I have used American Carpet and Floor several times and I have always been pleased with their work. Hossein is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He gives you options to best fit your needs. The carpet people did a great job with installation and Abbas that puts in the wood floor, did a great job. When there is a challenge in the job, he will figure it out. He is always polite and professional. I will use American Carpet for my next project.

Excellent service & pricing!!! Quoted and completed the job in 24 hours because they re-arranged the schedule to accomodate us. The salesman was professional and courteous - and the crew did a great job. The carpet looks great! They even added upgraded pad and carpet in the high-traffic area for no charge because they did not have enough carpet on-hand.

It really is hard to describe my experience as I am still in shock. I had my whole house carpeted yesterday. Not a good thing to do. This is not something you do more than once in a lifetime. We were told to take everything off of our furniture make sure there was at least 12 high in the closets so the rugs could be replaced. I even got rid of alot of my furniture. My husband and I thought we did a pretty good job until that morning when the boss came and told us that we needed to take the pillows off the beds etc. We did in two rooms and said they could work in those rooms then we would came back upstairs and clear the other bedrooms into the rooms they had already done. Well to cut this long ugly day short. When they left and I had finished putting my China etc. back in my China closet and straightening up my downstairs. My husband and I went upstairs and we thought there was a war fought on our upstairs. My good mini blinds that were all bent the spreads and bed linens were rolled up with all the toss pillows everything was thrown around the rooms. The furniture was not back in the proper rooms. They didnt leave until 8:00 pm and my husband and I didnt get to bed until 12:00. We didnt even get things all done we were still getting things out of the bathrooms so in the morning my husband could get ready for work. Let me mention that he gets up at 4:00 am. I am washing all my sheets and pillowcases as these men were handling them. I still trying to put items in the right room etc. The worse situation I have ever in my whole entire life been in. I thought I should give anyone out there a heads up before making a decision to replace the whole house or even a room. Remember to remove all linens etc. This was not explained to us.Good luck - I WILL NEVER EVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS AGAIN. As for my mini blinds being bent - they were replacing rugs why were my mini blinds all bent????? God only knows what else they did. Im not finished cleaning - this project will probably take the rest of my life!!!
