I had a great experience here with the staff. They printed out my return slips and then offered to finish the packing for my returns without charging me anything. I really appreciated the extra effort -- especially because I didnt end up paying for any services at this location. They were incredibly friendly and the location was clean and had anything that you would need. I did go on a Saturday afternoon when the location was not busy at all, which might have factored into the service I got compared to other reviewers experiences.
I have come to this location many times in the last few years, all for print orders and they have always been flexible, helpful, and professional. The wait is long sometimes but the wait doesnt reflect on the quality of service.
I had an oversized item that Fed Ex had delivered to me and I need to return. Understandably, the clerk wasnt sure how to proceed. I was told the manager would arrive in an hour or so and they would contact me. I wasted time taking measurements and providing contact info. NEVER heard from them. FedEx is either understaffed or staffed with people that dont care. Probably understaffed with people that dont care - not a good combo. Terrible service at this location - Go Elsewhere

I have been using the website and this location for all of my companys design and print needs. Ryan, the manager, took his time showing me how to make the best quality posters using their site with Canva. Everyone I have talked to has been extremely helpful. While there I have witnessed other customers get upset when trying to send packages and almost abusive towards the customer service reps. IMHO it seems to be either a misunderstanding of what the customer service rep is telling them that they need or very entitled customers that want what they want when they want it with little regard to company policy. I will continue to use their services. I have saved tons of money by designing and printing myself as opposed to paying professionals for mediocre work.
Great location with helpful staff
Fax machines are not working properly, ended faxing three times and paid $20 to fax 3 page document.

This is large FedEx location, and I wanted to like this place to drop off my FedEx packages.The manager turned out to be so rude. I was talking to another customer casually and suggested he could save money by using a different package. Suddenly the manager go so upset, that I was taking away their business. They totally forgot the importance of keeping the customer first.Since then I am going to a different FedEx location(This incident happened in 2019)
Be prepared to do their job if you are sending package out of USA. They will ask you to google what they need even though that there are FedEx Offices in the country you’re sending the package to. Office manager is impolite and rude towards customer.
Amanda is the epiphany of Great Customer Service!!! As soon as I walked into the store she asked me if I need it help. She is very professional and willing to assist. I explained that I was returning a package back to a store and she made it all so easy and fast. Thank you Amanda and thank you fedex for employing such wonderful individuals. Photo quality is terrible. We are paying for passport pictures and they dont know how to click one. Took almost 10 attempts to click photograph and still it was not correct. My application got rejected everywhere due to bad quality of picture.
This FedEx place has the worst customer service ever. I had to wait forever just to drop off a package as no one would come to the shipping and handling line even as i stood there waiting patiently for them they would look at me and continue doing their own thing, and I also had to pay $4 to have my package re-packaged since my package did not meet their shipping policy even though the whole item inside the package was wrapped well with bubble wrap. I will never visit this place again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Awesome printing of jobsite photos. Very helpful with shipping tools to Chicago with the best prices for delivery. They packed the heavy cartons of expensive tools perfectly. It was also great to have computers for out of town guys like us. Just the best people to serve us too.
Had the best experience. Reading the comments below I guess the services probably depend on the staff working the shift. I came in at 21:30 and needed the package to reach next morning. The guy working the shift gave me a print out of my packaging label and gave me directions to the FedEx facility who would be able to send it the same day. I even went back to the store to thank him for the help.
Its hit or miss when it comes to dropping off things to ship at FedEx. The lines can be very long.

The store has a really bad noise from the Ac I won’t be coming back here again because it is torturous and I cannot imagine how the poor staff deals. Corporate please take action this is not a safe place especially for the workers who may have sensitive hearing.
Called this location to ask how to ship perishable items... Joyce in customer service gave me the wrong information sending me to a location that didnt have what I was looking for.. Have more knowledgeable employees who are willing to help customers not waste their time.

Needed to drop a USPS package off with printed label when usps closed. I called and asked they said yes as long as it has a printed label. All so I didnt have to drive there for them to tell me no. I get there they say they cant do it...... like what wasted my time. Ive had bad experiences here in the past too dont go here go to UPS by the clocktower shopping center

I have to come here more often than not, customer service is great and so are the products, my only qualm at this location is that theres an older man who works here who often makes me feel uncomfortable when I come in.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had, first they print my materials incorrectly, I had to go twice in order get it done right then they were extremely rude, the assistant manager was a complete jerk, he was act like I owed him the apology. He was very unprofessional and shouldn’t even deal with customers because he can’t, stay away from this store. I will never go to this store again, I wish they had zero stars on here but they don’t.
A complicated printing project of 59 pages in Farsi and English required shifting pages, reading right to left, color corrections. It was done skillfully, quickly, most pleasantly and made my boss enormously happy with me.
Just came out if this fedex center almost crying..I wud give it zero stars if i can ..We wanted to ship a few boxes and it was the first time we were doing it. We did not want to use this center because we have had bad experience before but this was the closest and open on sundays so we had no choice.The guy at the counter - Justin, was not helpful at all and he was very very rude..This was the second time dealing with him and he had been rude the first time too.. when i told him that the service is bad and he is not providing us help that we need to ship the boxes, he started blabbing like a teenager that “ if u are rude to me, i will be rude to u” and was shouting at us..I was just giving him the feedback as a customer...very poor training on how to talk to customers..very very bad service specially from the guy called Justin..

We have used this fedex for many many years, even before it was fedex. We were printing wedding bulletins (for tonight) and we sent a person with this project with the word file and the proper fonts on a stick. the person printing the file did not tell them the font radically changed (the front cover, the most important part and not we went from a florid hand script style to an informal comic font. We noticed the problem as soon as it came home. . yes we might have sent the wrong person to get the job done, They did sign off, but the person at Fedex should have informed them about the major font change since they had to change that on their machine. these things happen, but when i called i got no consideration whatsoever. I suggest you go elsewhere when you have a somewhat rush job and need it to be right!
This place is terrible. There was a old obese woman there named Joyce who was nasty, trashy, rude, with a terrible attitude. She was no help and took forever to complete my order.i dont recommend this place.

Showed up to this Fedex location at around 10:50 this Friday night 08/15/2014 (they close at 11:00) and needed to get some packages shipped. I walk up to the door expecting to walk right on in and be helped just like normal. However, to my surprise the door is locked and a very unhelpful employee tells me through the door that he cant help me. I guess this location doesnt quite keep up the the Fedex slogan WeLiveToDeliver very well.
Not much of customer service, self print is super slow and ended paying 9 dollars to print 4 pages on their workstations.

This is one of worest store that I ever seen.very bad customer service with manager.The guy Don is much better than the manager.The manager will rip you off with high prices for small items.he will only give you big boxes.he will try to charge as much as possible.if you want save some money please dont visit this store.

First time we had a bad experience with FedEx. They sent the amazon delivery to nearby store although my delivery option was Home Delivery. After calling Customer Service, they confirmed it will be delivered next day(today), but delivery did not received. Called Herndon office today and lady was very rude and unprofessional.
