Went in there to have my tire repaired. Martin and Miguel took great care of me. I timed it just right abs Miguel was able to pull my truck in right when I got there. I was happy to see that they were not just using impact guns to tighten the lugs but they actually have someone torque them down, as it should be done. Then another tech will come double check it. First time here for me and it won’t be my last.

Absolutely terrible took my ford expedition in to get the ac checked they had my truck for 6 hours and told me they recommend I changed my wheel bearings because theyre was play so without my knowledge they took my whole truck apart when I got it back it was making more noise got home turned the car off, later on tryed to leave in my truck it started throwing cam position sensor code ate up my serpentine belt and found the caps for my ac off rolling around on my battery then when I called to confront them about the problem they said they couldnt do anything about it if they didnt do it waste of time and money dont go here

Came in today for an oil change and Brake inspection. This is an actual honest place where the men don’t take advantage of their women customers lack of knowledge. I thought I needed new brake pads and routers, but the guy helping me said no everything looks good all you need is an oil change at this point. Felt compelled to write this review as a single woman because I trust this place and that’s huge for me! I can’t tell u how many times I have gone to dishonest places who just want to make money off women and take advantage!! These seem like very quality people with honest, kind, intentions. 2 thumbs up and and YES I will be coming back when I do need new brake pads. Highly recommend!!!!!

I would give you a minus. Came on Wednesday for a wheel alignment person at the front desk says only by appointment and the earliest he has is 8 am Saturday. Come in at 7:40 wait and am told to drop off. I said no had an 8 am, he says yes but youll be here most of the day. I had an appointment, he says to drop off. What am I going to do stand here all day? As I walk out he says pandemic people call off I only have 3 people.No courtesy call and no sorry there was a miss communication. Bad bad bad!

Love the service I get, David took my appointment on the phone and when I got there everything was ready to install. They got me in and out in a great time and work was completed. I would recommend installing the Firestone app, that way when your at the store you can pull up coupons and save even more.

They were very helpful and had informed me what the problem was with my Air Condioner. My compressor was damaged and leaking. It will cost me some money to get the job done and I can still drive it for the time being. Great Service guys.

I was extremely disappointed buy them threw my spare tire on top of my belongings inside of my trunk including a bottle of oil and coolant I keep in there ruining my carpet lining and the weight ruined the wood underneath. Took advantage of me and told me my cars engine would be ruined if I did replace the water pump that was leaking if it was it was a very minor leak otherwise it would have left puddles everywhere or over heated constantly. Either way I feel take advantage of and extremely angry with their services.

Rex was a great service advisor, really hooked me up with a good deal on the lifetime alignment which is a great deal in itself. Francisco got my car up on the rack on time and did a fantastic job on the alignment and was quick and got me in and out of there in about 30 minutes! Definitely coming back and would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and service was fast. I could only afford to replace one of two tires in the front that needed it, but I can’t in mainly for the one I got replaced that was leaking air and had low tread. They also noted my passenger side headlight bulb needed to be replaced as well as the license tag light. Since I travel for work and needed to be in Los Angeles the next morning, I told them to go ahead with the light and if I was still in town in two days I could come back to do the other tire, but my schedule for freight loads is unpredictable.So, I leave, seems fine, I stay overnight at the truck stop nearby, then when I leave to go to my delivery, the check engine light comes on. Can’t stop and it’s 5am anyway, so I deliver and immediately get a load to the Yuma area, where I have a local autozone read the code, P06DD, I get an oil change immediately in case it’s dirt oil, then check the dealership nearby which can’t fix it until the next week. I can’t stay, I can’t haul freight, I spend the gas money to drive 2000 miles home to put it in the shop. When night falls I see my driver side headlight is out and needs replaced.The coolant reservoir is cracked just enough to lose pressure in the system, there’s damage to the oil switch and a small oil leak. About 1500 dollars later, when I pick up the van, the technician says he sees some moisture in my passenger side headlight, the one changed by Firestone. I get home and check, and my headlight is FULL of water because the headlight dust cap in the back of the assembly is GONE. There are 2 caps on each side to access the high and low beams. I had to take the entire headlight out of the van, pour out the water, air it out with a shop vac and seal it with weather proof tape until I can get a replacement, but I travel OTR so if I order it I might not get home to get it for months, so I hope to find one in my travels (after calling several dealerships and auto supply stores and no one has it in stock).So in conclusion, maybe everything is coincidence, maybe it’s oversight, maybe it’s just the universe making all this happen after 230,000 miles on a barely 2 year old work van that has braved Canada snow drifts, Fargo in -32 f wind chill overnight, gone all across the country coast to coast and after multiple oil changes and tire changes and brake servicing, I don’t have a major issue with any lights or alerts until now?But at the very least, forgetting to put the dust cap on the back of a headlight assembly when you change a bulb in a vehicle that you’ve been told is a working vehicle that travels over 10,000 miles a month is a BIG deal. No matter how nice the front desk is, if the techs aren’t competent and don’t pay attention to detail, I can’t afford to go back and take another chance.

