I went to a room to go 5 years ago to purchase some furniture and have the worst experience when everything arrived. I did not want to come back to the store at all but my mother needed some furniture and I decided to drive her there. Our sales associates Dora took care of my mother with such patience and she was so detailed about everything she was explaining. We even went back a second time to purchase more furniture for the home last week I took my mother again for a mattress and actually came back myself for a purple three. Only because I realized that Dora called every time something was delivered on the same day to make sure that the delivery had gone smooth and everything was to our liking she even took the time to call a week later to make sure that my mother was still happy with her furniture and now shes done it with me. This sales associate has completely changed the way I feel about rooms to go and Ive sent a few people to her already and will continue shopping for my apartment with her. Thank you rooms to go for an amazing sales associates thank you Dora...ps. and thank you for always trying to rush our delivery date a bit sooner you continue to go above and beyond. Excellent customer service! Jay and the young ladies at the checkout are the best! The employees at this outlet are so professional, dependable and well informed, I wont even bother going to the regular rooms to go. As for the selections and variety in this outlet- its totally outstanding. Ive seen tables and options I never saw in a regular rooms to went ;-) Ill definitely be back.

Very unprofessional salesman named Roberto Castellano took my name and phone number and placed a sold sticker on the dresser that I wanted and told me not to worry that the dresser was mine, when I came back in an hour with a pick up truck to take it home, he told me that it was sold to someone else. The manager Francisco Mercano is also very unprofessional!These people are scammers! Stay away!!!

There was a little bit of everything but most of the stuff was really damaged. Also in all the time I was at the store nobody came and ask if I needed help

The worst experience ever! They delivered my mattress and left the old mattress outside and did not take it. Now Im left to get a fine from the management of my apartment. I called and spoke to the manager who refused to help. I will sue if I get fined. Ill never shop here again.

Terrible experience as far as delivery..... The guys did not even attempt to bring the furniture up the elevator or stairs I ordered from three different companies furniture wise they all were able to bring up furniture except this place. The sellsman was awesome, and Frank was nice enough to return me my money but it was sad that more initiative could have been taken.

The salesperson didnt let us know that there was a special going on where if you buy 2 Queen sized beds instead of Full sized/Twin sized beds you get the electric mechanism that moves the bed up/down for free, we only found out after the beds were already in the delivery truck and being delivered. The delivery truck didnt have an elevator for the 2 delivery people to go up/down with the furniture or a ramp, the 2 delivery people dropped a dresser that was being delivered and dented the dresser when it was being delivered. The last drawer on the bottom of the dresser was hit when it was dropped during delivery and now it wont open/close properly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I did not get to go because of covid19 but it isin our plans....just got a new place and plan to go but last month I told my neighbor I was going (been there before) and showed her what I wanted and was getting AND........she went and got all that I was going to get and she had the nerve to tell me she was expecting a delivery soon, come over for coffee. I did and SURPRISE she bought everything I showed her. I did not say anythingbecause obviously I got good taste and she doesnt so......she has to copy ! But in all fairness for all she purchased I give it a 5

I went yesterday and a lot of furniture was broken, look like garbage and some have stains on it. Terrible place to buy furniture.

Robert was a good sales person. He allow me to see the difference in the bed quality without being a pushy sales person. The price was affordable and within my budget. The entire process was quick, easy, and I got my bed picked up the same day 10 minutes later

Terrible service, they treat you like if you are low class. We were looking around with intent to buy trying to find something half decent and when asked a question to one of the salesman his answer was (with a rude tone and look) “why are you asking if you’re not ready to buy now “ Wow! For that type of treatment we walked out and went to the real Rooms to Go. I rather pay full price for something that’s perfect quality and definitely with better service. Ill give zero stars if able to, we are still in shock over the treatment that guy gave us.

So my boyfriend and I decided to get a new living room, we went to this location and chose a 5 pieces that was on sale foe $780, the seller explain to us we were going to get what was displayed at the moment which was the sofa the love seat, the recliner,one end table and a glass table, ii was a pretty good deal, as for my boyfriend the one thing he was exited about was the recliner . so we place the order a week after we went to pick it up. we got the sofa the love seat, and 3 glass tables . we had rent a truck by the way . When we went to customer services they called the guy who sold it to us, he was like well i told them its not me, he was very vague, he didnt give a danm about us, we went a cancel the order, they didnt not even apologize for making the mistake or say nothing, as if they had i would have probably buy it still, one of them was like, whats not to take you have two tables for free . This was my first and last trip to room to go

Bought several pieces. Service was pretty fair for the time of evening I went in and so was the price. I bought a very nice bunk bed that was 40% off market price as well as 7 others pieces and had it delivered next day. They did forget the painting but wasnt on the original invoice.

