I contacted Kitchen by us on last week Wednesday. I spoke with Ricardo who was able to come by my home that very same day. He took some measurement in my kitchen and advise me he will contact within 1 to days with the pricing. I contacted him by text the next day to see if he can also give me prices for a different style cabinet as well. He advise me yes, I havent heard back from him. I text him and call no response. I started reading over some of the comments today and it seems like this is not the first time something like that has happen. I really was interested in doing business with Kitchen By Us. I guess they only choose selected people who they want to do business with ... I will try another company who will be more then happy to do business with me......

I had a great experience working with Kitchens By Us. I collaborated with Wenddy who was absolutely a pleasure to work with as I was renovating my kitchen. She was easy to work with, understanding, flexible and very communicative. Their prices were very competitive and the quality is superb. I could not have asked for a better kitchen and will be referring all my friends and family to come here should they ever want to remodel their kitchen.

Really bad service! Would not recommend to anyone! Came here looking for adding matching cabinets for my kitchen on a Friday, a guy told me they had matching cabinets and to come monday to order because they were about to close, which i did understand and did not complaint about it. But monday came, drove 40 minutes from my house, so they can tell me they dont have the cabinets and they cannot order more. Without giving options.

Kitchens By Us is amazing! This is the second kitchen they do for us and they always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Good prices and GREAT customer service. They took their time to answer all of our questions and provide us with different designs and quotes in order for us to feel 100% comfortable with our decision. Kitchens by us have provided me with hundreds of kitchens through out the past years, they are capable of providing a kitchen for every budget and they do it FAST and with a smile! A pleasure working with Simon and his team!They jut finished this kitchen for me and we love it!

I called in advance to ask if they had time for me to come in and look at cabinet options. Drove 40 minutes. When I got there two sales people were scrolling email, not with clients. I told one of them that we were looking to redo our kitchen and she pointed to the back wall and said “those are all the options we have”. I walked around aimlessly trying to figure the place out for a few minutes before finally leaving. The man going through his email behind her didn’t greet me or even glance my direction.Not sure if it’s because I look young, but no one seemed interested in walking me through options, giving me any information about how the process works or where to start, and no one made any attempt to ask questions about my project or what I was looking for. Very disappointed to have spent all that time, gas, and tolls getting out here just to be stonewalled. Complete waste of my time. Especially since from what I could tell, the cabinets come in a small handful of styles with only one color option for each style. If you want shaker doors, they only come in white. If you want molding, it only comes in a satin “wood” color. You can’t pick the door style and choose a different color.No catalogs or pricing information anywhere to be found, and since the sales people don’t want to interact with me there’s no way to know if there are any other options I was missing. Don’t waste your going here if you aren’t very close by and/or very assertive because the sales people don’t seem interested in making a sale or providing any information.

I went by to get an estimate, no sales person on promise. So I asked the secretary for help she did a sketch on the computer with the measured I gave her and she quoted me $8500.00 withoutremoving the old cabinets and trashed them.She requested to paid all at once before installing. Since no one was interested in helping me out I hired another company, same kitchen cost me $5000.00. Total with appliance $7400.00.

I went in the other day looking for Heidy since shes the only one that gets the job done. Everytime I already come in with the exact measurements and pretty much know what I want. She just gives me more ideas and what I have wrong and fixes it. I tried another salesperson but 3 days later and Im still waiting on my 3D model and my estimate.

I would like to give 5 start but my preferred vendor is not in here any more. So I cant do it. I dont know what the owner was thinking fired someone who is the best. Jeidy work here for long time. I know her job and she is excellent and professional. Only one bad customer complaint on her in years. This is not fair. She didnt deserve this action.. cabinets quality and the rest things are good. But Im sure that most all the customer feel bad for the issue. We want Jeidy. !!!

I just heard that Jeidy was fired because of a customers ill-intentioned review. I do not think this is reason to dismiss a person who spent more than 5 years of his life in a company. She is a charismatic and intelligent person. I did a kitchen with this company about 3 years ago and the installation was horrible. luckily she was there and resolved everything with much professionalism. I do not know why the owner wants to install through them if the installers are CHAMBONSISIMOS. And about cabinets i have to say that quality are not bad but you can find for better price and same quality in any other place. Panda Kitchen, Top Kitchen or even Torrente Cabinets. Dont get married with this company.
