I paid for tires and scheduled an appointment for Friday, in the confirmation receipt it said someone would call to verify my appointment. Nobody called me so I called them only to find out the tires I paid for were not available. The rep that I spoke to went above and beyond to contact other locations to see if they could retrieve the tires, I was advised they would have the tires available for install on Monday. I took time off of work to take the vehicle, set up transportation so I could leave my vehicle and when I got there I was advised the tires were never picked up. I dealt with another rep who called a few locations while I waited and assured he would pick up the tires himself and to come back on Wednesday. I called today (Wednesday) to verify they picked up the tires as advised however the tires are STILL NOT THERE! The rep I spoke with said they could get the tires replaced tomorrow however I have no tread on my tires, I have a prior engagement scheduled for tomorrow, and were supposed to be getting a bad rain storm on Friday. I contacted customer support and was advised a store manager would contact me in 48 hours. They took my money, did not do what they said they were gunna do, have not communicated effectively with me, and have yet to provide a resolution to my issue that works with my schedule.

Buy One and get ripped off! Be alert you do not get life time warranty that this store says. It is not worth of giving even ONE star. I got 4 tires in 2020. Last week I found a small nail on the tire and asked them to pull it out and fix it. One old mechanic(I will not reveal his name) told me it was irreparable and he could not fix it or I have to replace the tire. Before he talked about this, he mentioned other repairs and suggested me to replace all 4 tires or one tire with a risk of unbalance. He kept saying I needed to understand why it was irreparable. I did not agree and took my car to other mechanics andthey fixed in minutes!! It costs me just $10. I will never return to this store.

I had a bad experience with Tires Plus, Herndon. The guy who attended me seemed to be very co-operative initially but showed his true color later.These people will cheat and rip you off if they get a chance. Never take your car there.

Great experience over all. Had 2 tires shipped from Tire Rack. Was able to easily schedule an appointment for installation and was only a few days out giving tire rack enough time to get the tires to Tires Plus. Took a few hours I wish they had more staff/mechanics to get tire replacement down to a 30 minute guarantee if possible. This will increase average revenue per customer and increase customer satisfaction for a win/win.

Beware of this business. I took my car in because I needed a flat tire repair (small nail and no where near the sidewall - meaning a simple repair) and state inspection. Was told tire was irreparable and failed inspection because of it plus because brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Both brakes and rotors were replaced less than 1.5 years ago. Took it to Costco, which I normally do but wanted to save time by getting the inspection done at the same time, they fixed the tire within the hour and told me brakes and rotors are fine. I’ll put up with a lot but I can’t stand dishonesty. See other reviews, it’s shocking how similar my story is to others. I’m not the first and probably won’t be the last. Won’t be going back here again.

If I was able to rate this place -0 I would. I came to the shop on 4/10/2021 to purchase two front tires for my Mercedes Benz. I was convinced by the store to purchase all four since my tires were all balled. The front desk advisor asked me if I had flat run tires? I didn’t know what that was. He said most of Mercedes Benz came with those tires and added I didn’t have a spare so that I should have those types of tires. However he said my tires weren’t flat run tires they were regular tires. I never had a flat in four years with those tires. So they allegedly gave me the best regular non flat run tires. However when they completed the job I drove the car and told them the tires felt funny. It didn’t drive like it did with the other tires. They told me I have to just get use to the tires. Well driving back the following day 4/11/2021 the back tire caught a flat. I am two and a half hours away from my house with no service station opened. In the middle of the night. Why would they sell me tires that would leave me stranded in this precarious place? I finally contacted someone two hours away to bring me a spare. I am so angry and disappointed. I expected better from this shop. Just the name alone is reputable but if you can’t care for woman purchaser I will take me service elsewhere. I will be bringing back these tires.

Took well over an hour to get 4 tires even with my appointment. My car was in the bay quick but after that it was nothing. The work was fine, but dont come here if you are in a hurry.

