EXCELLENT auto shop, Jeremy, Joel and all the team are professionals, Honest, etc...Jeremy sends you pictures and tells you what is needed for your car. I took my 2011 Honda CRV due to some of my doors wouldnt open, they fixed the electrical panel, now it works. I HIGHLY recommend them.

All I can say is WOW I have never seen a repair shop go above and beyond to get my truck fixed. I have a 2006 diesel F350 with lack of power when pulling a trailer. They not only found the problem but even had me hook up my trailer and took me for a test drive up the pass. Truck now is fixed and runs better then ever. Thanks to Jeremy for his one on one service. Price was fair and the warranty he gave me is not heard of.If you have the time for quality repairs this is the place.

Jeremy and his team gave me a great first time experience. Very professional and fair pricing for my 2006 Chevy Silverado. Love the communication and updates while service was being performed along with pictures taken throughout the whole process. Well had fixed and three days later the system that was tested for a alternator failed that puzzled me and costing me more than 500 dollars and dont give senior discount nor should have charge for labor for just a few days earlier did a major repair consistent of timing belt and water pump and serpentine belt tensioner idle pulley new battery then paying $1665.70 then three to fours days later get charge over $508.?? Making a total at $2,165.70 for my car. I think they did a good job but feel that the second time that they alternators failure is shocking and I feel that they shouldnt have charge for the labor because the job before hand cover the same couldve replace the alternators was there open and easy access to remove when we did a major repair. I shouldve paid the 169.00 for the part only I shouldnt be charge for them not checking the car had for two to three days to make sure all good then three days later cost me 508.?? More without the labor should discounted so saved me minus 338.00

I bought a vehicle from a dealer that was no good, unfortunately we overheated in between Baker in Barstow and were stranded out in the desert.I called every shop within 50 miles and, literally EVERY SINGLE OTHER SHOP told me to get lost and they wouldn’t be able to at least LOOK at it until after the weekend. (It’s early morning Friday).Jeremy answers the phone and immediately was 100% super respectful. I explained to him what was going on and despite him being booked out and busy as well; he told me to bring the truck on in and he went out of his way to make time to look at it on a very busy day. As soon as we arrived and pulled the truck off the tow truck, Jeremy dropped what he was doing to come over and take a glance at our truck.Unfortunately, more bad news followed, but Jeremy walked us through every step of the issue and what could have caused it, and what we would need to do to fix it.He was a extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. In the end we needed a job that would have taken a few days, and I am not from the area so I ultimately had to rent a truck to tow it the rest of my way.Despite this, Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond to host us at their shop while we spent a few hours trying to figure out what to do next. To help keep us out of the sweltering heat. Very much appreciated on these 100+ days.While I didn’t end up having work done here, I would 100% bring my car here for work if I lived closer.Jeremy and his staff are genuinely great people who just also happen to be very skilled mechanics. FANTASTIC!!! Had car trouble 6 miles west of Hesperia. Car just wasnt going up that steep hill. Pulled off in Hesperia as there was no other choice. Looked up auto repair places, because even if we turned around we werent getting back to Los Angeles as is. Freedom Auto Repair had good reviews and several of them. Luckily the car was able to make it without a tow. Jeremy and Joe were extremely helpful with identifying the problem. They were able to fix the issue within an hour and we were back on the road to visit relatives 200 more miles away. Thank you, thank you. Very lucky to have found them as we were not familiar with the area at all. Both men were personable and Joe explained everything. They even welcomed the dogs into the air conditioned office. Great company and even greater people. I would definitely go back should the need arise, but I hope it doesnt. Pretty scary being on the road with car problems. Forever grateful they were able to make the repairs quickly and for a reasonable amount. Thank you!!!

I live near Sacramento, Ca and was hauling a horse when my check engine light came on. It was late Friday afternoon when I called for an appointment the next day. They said come in now so we can see the problem. They diagnosed the problem and got me on the road the next day. Great and competent folks! I highly recommend them!!

Not a whole lot of experience with Freedom Auto, having brought my truck in only once. I just found out about them, brought my truck in and left with my issue resolved. Completely satisfied with the service here only wishing I had known about them sooner! They make you feel like youre business is appreciated, no games and fair pricing. Having tried other places in the area, in the 20 years of owning my 1999 Dodge diesel, this is my only stop for service in the future. Good to know where to go for diesel service here in the High Desert.

I took my sons 70 Chevy Impala over to Freedom for some electrical work and leaks that needed to be taken care of after restoring the car. The crew at Freedom are top notch. Best place iv ever gone fixed my car so much cheaper. The people there are so nice they will forever have me as a customer. The front desk lady is very nice and fun when you sit there for half the day. By my choice i stayed there it had air conditioning and i had no plans to go anywhere else. They keep you very well updated on your phone and email it is great. Firestone can suck it and die this place is where people should go.

I took my vehicle here due to an oil leak on my vehicle, I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be completed. Freedom auto repair advised to me that they had found 2 oil leaks on my vehicle. I was charged $524 dollars for the repairs. Well, the next morning the oil leak was worse! I took my car back for the second time and they simply cleaned all of the oil off of my motor and told me to return the next day. (Third day of returning to freedom auto repair) the oil leak had worsened! Adam at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me and made me feel very uncomfortable! Adam then notified Jeremy the owner and Jeremy said that I have 2 options, Refund or leave my vehicle with him for a day or 2 and that he would try to fix the oil leak at no cost! I got my money refunded! I do not let any mechanics play games with me. I’m a cash paying customer that shows respect to people that give me respect, I feel that this was such a waste of my time! I missed 2 days of work because of there false diagnosis. Jeremy advised to me that he would return my money back to me only if I sign a release of liability form. Not even to mention the headache on getting my money refunded! I waited nearly 4 days to get my money refunded! Jeremy had advised to me over the phone that I was being ”VOLATILE” I then advised to Jeremy that he needs to put himself in my shoes! And I think that any customer would be VOLATILE as well if you waste there time like freedom auto repair has done to me! Jeremy was extremely upset due to my previous review, I erased the review because I felt hostility towards me while picking up my refund. I didn’t even step foot on their property just so I could avoid confrontation, Jeremy handed me a check because I had not received my refund back to my account yet, then he made me feel like if I was a theif!! Jeremy advised to me that once the other 524 hits my account to return it back to him. This place was a nightmare!!! Jeremy was so worried about me putting up my honest review! Well in this country we have freedom of speech and the right to write a god honest truthful review.

Dont trust the review posted by Big Bearvevo. Jeremy and Freedom Automotive are the best. Big Bear has submitted 26 reviews and only 9 of them are 5 stars, the majority are 1 or 3 stars, which is only a 34% approval rate. This says more about Big Bear than it does about the places that are reviewed. My guess is that Big Bear isnt the best customer to deal with. When you become a customer that is Volatile no one wants to deal with you, even the best customer service agent will bristle at that kind of treatment.Trust the other reviews you read on yelp and google. Freedom is the best. The reason they take some time to look at cars is because they are slammed with clients on a daily basis. If they didnt provide good service, would they be that busy??
