Went in to have 2 different parts installed on my car. The owner, George, has to be one of the most disgusting and disrespectful people I’ve seen “run” a business. I would give him alone zero stars if possible, he cursed more vulgarities in my presence and at me. Trash business, trash person & TRASH customer service. Spare yourself and stay away. He was also extremely nasty on the phone with the person we were attempting to get my parts from. If he has a wife, bless the poor woman’s heart. After reading reviews from others, I now know they let ANYBODY have a business in the state of Texas.

What can I say about how amazing these guys are!!! I had an issue with my card audio today and I was desperate to fix it. Its a holiday and they were the only ones open. Not only that, they squeezed me in without an appointment and they fixed my issue in less than an hour. I am so incredibly thankful and will continue to come see them for future needs!

I had molding added to my side doors and pin stripes on both sides of my 2021 Silverado and they were prom and professional doing it in a timely manner. Great job.

Brand new trucked was hailed on, incredibly frustrating but Brazos Valley Auto Concepts got my truck back to looking brand new. Im really happy with there work!!!

Great place for auto upgrades.

If your needing your car to be worked on l. DO NOT go to Brazos Valley Auto. I took my car in and when I got it back one of their workers exploded soda all over the driver side and left some rubber sticky stuff along the mirror. We dont drink soda because my wife has stage 4 stomach cancer. So I messaged the owner and sent pictures saying this was not the way I left the car. He called me and said his workers couldnt have possibly done it, and said my car had dog hair in it. I explained that that had nothing to do with the soda all over the roof, and told him we dont drink soda. He was very rude, and just kept arguing with me. My car had no stains in it when I left the car with them. Very unprofessional, he has a temper. If he would have offered to look at it without arguing with me I wouldnt have posted this.

I was going to recommend this place but not anymore! The owner has a bad temper and would rather argue with you then to listen to you. Took my car in and did NOT get it back the way I got it. You are better off finding another body shop and save yourself the stress and loss of trust.

Pretty sure a 3 year old can install leather better than these jokers, if your looking to use them for leather DONT !They will not call you so make sure you set a reminder on your phone!I think the manager is a DRUG DEALER (SKETCHY)

This place has several of the best technicians you will find anywhere. Hands down!! They are just awesome at what they do. Every department has someone with tons of experience. There is so many things you can get done here. Too much to list. Definitely consider them first for anything automobile related.

I have used George and his guys for several years now. He always takes such good care of me and our business. Whether its tint, stereo equipment, lifts, leather kits, you name it they do it. Highly recommend him and his guys at Brazos Valley Auto Concepts!

Friendly installers, installation looks good, would have liked a phone call to let me know estimated time of completion, wasn’t open when I arrived, otherwise cannot complain too much

Have used Brazos Valley for a couple of Car Video Installations and was happy with the quality of the work they did - at a very competitive and fair price. I had previously taken my car after I dented the hood by backing into a large metal pole - they did an EXCELLENT paintless dent repair at a price far better than any body shop could have - and the repair was 100% perfect. Owner and employees are very skilled and knowledgeable.

Guys are a little blue collar, and talk and act like it...but they are easy to talk to and just want to get the job done and done right which I am perfectly okay with. Had to take my car there for multiple repairs after wrecks, as well as tinting and aftermarket speakers. Literally only reason I am writing this is because I had to get their number, and read reviews and realized probably some people expect to get treated like a princess when they go to a customs shop, yeah no, treat me however you like but when I pay bottom dollar for top dollar work I am okay with that

Highly recommend Brazos VAC! I was in a bad way, and they went above and beyond to get me on the road safely and quickly. They know their stuff and dont settle for shortcuts. You can depend on them!

Brazos Valley Auto Concepts restored headlights to near factory finish. Great work, fast service and was done ahead of schedule, could not be more pleased. Chris, the manager took care of the vehicle and kept me updated and was very professional. Highly recommended and will repeat business.

If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible customer service. My husband had an appointment at 9:30 on Saturday got here nobody was here. A guy is paying for my husbands truck to be fixed and they said they had horrible experience with tow trucks paying and disputing cost so that he will have to pay before services are done also wont let him pay over the phone due to the having problems with tow truck drivers and no one being here. We called the guy that was supposed to be working on it at 9:40 and he was still in bed said that he has a lot going on so he would get dressed and come up there in a bit. Do NOT recommend this company what so ever.

Did an awesome job on my Ford F-250. Added leveling kit and a Transfer Flow tank. Would definitely recommend theses guys.

My wife backed into a steel gate. It scoffed the side and punched a golf ball sized hole in the rear panel. Working with me over the phone and my wife in person they got us a speedy quote that was under what others quoted. They did fast work thru the weekend and my wife had her car back by the start of the next week. They did and awesome job and the staff was very friendly. Just from my dealings with other shops in the past, these people are some of the better ones, I will be going back for any future body repair or customizing of a vehicle I need.

Had them install a new radio in my Versa for me. They did a really good job and the pricing was great too. Very happy with the installation!

Was told by Car dealer to go pick up new tires for my pre-owned car. Went in and asked guy behind the counter if i was in the correct location he said he had no idea what i was talking about.stepped outside and called dealer to verify location. Went back in side and told him that this was the right location he said there is no way. I told him he does not have to get an attitude with me i am the customer. He replied This is my F***ing shop i can talk to you how ever i want to. So i called the dealer and told him and he loaned me a car and took mine back to get tires. I dont care if it is a referred customer or not you treat all customers with respect.Will never go back to that sorry excuse for custom shop.

Seems to do good work and if my company was not paying for their services i would have taken my business else where after talking to the owner (george). He is very rude and crass. Does not really seam to care about his customers. He truely felt his time was more valuable than mine. He is rude on the phone and in person. Now if you can deal with any of the other staff, they are very friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. Again if it were my choice i would have taken my business else where!!

Absolute garbage. Would recommend find some place else.
