Came same day I called. Very quick and responsive. However, one of my small windows had a bubble. I Informed them and was Informed that it would be corrected. They never came to fixed it. I had to get It corrected by another company.

I purchase a used car online at a big dealership four states away. Master Tints was able to go out the next day and tint my Lexus on the lot at the dealership. They took payment after the job was done and even sent me some text pictures.

Why make appointments if you’re two hours late? Why have cellphones if you don’t pick them up and common sense customer service to reach out to your client and tell them you’re delayed for whatever reason?

This is the type of work that Enrique Diaz does. When I called him to do the work he came from one day to the next, its been a month since this and he always has a different excuse for not coming to fix the bad job he did. That strip is 3 inches wider on the drivers side than on the passengers side and as you can see or touch the top. I called him because I wanted to help a Latino because the price was the same as everywhere else so he did me no favors.