Bought a bed on sale. Was serve a bed with no box and uncomplete. Went to pick up the rest the next day still did not give everything was missing 4 screws to finish mount the bed even if they uncounted the display one to service what was missing. Hopefully the 3rd time I will receive the missing puzzle. Very unprofessional

If I can rate this a 0 I would. I called to ask if I could return some tables since I got them in a hurry and when I placed them in my living room they were too big. Well an employee by the name of BRITNEY (or however you spell her name) told me I could return them for store credit OR get the money added to my account. Turns out BRITNEY does not know what she is talking about. When I called Sunday to confirm I was going to drop off the order, the MANAGER on duty was rude, loud and did not have ANY costumer service at all. She told me I was wrong, lying and that all sales are final. Please stay away from this store. To save a couple of hundred dollars it is not worth it.Also, I bought a mattress from here. Called the warranty department and set up an inspection technician came to the house and declared our mattress was 1.5 inches deep and that we were eligible for a new mattress. Well he was wrong, it is supposed to be 2.0 inches. This store was supposed to call me as soon as the report came back to let us know. Well they never did, I had to call back 2 weeks later to find out we were not eligible. Please stay way from this store! Their employees are lazy, rude and extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!

This is more like a bad taste garage sale. Do not waste your time going there.

We purchased a mattress and bed frame. At the time of purchase I asked the sales associate if the bed frame had 3 rows and she said yes. Now we get home and open the box and guess what the frame does NOT have 3 rows, it’s exactly the same as the old one we had which is only 4 legs. Invoice says final sale, no returns, no exchanges. My suggestion is check everything you buy before you leave, I should have opened the box while I was still there. The sales associates say whatever you want to hear to make the sale. Will never be going back there again.

Please make sure they deliver the furniture you chose. They might send you one that is in worse conditions and act like thats how you bought it. I had to return it and bring the one I chose in the first place. Im lucky they still had it on display. Who knows if they would have denied their mistake.

If there was an option to put no stars, I would put none. HUEGO PERELA, one of the managers, at Rooms to Go in Doral was the rudest, most unprofessional, and worst managers my family has ever encountered. My mother purchased a bed and the item was not as described so she went back to get the correct one. HUEGO PERELA told her she should have checked her merchandise (obviously he lacks management skills) and that it was her fault for leaving the store with the incorrect merchandise. He even tried to convince my mother that the item was the correct, although it wasn’t and many other employees agreed that my mother’s item was not as described. HUEGO PERELA ended up yelling at mother to leave it or wait for the correct one by mail. So my mom said she wanted to leave it and be refunded. He said that there were no refunds and that he wasn’t going to give her one REGARDLESS. So my mother proceeded to call the corporate phone lines for further assistance because HUEGO PERELA was throwing a temper tantrum and she no longer felt comfortable speaking with him. My family has been buying furniture from Rooms to Go all my life and this was literally the absolute WORST visit and experience we have ever had to go through. Someone like him should not be in a management position, I feel bad for all the people who have to put up with his nonsense.

Terrible place. Terrible service. My mother came to this store to buy a mattress and bottom bed piece. She chose a display that showed a black bottom piece with a dark grey mattress. Once they confirmed that they had the items. They brought them out to the car. They tried to give her a light grey bottom piece but after a argument with the sales representative, they eventually gave her the right color. Than came the mattress. It came in a closed box, nothing could be seen and we assumed the store would do their job and give us the desired color. We took it home and found that it was a light grey. We took it right back to the store but to no avail. The store manager was rude and inconsiderate. Due to his rudeness we no longer wanted the product, they did not even have the right color at the store. Would not recommend to anyone. He didnt want to give us a refund.

I went and brought all my furniture from this rooms to go center. Everything I brought was fine except the bedroom set which was purchased brand new. Six months down the line I noticed my mattress was caving in so I called warrantee on the bed and when they removed the mattress they pointed out that the problem isnt the mattress but it is the bed which I purchased from rooms to go. The bed legs were basically dangeling and I was told not to put my mattress back on this bed set unless I get this fixed. Putting the mattress on could result in the whole bed collapsing while Im sleeping. I called rooms to go to help me get this problem fixed and they refused to help me because I purchased at a clearance center. Saddest part is I was never told the bed set was as is (even though it was brand new). I was just told to sign here and sign there and payment. I am really disappointed in this company and expected much better. I would definetly never do business here again

My husband and son went today to get a sofa set we got there, they waited 48 min to finally get this man TULIO assistance.....he saw my kid almost kill with the ottoman falling on his head trying to load it to the truck. He did not offer any assistance! as a human been we help when we seone struggling, this furniture is not free werepaying for it! I cant understand what companies like rooms to go hire lazy rude un considered people to work for them?This is not the first time I am getting furniture at this location I always got help when picking up the stuff! Also the security guy was just standing there doing nothing! amazing!!

It is currently taking 3 weeks for my furniture to be delivered, due to miscommunication, and a lack of at least decent customer service. This is the last time I order furniture from this place.

The stuff seems very old and dirty. A lot of items had some damage but I guess thats why its all discounted.
