Pharmacy service here is the worst. No help, rude and they don’t do walk in covid vaccines.They had no one in line/waiting, yet they refused to vaccinate. So much for wanting to raise the vaccination rate if they keep turning willing people away.
Walgreens has a place to go you find everything great medicines great prices great attention they are complying with all the CDC regulations safety dividers sanitizing stations everybody wearing face masks you feel comfortable shopping there and now they have a better Rewards program than ever
If you’re looking for a pharmacy, do not choose this one. The staff is nice but they don’t answer the phones and wait time is insane. I have had multiple Occasions where I am in Line for about an hour, end up getting there to see the lady putting me on hold over and over When it could have taken 2 minutes on the phone. To conclude, I have to expose myself to COVID because they simply won’t answer the phones. Please get more people!To the staff of Walgreens itself without pharmacy definitely a five star. Everyone is always nice and has a positive.

Urgent: Do not buy gift cards at Walgreens. Recently bought $300 gift card doesnt work. The manager did not help, just gave us a number to call. I called and was asked to send copy of the gift card and receipt and they would refund my $300. After a week of waiting, I was told today that the gift cards are from a vendor and that Walgreens is not responsible. They had me on the phone over an hour and at the end said they couldnt help me. Please do not visit Walgrees, I heard they are closing some stores and cant care less about their customers

I went to print photos and the employee that attends to the photo system was supposedly receiving a truck even though they should be working at the photography center. One employee approached me with attitude since she didnt know how to work the photo machine to later tell me that both machines were broken which I dont believe because she didnt know what she was doing. The manager(s) should pay more attention in hiring employees in this Walgreens. As a customer I will never go back to this Walgreens as I will also inform my friends and family the terrible time I spent with bad service and leaving without my pictures.

This is has to be the worst walgreens. The drive thru takes 20 min to take care of you even if you the 1st one at the window they talk in me Spanish instead of English. If you decide to go inside you will be standing in line just as long. I will be using only RX from now on this place has no care for customer service or people time.
I have never place a review but this deserve it. The attitude of the employees suck they need to learn how to communicate with people with a positive attitude. This is going to be the last time that I come to this welgreen.
I order meds for my family from this store. I live in Chicago... not on the worst day, weather, sick season... is Chicago as bad as this pharmacy. They dont answer phones, they hang up on you after waiting 15 minutes. Mean. Rude...Whats up with that?

The pharmacy is so dysfunctional that it is dangerous. I will never go back.Two errors in three medications for my mother. Worse yet, good luck finding and actual pharmacist.
The store has good items but the employees make the shopping experience bad. There are 2 women that work the night shift that are often chain smoking in front of the store when I enter the store.They often have a strong disgusting smell of cigarettes which makes the shopping experience even worse.Julio the night manager is rude and unprofessional.The main manager which is a little obese central/south american woman is no better.Overall this is a poor excuse of a walgreens store.
Do not go to this Walgreens store. The pharmacist personnel do not want to help or assist their patients. I stayed yesterday on the line for about 35 minutes, when it was my turn and I gave the pharmacist technician the prescription she went to consult with the pharmacist and came saying that my prescription was Invalid-fake. I asked her to please call my dentist and verify the medication but she insisted she was not able to do that, that I needed a new prescription.. I even told her this is a medication that it can be call in the ver the phone not Rx needed but she gave me an attitude and said she was not able to help me .. let me clarify this was Xanax .5 mg 4 pills for a procedure that I needed right away.. they did not accept my prescription and asked me to go to my dentist again and ask for a new script in a different paper bc is was not valid...I called my dentist and told me she ordered that medication all The time, same dosage, same prescription package and never heard of this issues. I immediately went to CVS and with no problem they gave me my pills. it’s sad that they are losing their own clients. They have no heart, no compassion, no willingness to help other.. this kind of people should not be working in the medical field.Will go to CVS from now on...

The person pharmacist Danilo is very rude dont want to check in prescription dont even check with the insurance has no manners I had a surgery went with all my prescription sign by the doctor my daughter had to go to another wallgrens he didnt feel like filling or checking for this prescription he misstreited me I was on. Pain he didnt care he is very antiprofetonsl what happen to the other oharpharma we had for years he was like Indian very nice patient and professional
I cant even say this store had the worst service, because we couldnt get anyone to help. How in the world does this pharmacy get new prescriptions if they wont pick up the phone for the doctor, a hospital administrator, or myself? VERY frustrating. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. I wish I would have reviewed the other comments of people having the same issue.

8/25/18BEWARE: IF YOU ARE DARK-SKINNED, DONT EVER GO TO THIS WALGREENS.Dont get me wrong, I love this specific Walgreens and the atmosphere until I arrived at the register. This Walgreens is extraordinarily calm and organized but CIRA, the cashier, SHOULD BE FIRED. Its a shame that Google doesnt have 0-star ratings. The employee CIRA was extremely disrespectful and racist towards my dad, who was buying and happens to be dark-skinned. She treated two customers before us and was extremely attentive, guess what, they were white. She wouldnt even give my dad his items, he had to pick them up himself from the bags rack, and she wouldnt answer to any of his questions. CIRA SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP!!!Im saving you the trouble of going. I am also telling my friends and family, they would be pleased to choose another Walgreens location. We are in the 21st century, for Gods sake, things like this shouldnt happen. Lets not encourage racism, just dont go and have her removed or reprimanded.9/11/18UPDATE: I am the type of person that likes to give things a second chance and to my surprise the experience was way worse. I went to print a photo and after I had ordered them with 6 hours in advance I get to the place and the employee tells me that she was about to call me because I needed a picture release form. First of all, she had 6 HOURS TO CALL ME AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET THERE. Second the photo was mine, why would I need a photo release? And third, I had printed in several other walgreens and trust me when I say that this is a first.THIS IS A HORRIBLE STORE WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF GOING.
2nd time in a week that they close 10 mi before 12:00am.
They advertise that the pharmacy hours are 8am to 12am monday - saturday, But yet every time I go the pharmacy is closed by 10pm. This is false advertisement. The reason why I changed to this walgreens was because they open 24 hours and the pharmacy till 12 midnight.. Someone needs to look after this, either they change the time in their website or they stay till midnight.
This Walgreens has the worth service EVER.I work in Hialeah Gardens and when to this Walgreens to order 3 prescriptions and besides the fact that I had to wait for 45 minutes in the drive thru the girl told that I had to change the address on my license in order the get my medicines

I went to the pharmacy because I needed help to make an appointment for the covid test because online I could not and the girl who attended me did not even let me finish my question, she only let me tell her that I needed a covid test and I cut myself off saying it was with a appointment, he turned around and went to talk to one of his companions.
The customer service is terrible, I was attended by the assistant manager who is on duty on 05/20/2021 at 8:20 pm, I went to the FedEx part to return a package, I spoke to FedEx customer service They said that my package could be processed there, she turned to me and told me that I did not do that type of service when I told her how it would be like that if I had a sign that they did pick up and drop off, she said no I could accept the open package, I told her that if I was returning it it was because there was logically an error in short, she presumed that I was talking to the assistant manager of the store, something that made me even more angry because having that position was for If your priority was to help customers or address with a little more consistency in what you say, honestly your customer treatment was lousy, I hope you have a little more patience to deal with customers or that you learn well how to do your job by assistant manager
