I walked in and instantly it was very homey feeling. I looked around at the mattresses they had and purchased 2 twin mattresses for my daughters new bunk bed. The price was wonderful under 300 for both. Not only that the guy who helped me was very nice. There was even a spot for my youngest to play with some toys while I was getting the mattresses. They also do delivery which is great since we dont have a truck. If Im ever in the market for another mattress I will definitely go here over all others. Highly recommended.

This was our second mattress purchase. We are very pleased. You do not get the run around. They are very personable and make you feel important as a customer. They have just about anything you want in a mattress and can even accommodate odd needs. I will come back again in another 10 years.

My wife and I had been looking to purchase a king size memory foam mattress. We bought and took one back to a BIG BOX store (that was kind enough to take it back). Some were so expensive that a second mortgage may have been necessary to swing the purchase. Then we tried the Sterling Mattress Factory and found their memory foam mattresses seemingly as comfortable as the super expensive ones. We also enjoy purchasing from a local business whenever possible, especially for better price and similar quality, so buying our mattress from TSMF seemed to be the best deal on the best mattress we could find. We have not regretted it and probably 8 or 9 years later are still sleeping soundly on it. Our daughter and her husband live in St. Louis, are wealthy, and bought their memory foam mattress at Sterling after failing to find any they liked better up there. We have a number of their innersprings scattered around the family now as well. We are sold on the fine products and people at the Sterling Mattress Factory.

WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY!!!!!!!!Bought what I thought to be a nice mattress and box spring set from a local manufacturer (sterling mattress) thinking that if I had an issue I would be able to handle it locally as well. After 8 years of part time use my mattress is sagging in the middle and the box spring is broken.I went in to check on my 10 year warranty (yeah right) and they came to inspect my mattress, stating it would be 7 to 10 business days to receive an answer. So I call after 3 days and wondering why it would take so long to get an answer to a simple question.....either they will honor the warranty or not.Well, the answer is the latter of the two.......NOT!! They state that sagging is not a warranty issue however they would give me 20% off of the purchase of a new box spring which is equal to about $20.......WHOOOPEEEEEE!!!!KEEP YOUR $20 STERLING MATTRESS AND GO F**K YOURSELF AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They say their mattresses are guaranteed for 10 years. Apparently that is not true. Ours got a hump in the middle after 11 months and they sent us a letter saying we could pick up a new piece of foam and put it in the pillow top. We did. Happened again and we were told to change our sleeping patterns. That it was our fault because we did not sleep on the entire bed. I dont know about anyone else but I dont think I should be told to change my sleeping habits to accommodate their mattress. My husband called after we recieved the second letter telling us what we would have to pay to repair the mattress we paid over $1000 for. We were told they were sorry but it was not their problem and the man hung up on my husband. To me this is not a good way to do business. I tried to talk to them again thru their customer service email and it was returned no longer valid.

Will not honer warranty, bed is not comfortable. One side a board and other sank to where it is hard.has to be a defect if feels this bad. turned over and put 3 in foam on wrong side to sleep on it.they came out and stated nothing wrong with bed. rip off!!!!!!!!!!! out over 800 dollars. Humpin the middle of my bed too. god will get u sterling. delivery guy said they traveled way over toan warehouse they never been to to pick up mine. they were pawning something off on me they knewwas not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They told me mine would be made day before, ya right!!!!!!!
