When too rent moving truck had me waiting for 30 minutes to tell me they don’t have one available horrible service

Pay at pump is not working deliberately. They want you to go inside for you to buy some of their non-fuel items. I have reported them to the Valero head office to put them back into compliance.

Worst gas station I’ve ever been to. You have to spend 5 dollars just to use a debit or credit card then I was asked for I.D. Just to use my credit card to buy some sodas. No other place has done this. I see why the reviews are bad. Not to mention they have a limited selection of items. I wouldn’t recommend going here.Look at the owners response to me. Tells you all You need to know about this store. If he is this sensitive and defensive he doesn’t need to own one. How he responded to me is how he will treat you and teach his employees to treat you. This is a shoestring gas station with a horrible owner with a nasty attitude. But look at the area. Plus it’s kind of nasty and filthy inside. It’s Hialeah. Shouldn’t be too surprised.

Terrible service do not go here the gas will ruin your car

Super bad service, and expensive!!!

I went to this gas station on a Saturday and pumped a whole tank of gas. After I pulled out, my car started acting up. I took my car to service and was tested that the gas that was pumped was contaminated with diesel fuel. I was sure that I did not pump diesel fuel. I went and double check the pump only offered regular gas. After much back and forth with the extremely rude owner/manager he ended up paying my car. I was stuck paying a rental car while my car was in service. He says no other car had issues, I can’t think I was the only one! Stay away from this gas station if you would like to avoid headaches and unwanted charges.

I have a complaint, the cashier Mariana P is the most disrespectful person on earth, When I got there she was treating a lady super bad and then an Africa American Guy, then when it was mu turn she told me there were no cell phone chargers and I was looking right at them. So she gave it to me with an attitude. Then I left and came back in cause I had a flat tire she did not want to help me get change and then did not want to sell me the tire bottle came out of the office and took the bottle away from my hand, she kicked me out and some guy had to get it for me. But the manager knows about her bad attitude, she came out of her office and still did nothing about it, I have my kids in the car with a storm over us and she was terrible, I called the cops and since the man had helped me out buying me the bottle the cops could not do anything about it. This is the worst place and the most expensive one to go to, Not to mention again the rudeness of the cashier. I am trying to find the owners phone number of this place to make sure he knows how much business he is going to loose with these two woman working there. I think that is what they want for them to close the gas station. I wish I didnt even have to put that 1 start up there to post this.

As I work very close, I always visit Valero to get snacks. Amazing staff and great service from the owner himself!

7/10/2016The gas attendant from the Valero in Hialeah in Palm Springs Mile is super rude and disrespectful. Upon attempting to pump gas at this gas station, he declined to serve us and ran after my husband and I calling us pieces of S*** and A*******. He is indecent and obscene. Do not go to this Valero!!!!! The worst service at any gas station I have ever experienced. I will report him to the Valero corporation.

Uhaul rep charges for gas even after you put gas in the vehicle before returning it.

THEY CLONED CARDS .. The service is the worst they cloned my card in the machine outside I went to pay inside and the card did not pass either .. the man insisted on asking me for the expiration date of my card and when he refused he told me that he would not go to buy him to go elsewhere, that he was not going to sell me anything!

The uhaul service is terrible, they charged me $ 29 extra for a dolly that I never asked for and a cleaning fee, if this happens you can call uhaul directly and make a direct claim

Excellent service. The Cedron-Ron brothers took great care of me. There is no way to start the day with a smile 😁😁
