Called and got an appointment. They were completely booked up for like 2 weeks. Owner said he would let me know if they received a cancellation. Low and behold, they did a couple days later and got me right in. Very happy with the service, and the timeframe in which they were able to deliver. Tint looks great, and will be bringing my other truck to them as well

Worst place ever do not go waste your money Ive had to go up there multiple times and still doesnt work very unprofessional l hate i wasted so much time and money just save yours find a better place its a broke down pawn shop trying to sell and steal your stuff they took my speakers all the stuff I bought at a real store look at all the reviews they mess up and most are old want to waste your money this is the place the owner cussed me out when I asked him to help me wanted to charge me for checking a fuse dont waste your time 🙂

I got my front 2 windows tinted there, they told me it would be $89 - my total ended up being $112 + $6 cause I used my card.The messed up my tint the first time and it ended up being all bubbly, so I took it back today to get fixed. The inside of my car was soaked, the door handles, everything and now there is a stain on the inside

Good people and great service!! Had my Challenger tinted here 4 yrs. ago. Had the receipt and had to bring it back in to get the small back seat window fixed because it start bubbling up just a little bit. Rep working noticed the other windows were slightly faded (I couldnt tell) and replaced everything but the back window under warranty! Looks great. Will get all my vehicles done here from now on. I am absolutely mind blown at the level of customer service these days. There was no reason for them to adjust my seat and lay it back like a gangster just to pull it into a bay to tint my windows. Their waiting room was extremely warm (maybe just for me because I’m a big boy) but when I asked if he could turn the AC down he gave me some smug look and laughed at me like I was the problem. The Tint was ok, about as good what most places can do. This was my second time here( last time about three years ago) but I won’t be going back. If your not one of their big dealership accounts you are just a number to them.Oh keep in mind they charge an additional percentage if you are paying with credit card.

Had them match my drivers and passengers side windows to match the rest of the tint my car had, and darkened my winshield a bit too. Super excited 😎 Great service, only took an hour and a half

Very disappointed. I had decided I wanted my tint done at Shades, but I wasnt sure which film I wanted and my decision strongly depended on what the VLT of my factory tint was. I simply asked multiple times if they could put their light meter on my factory tint so I could decide which one of their tints I wanted them to install. The guy at the front desk apparently decided he would rather argue with me than take my money so I walked out. I simply dont have time for you to be difficult when Im trying pay for your service.Also, Shades did the tint on my last vehicle. I had told them to put on 25% tint. They put on 35% tint instead without informing me. I told them immediately that was not what I had asked for. They said that their 35% tint was darker than most and it would be closer to 25%. If I pay you to put on 25%, then I want you to put on 25%. If you cant do that, then tell me and I will go somewhere else. Thought I would give them a second chance this time, but I realize now that I shouldnt have.

I had a appointment at 9:30 am on Saturday. Drove 2 cars across town for the guy to just tell me he couldnt do my car. He said he couldnt remove the old tint on the car because it would take too long, but I scheduled a appointment!!! I guess he was too lazy to do his job. Never going back

Horrible work on installing a radio and speakers. I will never take anything else here again! This use to be the best place to go, but not worth the time or money anymore... charged $280 for the worst work ever, my father and I had to redo the work and they still charged us the $280.. just terrible customer service. Forgot to mention I bought the radio and speakers separately and brought them to them to install. $280 just to take out old radio and speakers and put in new??

Ford sent my car here for an all around tint service. Everything turned out great, no issues. Been coming here for years and the staff always makes sure Im content with any service. Go see JJ, these guys know tint and audio!

Very dissapointed in the service. Brought my mustang in to be tinted, tint was previously removed by someone else. They tinted the windows. The next day a strip on the top of the rear window about three inches was falling down. They told me to come back the next day. When i went back they said there was previous adhesive left on the top so the new tint didnt stick to it. My thoughts were they have to clean the windows first anyway they should have caught that in the first place.They wouldnt cover it. Told me i had to repay for the rear window. I always heard thats where i should take my car for tint, was not impressed. I was given a 10.00 discount which i appreciated. When i returned it was basically stated since there was previous tint that was removed, all the adhesive wasnt removed. Stated it wasnt our fault and said it would cost another sixty to redo the rear window. Stated that the factory dots at the top of the window make it difficult. That is your job to know if there will be a problem with such factory windows.Steve ClaytonStanley Ford
