Went there this morning to get a quote for an installation and the place was open but nobody in the office to take care of customers. Had to call another person in the warehouse area and basically told me to wait until some guy came back, which he never did after 10 minutes so i left to another shop which took care of me immediately.

I was recommended Pro Auto sound of Miami by a family because I was looking for good place too install a good car alarm after my car rims were stolen so she gave me the shop number and I call them and explain too him what I was looking for my alarm too have and the owner Luis was understandings and helping me through whole process of picking the best option he had the installation was the same day and took about 4 hours in total with the alarm and all the sensor I wanted as well during the whole process Luis kept me update with the statues of my car and when it was finish called too come back and when I arrived he took his time explaining too me all the functions my new car alarm does and didn’t get mad anytime when I was asking him all the question and his staff were super helpful and we extremely professional as well and kind too. Overall I would highly recommend PRO AUTO SOUND OF MIAMI 10/10 times too all my friends and family. Its difficult to find a place in South Florida that does quality work with excellent customer service. I stopped by the shop and spoke with Luis. I got a full HID headlight replacement with halos and fog lights. I didnt just liked it I loved it. Will be coming back to do some additional work. Highly recommend.

I had purchased a Lambo door kit for my 2018 Corvette Z06 from a company in California, who recommended that I call Luis Duarte, owner of Pro Auto Sound Of Miami, (PASOM), for the installation. They said that he was the best. They pegged it!! I’ve dealt with many other companies over the years here in Miami, and this was the first time that I used PASOM. I am extremely glad that I did. The installation is nothing short of incredible!!! They also installed ambient lights inside the car that also gives the car an exotic look. I am extremely happy with the job that they did. Took my car in this morning with a really nasty audio issue, they gave me a recommendation for me to find the part online and they would then charge me a minimal labor fee, which went a long way for me. After weighing my options, I ended up choosing to replace my outdated system altogether. They not only did the job within a couple of hours, but also took the time to show me to how use it and set it up properly. This review is long overdue. I went to see Luis after a friend recommended his shop for some sound upgrades I wanted to do to my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I had already purchased some equipment I wanted to use and Luis made some recommendations to make the upgrade better and more complete. The Jeep had the factory upgraded sound system (Alpine 6 speaker and 8 Sub) which in my opinion was a poor design and performed below average for the added price. SO.... Luis recommended I get a 5 channel Amp to use with my LC6i converter, and that I upgrade my 6.5 speakers and 1.25 tweeters with Focal component and coaxial speakers. The install came out super clean with all equipment being mounted and secured very well, wires neatly organized, and all panels on the Jeep put back into place with no issues, and the cost was well within reason. Aside from me knowing what the upgrades were, none of the work is noticeable which makes it a super clean install in my opinion (what I was looking for). Ive been pushing the upgraded system hard for about 10 months now and the only issue I had was having to replace the subwoofer, which was a poor design from the factory and nothing to do with the shop. I got a new subwoofer, connected to the amp and I was back up and running. The Focal speakers sound excellent; very clean and clear, and far louder than the stock speakers. All connections and installation has held up extremely well, so a well deserved 5 star rating to Pro Auto Sound of Miami, Luis and his team. I definitely recommend them for this type of work!

Hands down the most legit, professional company that does super clean sound work in the SFL region. I got 4 tweeters, 4 mids, and 2 subs installed in my Lexus which wasnt easy, but they got it done and the price was reasonable for the amount of time and work that was put in - 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for sound done in their vehicle

This is an awesome shop. Luis, the owner, is as straight forward as they come. No pressure and very helpful and sociable. I felt well taken care off. And Willy the installer is a genius. I had my car tinted with Pro Auto Sound almost two years ago. I had the 5 yr warranty 3M film installed. I didnt write a review then, but the job was perfectly done and the service was excellent. I recently noticed the film in one of the windows was turning purple (discoloration). So, i took the car back and the film was replaced after showing proof of purchase. They 100% honored the warranty, no questions asked. That is a business that you want to support. I recommend them 100%. These are the kinds of businesses we need flourishing in our community.

Was in and out in less than 2 hours- Luis was the one that attended me and gave me a great price with bluetooth and now in my 04 accord I can make calls! Willie installed my radio and its been working flawlessly. I did not know they also do window tinting as well- will come back for that and to fix my back speakers- will also recommend to others in the Hialeah area!

So searched high and low from Miami to as far as Boca and this was the choice. Some places only install items sold by then, I understand the whole warranty thing but sometimes their stock is very limited. The owner, Luis I believe, listened and communicated to the staff exactly what I wanted. Very, very happy with the results! Miami Pro Auto Sound is the place to go to get work on your car! They had installed a complete Matt Sound System with 2 10” subs on my Jeep Wrangler 2018, which sound just amazing. They also installed for me some new slick fenders, rear bumper with a tire carrier, rear mirrors with LED stripes, a 20’ light bar on my front bumper, Clifford alarm system with remote start, 8 rock lights all around the car, and some badass tints. Pro Auto Sound is was very friendly and gave me excellent service while installing all of this in only 2 days!

I had a system installed earlier this year. Friendly people, and a willingness to help and serve. Unfortunately, their quality of work doesnt match their friendliness. I had to go back several times with issues that were simply related to installation error or workmanship. It hasnt been a year and I moved out of town. Now I have another issue. Not happy.

Fantastic service and install. Called Friday, came in Saturday for my digital media touchscreen install, even got myself a rearview camera. Friendly staff, installer did a great job. Will recommend. They seem to do tints and heavy audio transformations for cars, trucks and boats.

These guys did a great job on my car. Had just gotten my 2014 mustang gt and wanted to add a touch screen change the frpnt and rear speakers as well as add an amp and sub. I was very protective of my car and worried about having so much done at once. Man did these guys pull through. Everything can out prefect. Staff is friendly and their price was about 120 bucks less than best buy for the same job. A happy customer. I highly recommend.

This guys took on a project that most dont dare to attempt !!! Ours was a complex audio video installation, security, off road lighting, navigation and on top of that, dealing with multiplexer cabling(founded on some military and government vehicles) and structural challenges to secure 12 different doors. Im a hi-tech oriented person but the entire system was design family oriented and they nailed !! Not only they did my rig to dream standard, I witnessed in many occasions during the project how they deal with even the smallest request from customers, concerns and technical questions and all I can assure is that this fellas deserve a high place in your custom vehicle. Amazing service! Took my car in to rewire the sound system and install an alarm. Additionally, they helped me with new carpeting for my car and fixed my rear-view camera. They were extremely friendly and took sincere interest in helping me out with my car.

When we arrived, there wasnt anyone at the counter. We were attended 10 minutes later in a not so professional way. We needed a written quote on a service they quoted over the phone for a certain price, and they also asked to bring the vehicle over to take a look and give us a better idea of the accuracy of the quote. They did not look at the car, they asked us the same questions that they originally asked over the phone, and gave us a price that was $150.00 higher than the phone quote. Not sure how this place operates, but, in my opinion, they definitely are not trustworthy . Will not go or recommend this location to any one.
