical work done on the golf cart to make it street legal was done very poorly. Examples of this; wiring installed in pinch points between the frame and the seat & wire connections not crimped just twisted and place together with electrical tape. Lastly, my golf cart never had a air filter installed.On May 11th, my golf cart died on me way on my way back home from the gym. After doing some troubleshooting, I discovered that it was once again an issue with the starter / generator. I called my own mechanic and learned that the starter / generator that was installed as a replacement for the original back in October was apparently from another used golf cart. I also learned that the throttle for my golf cart was installed incorrectly and that the throttle string was actually broken and rigged together to work. I have attached photos below of everything.In summary, I love my golf cart and I use it all the time when its running LOL. Just be forewarned if you are going to purchase a golf cart from JCs golf cart, you understand that there may be some headaches. I usually dont write negative reviews on places but I hope that JCs Golf Cart reads this review and improve there quality of work.

Im a board member of a Community in Doral This person is very unreliable never finished our golf cart with what he promised and when we call him he has never shown up to either finish the golf cart or repaired as of today 12-7-20 the car isnt working and we have had many unresolved issues with this gentleman- Very Poor Customers Service and not truthful on his statementsPlease think about doing business with him!