I took my car here for an inspection and they failed it saying I needed rear brakes, rotors and a rear caliper. They quoted me $1,500 to make the repairs. I was surprised because I thought my brakes were absolutely fine, so I took my car to another shop and it passed. The second shop let me know that the lowest break pad had more than half left and the rotors were in good shape and the caliper was not locked.Last year they did the same thing to my daughter. They failed her inspection and gave her a quote to make it pass. Then she went somewhere else and the quote and the work was for half. I had been going there for a few years already. Worst service. I scheduled an appointment 4 hours prior, and when I was there on time, front desk person said we just took another car for repair and you need to wait for 2 more hours. If you guys are not following schedule why are you guys taking appointments.

I went in to get a re-alignment check as I stated having some issues. They didnt just re-align my steering but without asking they rotated all 4 tires because they said that could have been a factor to the issue I was having. They also test drove it a few times to make sure they had solved my problem. Now thats great service! 👌😎

TIRE PLUS will rip you off, they cheat you by charging you too much money for the parts. not bad as far as the labor they wont allow you to bring your own parts the reason being is because they will sell you the part 3 times more expansive. so sad all the TIRE PLUS shop are all a rip off.

Spent a bunch of money getting my car fixed. To then be told it still wouldn’t pass inspection. After I took it right across the street. And they passed it. I’ll never return here. And my whole family won’t either.

I always get an oil change, with included tire rotation, done on time with my scheduled appointment and completed within the expected timeframe. Staff is always pleasant.

They tried to sell me new belts when my car didnt need any yet. Also quoted me $100 to get the check engine light read. Nah Im good. Ill go to Advanced Auto where I can get it checked for free.

This place is great. They are honest, quick and fair. They only do what is needed to fix your vehicle and do not try to cheat you or price gouge you in anyway. They genuinely care about their customers and creating a good experience for you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have any service work done on your vehicle.

Dont expect to be treated fairly at this place, they pressure you and constantly upsell you on repairs, and in most cases unnecessary and exorbitant repairs. My personal experience: paid for lifetime wheel balancing for two of my cars, one 2002, and the other 2008. They did the wheel alignment for a couple of years (twice a year) on my 2002 and then started asking me to get the axels, struts, tires and what not replaced else they wont do the wheel alignment. I got the tires changed elsewhere and brought it back for wheel alignment, they werent happy and still refused to do the wheel alignment. The 2002 car isnt worth $500, and they are asking me to spend $3000 on repairs that have nothing to do with Wheel alignment. To me it sounds predatory especially since I am beholden to them as I have paid for life time wheel alignment. What a scam especially since they have been doing wheel alignment on 2002 all along while the struts, the axels and whatever else they want me to replace has been faulty as per their examination. And not to forget, some of the guys that work there are downright rude and attempt to brow-beat you.

DOnt bring your car for inspection here.I brought my van to Tireplus in Chantily VA for alignment and safety inspection. After 4 hours, they said the van failed inspection, the rear tire brake rotors worn out. The cost for replacement is about $700, I took the van home and ordered two rear rotors for replacement. When I was about to replace the rotors I measured the rotor thickness with caliper and found they are barely worn out. I called Tireplus asking them if they will reconsider because there is not much worn compared to the new ones. The guy named Tom didnt tell me if they will reconsider but said if I fail again I must pay another $20 for safety inspection. I tool the van to across the street and got safety inspection passed within an hour. I cant trust those people, who called themselves are certified tech and I think they just wanted your money. Dont ever come to this place.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!I took my SUV for checking the flat tire and the technician said the tire need to be replaced gave a quote for same tire for $247. I took it o the the Honda Dulles, they just fixed the flat tire and put it back for $36.This service center will rip you off!! be careful!!

Zachary replaced my stem for a fair price. He was a nice young man. Hence, the 1 star. Tommy Molina was very rude and haughtily declared I hadnt rotated my tires since I bought them. Of course, I have. I needed a front end alignment which was the reason for the uneven wear. I chose instead to have my tire services done Hogan and Sons who appreciated my business and knew how to speak to a customer.

This is my first time to this shop. The staffs are very friendly. I changed my carss 4 all season tire. I also did the safety inspection, and oil change service. They have coupons available at their website. Good waiting area. I made the appointment but to the next week. Front desk guy says it is okay and reschedule very quick. Waiting time is reasonable. I think it depends on what kind of service you demand. Ive been sitting in the dealership for 3 and half hour just for oil change. But they didnt let me wait for too long. The most important point is, when I drove the car out, it feels very smooth. So, I like their service. Keep it up. Cheers!