I would NOT recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone in the High Desert. David the manager had terrible customer service and I questioned his expertise as an Auto Technician. I have gone to Firestone for over ten (10) years but lately the customer service and auto care needs are awful. My car had two (2) diagnostic tests done and I called to ensure that Firestone can fix the issue and order the part. David did not know the part I was in reference to which is a EVAP Purge Solenoid and stated he could not service my vehicle. I asked him if they handle complete auto care as advertised and he stated yes. I questioned him and asked why he was not able to service my vehicle since I have been a customer for over ten (10) years. It is a concern that he was not educated nor had the expertise to know what part was need and how to service my needs.If you go to school and earn a degree as an Auto Technician, you should be able to service individuals in the community. If a business handles complete auto care needs but fail to do so due to lack of knowledge and expertise, this is an issue.Again, I am very disappointed due to the fact that I have been a customer for over ten years and I will not go to them anymore for my auto care needs.

I had an appointment for an oil change and was helped with a friendly and funny guy. He called me to let me know when my car was ready. He was efficient, even with a lobby full of customers and answering the phone too. I noticed the customers waited patiently. A good thing to see. I was told my 2006 Toyota needed $3,400. plus work done . I have a friend thats a retired mechanic that Ive known for 30 years, that told me other than a couple of minor repairs, that all they said was wrong . Im 65 and Im very good driver and I keep the maintenance up on the car . Im a school bus driver and Im A very experienced driver and a very defensive driver . I wont go back again, I always buy my tires their and get my oil change plus lubed and have belts checked . Ive had trouble with Firestone before back in the mid 80s I had paid for a brake job and had found out shortly after I had that done, my boyfriend found that the breaks were the original brakes were the same ones that my truck had when I bought it New . Firestone did give me my money back . Concerning me Ive had bad experiences with them .

5 DAYS!!!!! of Back and forth and the WORST customer service by Rex. Customers are inconvenient to him and he is unrealistic.I purchased a battery last week and it has left me stranded and tested bad by Rex himself. I spoke with the store I originally purchased the battery from and the manager stated that I could return it. Instead of giving me my money back. He insisted that he could only replace it and I would be without a battery for 3 weeks. This is unreasonable. There is no policy that states I cannot return the battery. It actually stated the opposite.He set the battery outside and as my husband followed out behind him he turned to walk back in and bumped into my husband, telling him he needed to move.Rex called the COPS and stated my husband assaulted him!!! Because he stated my husband needed to move out of his way. Unprofessional and an abuse of tax payer dollars. Never will I return to this location.

They scratched my door handle. When they replaced my air filter on the inside. They didnt test it. When i picked up my car and started driving home. (Home is 1 hour and a couple of minutes away) the AC was making a loud grinding noise. I opened up and took out my air filter. There was a big leaf on the inside. I took it out myself and put the air filter back and the noise was gone. I called firestone to let them know and they keep putting the blame back on me. So definitely will not be going back to them.

Never had a problem at this place. Weve been taking our car here for the last 4 years. Each time, the techs explain everything that needs to be done and get agreement before doing it. A few times when I didnt have a lot money, they told me what I could let slide, and what had to be done to make my car safe. Wont take my car anywhere else.

The people here are awesome and the service can’t be beat - they took care of us with great care to our needs and nothing we didn’t need. They had the tires in stock for a great price and had all four installed in great time.

Called and asked how much it would cost to diagnose the AC system and i was told $19.99. I showed up 1 week later and the price doubled. Their excuse was, that was the promotion for last month. ITS ONLY BEEN 1 WEEK AND TODAY IS THE 15TH!!! last i checked, a week is 7 days.Keep away. They tell you a price to bring you in and when youre in, it suddenly is a different price.

