The store is nicely located, and although it seems not to have too many items to choose from but there are enough to make a good selection. Customer service is great and the check out process is fast. Also, personnel are not pushing you to buy but help you a lot in your selection. Blanca was great and provided excellent service. I didn’t like that you have to pay for delivery while other furniture store “don’t” charge for it or includes it in the cost.

I was looking through all the furniture when I got contractions! Luckily, the Rana Furniture staff was there to help. I got placed in one of their affordable mattresses and together the workers guided me and my husband to deliver my daughter! They all cheered when she was born, and gave me a gift card. They said not to worry about the blood stains on the mattress because theyd just clean it with bleach so whoever buys it wont even notice! I ended up naming my daughter Rana Rose Martinez. Thank you, Rana Furniture!!!! Definitely check this place out.

Had an issue with my furniture that was purchased a couple of years ago but after speaking to the manager Barbara she was able to help me put in a claim and I was so pleased with her customer service and how fast everything was resolved that I purchased a living room set from the Hialeah location again. Omaira was also very helpful and friendly. I wish every business had a manager like Barbara she really bent over backwards to help me with all my needs.

My mom and I came in looking for a new bedroom set for the house and everything that we had seen in the website was on display. Gudelis was WONDERFUL!! Avoid at all costs. Do not buy your mattress here. They dont stand behind their warranty and the third party company they work with to measure and report mattress defects are extremely unprofessional. The technician told us the mattress was defective and that Rana would call us at the end of the week with the amount our mattress was worth and when we could go and buy the replacement. Surprise! the technician never filed the report. We called numerous times and they promised us each time that the report would be filled at the end of the day. THREE weeks later Rana customer service calls me and tell me that because of stains on the mattress the warranty is voided. MY MATTRESS DOES NOT HAVE STAINS. where did they get these pictures? Why did it take 3 weeks to file a report instead of the 1 they promised. why did we have to constantly call to get a service fulfilled we paid for? oh and then they said, the mattress doesnt have a box spring so the warranty is also voided. MIND YOU MY MATTRESS HAS A BOX SPRING. This is unprofessional, unethical and plain disgusting. Never purchasing furniture here again.

I purchased an electric recliner as my 7-year-old recliner broke and I was in need of a new one I went to the store at 8280 NW 103rd St Hialeah, FL 33016 the salesman told me it was real leather and would last 4-5 years about less than a year into having it the paint and coating is coming off already (I have no pets or small children to ruin it.) I tried bringing it up to the store I purchased from, but they said theyd make a case and see what they could do. I tried to reason with them and visit them constantly to make sure they were helping me but at the end of the day, they said only a private furniture repair company can help. The salesperson tricked me into basically buying a recliner that lasted less than a year when they claimed it would have 4-5 years of proper functioning and not yet wear and tear. They did not negotiate with me in any way I lost my money with this company and got no help or support on this issue. Do not buy from here as the quality is no good and they will trick you if you are in desperate need of furniture.

I purchased a bedroom set from the Hialeah location on 77th. The process of purchasing took two hours. Finally after making a selection we ended up with $2000 bill but happy about it. Then the nightmare began when it took almost 2 weeks to get the furniture delivered to our house and we paid for Rush service . Upon arrival one of the pieces was broken and another had some scratches and had to send it back right way. Then it took another week to get here. Within 30 days we start to feel the bed itself sinking due to the memory material more than usual. another month passes by and the bed bed sinks all the way in and I cant sleep right and my back and shoulders hurt every morning. Plus the bed makes soMuch noise due to the cheap wood they use for material. Monkey board is broken so easily . It sound like a squeaky old bed every time. Then one of the knobs just brakes from one of the drawers WOW! What waste of money ! Worst investment Ive ever made. I should have gone somewhere else! Then I tried talking with a manager at the store and they said to pay $50 to have and inspector pass by the house. So after Ive spent all this money and payed for rush just because they couldnt make it on a specific day I still have to pay another 50????!!Total craziness. DO NOT BUY THERE ! BIG MISTAKE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!The sales associate will tell you something and lure you into purchasing the protection plan and then when we tried to get our furniture fixed or replaced with the insurance company they told us NO! And something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THE ASSOCIATE SAID!we spent two thousand dollars and $200 for the protection plan. The sofa and loveseats did not last long, they broke off quickly and they told us THAT ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED TO IT WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN CARE WITH THE PROTECTION PLAN! IF THEY COULDNT FIX IT THEY WOULD REPLACE IT AND THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET IT REPLACE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it’s so sad that we gave so much money to these people that clearly DON’T APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS. I am so upset and it’s unbelievable the way how they treated us.

STAY AWAY!!! The service at this store was somewhat lacking. The greeting at the door was lackluster and we perused the store alone while the sales reps chatted with each other. After finding a sectional couch that we liked, we purchased it and payed $70+ to have it delivered the next day. The delivery guys called the next day at 4pm to confirm delivery the following day. We called the office and asked to speak to the sales agent from the day before. Although she was off another woman impersonated her. The reps refused to deliver the sectional as agreed and refused to return the delivery fee. After being lied to and inconvenienced for a whole day we decided to return the sectional. We will NEVER buy from or recommend Rana Furniture!

Worst store ever! Thieves had considered purchasing an item in cash to later find out the measurements didn’t accommodate well in my home. Complaint Description:I want a FULL refund or product change! I just received a Sofa and a loveseat that i purchased last thursday i received the living room set 48 hrs ago, i called this morning to let the sales rep that sold me this that the side of the sofa and love seat made a screaching noise. It literally sounds like some old couches picked up from the garbage.she claims that they might be able to fix it? Whats wrong with these people i do not want it fixed! I expect that if im going to buy something brand new that it is in PERFECT condition. I want nothing fixed i want it replaced with something that is NOT faulty! I If this garbage is fixed i am going to end up sitting on the floor within a couple months. They claimed that if it was faulty i shouldve returned it in the truck? Excuse me i didnt know i had to lean on the side of the couches to check for noises. Its ridiculous. Plus the so called contract is not even worded out correctly someone should proof read and check for their grammer errors on a contract ... i want these couches out of my house and replaced with NEW and NOT defective ones. I will definitely take this to court if it is not resolved immediately. I purchased these in the Hialeah warehouse