This was my second time going here. While in the waiting room, guy comes in and says that my oil cap was broken when the vehicle arrived, showing me my cap in about 6 pieces.Did they remove it with a shotgun?? I had just checked my oil 2 days prior and there was definitely nothing wrong with it. He says he can sell me a new one. Convenient. While driving home, hood of car tries swinging up, luckily being caught by the safety latch. They couldnt even be bothered to properly close the hood.I will never go back here and can only imagine how reckless this place truly is. Would be so nice to find a good mechanic.

Excellent fast, friendly service! I called to ask for an estimate was given the *exact amount - no bs. The amount was a third of what 2 other places wanted - and that was just an estimate. I asked about an appointment, no appointment needed. He checked to see if parts were in stock, they were, 30 minute delivery from Advance. I dropped my car off and in an hour my car was complete. YES - done. He even gave me an additional discount. I cant say enough how excellent this place is! Great prices. Their people are friendly, professional, and fast!

Great place, walking distance to my house, so even if they happen to be slightly more expensive than Costco, the convenience is well worth it. And they can now do state inspections. Since I keep my cars till they die, or close enough to the end, I always buy lifetime alignments, etc. Bring the car in, schedule what you need, walk home and wait till they call and tell you its ready. Its nice having a local trusted repair place.

Unfortunately have been a recent repeat guest all too frequently (not their fault) but each visit, Ive gotten a quick diagnosis and quote and never felt taken advantage of. Used them first because they were the closest shop vs. my regular mechanic and recently returned because without mentioning price, they beat who I normally go to. Would recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I got a bolt in my tire so went to go get it fixed one morning before work. They got me in relatively quick so I was pretty optimistic. I spoke with Steve this whole time. He told me that my tire could not be repaired. Okay, no big deal, I figured that may be the case.The issue began when he started telling me this whole story of a lady who only got two tires and things started going wrong with her car and I knew he was going to try to oversell me at this point. He told me that I needed FOUR NEW TIRES! On my car that is brand new 2017! FOUR NEW TIRES BECAUSE OF 1 FLAT! I told him that I was not going to do that and I would just take the 1, or 2 to balance, and that would be fine. He went in to a tizzy and told me absolutely not he would not sell me anything less than 4.I left without getting anything fixed! I went to Webers in Fairfax and they were so much more willing to work with me. Not only were they only going to sell me the 1 tire, like I asked...they also ordered tires for me (the same exact ones already on my car) and got them there the same day! They ordered two just in case. Once I got my car in, they looked at it and realistically told me the best option would be to put 2 on. Completely agree. They even put the old tire that was still good, in the back of my car so now I have a great spare! Would 100% recommend WEBERS over Tires Plus!!!!

Feel free to get a reservation with them, but understand that it doesnt mean anything. I had one with them for an oil change but had to wait over two hours despite their guarantee of 1-hour service. I work at a school where the students can do oil changes in less than an hour, its a shame that a set reservation with a certified mechanic yields worse results. Remember that we live in an age of aggregate reviews with much competition around the area---find a better place.

Had a flat tire due to a nail and was told that I needed a new tire. I was also told that another tire had a nail and needed to be replaced. I took their word but later found out that the tire was repairable, and that they replaced my well-known brand name tires (which were relatively new) with low-grade ones. I wish I was given thorough information and honest recommendations. I am dissatisfied with the service I received at this place and would not recommend.

When you call to get an appointment for the next day, the people at this place mess up the timings. And, they don’t honor the appointments. The quality of work is good but make sure you’re ready to wait for hours even if you have an appointment. Their explanation is we don’t have a technician available. What’s the purpose of getting an appointment if you can’t honor it! I’d have given 5 stars had the people been understanding and accommodating. But the rude behavior is not acceptable to me!

My first visit at 13580 McLearen in Herndon. Had an appointment for 10AM and I arrived at 10 AM sharp. Manager Steve Brown said that he already had 1 car ahead of me because it arrived earlier than his scheduled time. So my car was waiting for tire rotation only. I had other transactions to do on Sat and decided to wait but had to leave without having the rotation done. Didnt feel a welcome visit. Appointments should be held as promised. I felt I wasted my time today.