Stopped in at Firestone to have a scrapping sound checked on my car. I assumed it was my brakes. They did a check and showed me many things on my car they said needed repairs. I am female and didnt know any better so I said ok yes because I trusted what they said. Waited nearly 5 hours, paid and still drove away with the same scrapping sound. Later that same day my sons dad yelled at me for not waiting to ask him because he said my brakes were almost new. I think its rotten that I was taken advantage of. That $450.00 was all my savings and its Christmas now and there is nothing I can do. Thanks Firestone.

If I could give a negative 1 to these people I would, they quoted me $600 for a brake job on my BMW I went elsewhere and got it for $349 a savings of $251. Then another time the manager says he heard my story of my many problems with my GMC truck a thousand times, very sarcastic remark. Then he threatened to not stand behind their lifetime guarantee if I didnt immediatly pay them $600 for fixing a frozen rear brake problem, I took it to a different person who says all he has to do is put it in a solution and it will come apart and will do the back brakes for $169 a $ 431 savings. What I am saying if you want to throw your money away, be insulted by the manager by talking to customers so rudely and try to get out of their warranties by ripping you off with high fees then this is the place to go. VERY VERY BAD!

I bought performance pads and rotors and they refused to put them on. Unbelievable what a joke.

I went to this Firestone location for a 4 wheel alignment after replacing a steering system component on my 1988 Ford 4x4 truck. I was the only person waiting for service, yet it took them 3 1/2 hours to perform the required work. After they performed the services I went home. The next few days there was heavy rain/snow so I did not drive the vehicle. After the storm passed, I drove the truck around my neighborhood to assess the storm damage in the area. About 2 blocks down the street I started hearing a funky clunk noise from the passenger front wheel. Thinking it was something else that had finally given out after 20+ years of driving, I continued on my cruise. The noise progressively got worse. I turned around and went back home. I had my father watch me drive the truck down the street as now it was hard to control driving it. He said the wheel was wobbling back and forth. We jacked the truck up and checked out the wheel. ALL THE LUGNUTS WERE FINGER TIGHT INCLUDING THE KEY NUT!!!!!! After the non-ASE certified technician had performed the alignment, he did not tighten and torque the lugnuts on that tire as mandated by Federal law. After correcting this problem, I went back to Firestone to complain as this could have injured or killed myself or another person should the wheel fly off at speed. The manager did not believe my dad or I about the problem. He told us that it is impossible for that to have occurred due to services performed there because a 4 wheel alignment does not require the wheels to be removed. Which is a blatant lie being I am an ASE certified technician myself, and have performed this procedure on vehicles identical to mine and the type of rims do not allow for mounting of the laser sensor. A non-standard sensor is required which means the tires must be removed and the sensor bolted in just like you would the tire. Finally the manager gave in and gave me a free alignment right then and there and a rain check for a free oil change which I will not use because I work on my vehicle myself as much as technology allows.I told the manager that I wanted an ASE Certified mechanic to work on my vehicle, which he responded with all our mechanics are ASE Certified which was another lie because the tech that worked on it BOTH TIMES!! was not ASE Certified. I also told the manager and the tech that I wanted it done right away with no fooling around as I had a tight schedule. This time I stood there and watched the tech perform the service (Which did include removing the tires b the way) all the way through. This time I only had to wait about 45 minutes.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO FIRESTONE!!!!!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES IN HESPERIA TO GET WORK DONE THAT WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF OR BE NEGLIGENT IN PROCEDURES! YOU AND OR OTHERS COULD BE INJURED AS A RESULT OF ALLOWING THESE FOOLS TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!!

He is always polite and on this day as I was pulling out of parking lot he stopped me and asked if I have had a tire rotation since my last visit in which I stated (NO) he went above and beyond, he did this with out me asking. Very rude and they will get over on you if you dont know your prices. Wow gave firestone a second shot and sure enough they try to over charge me. 160.00 dollars for a battery that was under warranty. They wouldn’t let me use any battery coupons. Customers beware of Rex price gouging. 700.00 to do front brakes wow. 120.00 for fuel treatment service. I hate firestone for the rudeness they provide.

I paid for a lifetime alignment and have worn out two sets of front tires and they say everything is within spec.