Called and called to tried to set up an appointment at the Herndon location and not one person answered the phone. Tried at least 5 times throughout the day. Took my business elsewhere and advise you do the same.

Bought tires here about five or so months ago. My neighbors are redoing their roof and have gone back twice with nails in my tires. Both times fixes were done quickly and for free. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Went in with a flat tire that turned out to be unrepairable. They charged me nothing to remove the wheel, check out the puncture, and mount the spare. There quoted price for a replacement is the same as Tire Rack, and mounting and balancing cheaper than Tire Racks installers. Cant complain.

Fairly new to the area and have never taken my car to a non-dealership. I needed new tires...badly...and found the best deal here. I called and spoke with Steve who was AWESOME! I am a huge fan of good phone etiquette! Anyway after work I brought my car in, they took care of me not only got me new tires but an oil change too all for under $400! I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I am back a couple weeks later to get the state inspection and my car aligned I came in yesterday and they were busy so we made an appt for today (yesterday I just stopped in after work) so far again have been very happy with the customer service! They are so friendly here and will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is everything you want it to be! I wish I could express how much I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone!

Waited a reasonable amount of time on a busy week day evening. Both gentleman work 12+ hours a day and were friendly even towards closing. They threw in a free tire rotation bringing our total bill to $34. Very good experience

I was in the area for vacation when one day I noticed one of my tires was losing air. Not wanting to get stuck with a flat tire in DC, I found this place and saw that they opened at 7am. I figured I would show up first thing in the morning to get the leak taken care of without disrupting too much of our plans for the day. Wrong! I was the first one there and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours before they could look at it. Im guessing their business model does not address walk-ins. I went across the street to the shell station and the mechanic had me back on the road by 7:30. Technically, they didnt even open until 7;30!

Tires Plus is a great place to be taken care of! Tommy is a manager who knew how to address a difficult situation I walked into with my car. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs and experience was taken care of!

OMG, Im on my way home from work with my toddler and I run over a huge bolt. I called them 30 minutes prior to closing and they were so nice that they took me even though they were not taking any more people for the day. Not taking my vehicle back to this place anymore. They saw my pregnant wife and seemed to think that this gave them license to embellish and exaggarate the condition of my tires and my Unbalanceable wheels.According to the guy at the counter, the tires could not be balanced. He also stated that one wheel was so badly bent, that it was rubbing against the backing plate. There is no such thing as a backing plate. There is a brake dust shield, but that has a bunnys chance in hell at rubbing up against the wheel. But I digress.At this point, I am speaking with the salesman. His explanation of what a backing plate is vague and laughable at best. He proceeds to try to sell me at least one wheel and four tires.He did not have the price for a wheel, stated that they were working in getting a price. During our conversation, I found a aftermarket replacement wheel, a copy, for $120 shipped (Thanks Google!)Since they couldnt get me a price for the wheel, I declined everything.Well, do you at least want to get the tires changed out?I was perplexed and asked,I thought you said the wheels could not be balanced?The response included a suggestion that I was putting my pregnant wife in danger.I curtly declined all services and asked them to send my wife on her way.The local Costco said that the wheels did show damage, but not to the extent that they could not be balanced. They also said that the wheels had been balanced already. I would assume that Tires Plus attempted a balancing, hence my second star on my rating.The tires did need replacing because of a condition called feathering (Check google to get down on the jargon) I got my tires there, as they came out $75 less, out the door.Costco membership for another year, goodbye to Tires Plus.

Swindled in to buying a new tire. I ran over a piece of metal and had a flat I was pressed for time and left the tire with them while I was working. They called and said it was unrepairable and I needed a new tire. I asked to see the old tire after the fact and it has one small cut on the inside they circled. It was less than a half inch. I will not go to tires plus again.

I needed low profile run flats and they had them in stock! The service is also great here, you can make an appointment for installation.

If i could give zero stars I would. If you tell a person that the wait is 1 hour and then 1hour and 30minutes of waiting you tell the client it will be another hour, i expect this company as a courtesy of the clients time to be honest from the beginning and inform them how long it is really going to take. I could have taken my business elsewhere. PS after that 1hour and 30min wait they hadnt even touched my car.

Overall, I would shop them again; Having said that, I basically bought the shop employees pizza. I special ordered two tires from them which took one day longer than they said. No big deal since I used to manage several different tire shops in the 90s and of course my nic name is CARTIRE. However, on the day I needed the tires on day 12 - my RF tire caught two nails and was leaking 1 lbs/psi every 15 minutes. Called them up and they couldnt take me on a random evening (5:27PM). Went to my Chevy Dealer - Pohanka who is open until 11pm btw...and bought tires there. Thus, my last purchase was a deposit of 100 dollars which is now gifted to the hard workers who hopefully were there when I bought 4 tires for my previous car in 2013 which was spectacular. So, take my star rating for face value. * Youll probably have a great experience though b/c my first was 5 stars and I believe the 2nd was an aberration, and my two friends who I recommended love them. Worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced, scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires to be installed 2 weeks out!! spoke with STEVE BROWN (store Manager) and was assured that the tires I was ordering would be ready and available when I arrived, he even stated that its great that you are giving us a 2 week notice, not many customers give us that much time to have the right tires. of course 2 weeks goes by I arrive for my appointment (having scheduled time off from work to get this done, i.e. NO PAY!!!) give them my name and confirmation #........we have your appointment time here ......but.....NO ORDER FOR YOUR TIRES WAS EVER PLACED!!!!!!! but if you want we can still put on tires for you today, it just going to cost a bit more....sorry? how much more? about $400.00 more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are you kidding me ? these guys are horrible never deal with them, completely unacceptable, and I work in customer service as a matter of fact.

Hey. I received good service. I showed up without an appointment, and they managed to fit me into their schedule, and their prices were very competitive.

Took my car for an oil change and my tire ended up with a nail/bolt in it. The manager asked for $40.00 to fix the tire. Became upset at the idea that the tire was fine before it came to his shop. It seems that other customers have had the same problem in the past. Perhaps, someone should look into the amount of nails found in customers vehicles after the staff worked on them. I will not be taking our cars back to this place. It reeks of fraud and/or carelessness.

Worst experience with this repair shop. Misdiagnosed the engine issue and problem recurred in a day. Then they stopped responding to calls .. saying they will call back. Charged $700 for a $300 repair that i paid at the dealership to finally get it fixed.

I scheduled for a standard $34.99 oil change to be done from their website. As I was getting ready to check out I noticed that my bill was $55! They tried to upcharge me for the Premium/Synthetic Oil Change. They argued that the oil change was already done and there was nothing they could do. I pulled up my confirmation email where it says Standard Oil Change and told them they could either drain and start over, which would push them past the 30 minutes or next one is free, or they could give me the $34.99. Needless to say, I paid $34.99 and am not coming back.

This place has become a joke! They try to sell you anything and everything. I am a mechanic that just needs tires mounted. They told me they could not rotate tire because two wheels were cross threaded. Found out later they were just lazy and actually had not tightened bolts again!

I never leave reviews for any business but this has me so upset I made a special effort. My truck was running rough and I pulled into this station and left for them to look over. They reported back that the entire exhaust system needed replaced and that both catalytic converters were plugged and all four O2 sensors needed replaced, total cost over 4K! What they were saying didnt add up so I cross checked their diagnosis with another mechanic. Turns out that $80 for new plugs and wires and I was on my way.So all I needed was a tune-up!!! Then just a week later I took the truck in for my annual emissions check and it PASSED! A vehicle with plugged catalytics would fail for sure. These guys tried to rob me blind and they argued and challenged me when I questioned their diagnosis. This is my 2nd bad experience with these guys, I WILL NEVER GO BACK and tell everyone I work with to avoid the place at all costs!

The best place for installment tires, new tires, rotate tires and balance. Before, I was planing to go there I called 1st and the person on the phone was helpfull. He explain all my concerns and the price was fair too meanwhile, I was reading the reviews too and i thought how this place have bad reviews but the person on phone was so nice and i thought lets cheak it out. Im glad, I made that trip. I recomend that place with out any hesitation.

This shop is not reliable. They claim they fix one issue and then that issue when comes up again and is requested to re mediate that, they try to disocurage people by not giving them appointment.Pathetic service.
