Theyre so rude. The one guy in this Whitecoat kinda tall was so judgmental to me as soon as I walked in there! Then I asked what one of the machines where he got all rude about it. Then I had to do the air push test which I had never done before he was like what are you 5 because I was nervous. Then he said more rude stuff so I walked out and left. Besides that it was ok!

Love Dr Martuccio!! Paid cash and submit to my insurance because they do not accept my insurance for exams.10 year customer!! Had a hiccup with my contacts and needed help. I have very poor vision without my contacts and wearing glasses gives me the fishbowl effect and is scary to drive. One of the ladies at the vision center screwed up my dates and I was unable to have my claim paid because she wouldnt let me buy a box of contacts and scheduled me for an appointment. The appointment was not covered because it was too soon for me to have an exam. Walmart Vision refused to take responsibility. SO.... when during the pandemic I had an issue with my contacts and needed a sooner appointment or a trial pair of contacts... the man with the white coat who seems to be the office manager would not help me. He was rude. He was demeaning and made me feel like I was taking advantage of the vision center.I will not be back. I am the medical coordinator for a large group of people in the shenango valley... those people were often scheduled for eye exams and glasses at Walmart Vision in Hermitage... I have chosen to schedule all eye exams elsewhere. Sorry, NOT sorry....

On September 21st, 2020, I went to this Walmart Vision Center to pickup a pair of eye glasses that I had ordered. I did not notice any issues with the eye glasses until I went home later in the day when I discovered that there was a fingerprint-like mark on the upper left corner of the left lens. After an hour of attempting to clean the mark it would not come off. I promptly returned the next day and was met with the manager. After close to twenty (20) minutes I was told that there were no issues or defects with my lens and that it had been looked over by multiple people. I could clearly see the mark when he handed it back to me and yet he continued to insist there was nothing there. Instead of being locked into an argument and seeing he had no intention on providing customer service I left to receive a second opinion.Edit: I returned to the store to demand the issues be resolved after I received a second opinion from another optician. One of the associates was kind enough to order a new lens for me but in the process of inspecting the lens further had managed to bend the frame around the affected lens. As I was discussing the issue with the associate another associate, who had previously looked at my lens during the initial experience, kept insisting and making comments from across the room that there was nothing wrong with the lens. I discovered the bent frame outside of business hours and attempted to fix the issue myself and managed to bend the frame even more. Not only has time and effort been wasted but my insurance allowance is now held up with a pair of eye glasses that cant be used. This vision center needs new management and new associates.I do not recommend that you waste time, effort or money with buying eyeglasses from WalMart. Their product lifespan has been reduced over previous years and so has their commitment to customer service. My current pair, the non-broken product, has only lasted a year and some change whereas previous pairs from other shops have lasted much longer for similar cost and better customer service.Edit (12/17/20): I was left a voicemail by Walmart Corporate about two months ago to call back so they could discuss this matter with me. Several phone call attempts later with no response or a pickup and the issue has still not been resolved.

My daughter has been getting her exams as well as glasses her for a few years now.. my younger son now needs glasses. We went and he tried several and finally decided on VERY cute and Practical for his age (6 yrs old), not only is there a Great selection for both kids as well as adults, but 9/10 times its a VERY nice experience and the kids do well and are happy!As am I!!Thank you!!

Made a contact appointment on 5/26/20 for today 6/13/20 at 10:00 am. I show up and the store is not open to customers and the doctor is not even there. Apparently they were supposed to call me to reschedule/cancel and didn’t. Only lady in the store was nice enough but can’t give me anyway to contact the doctor or store manager to see follow up on why I was never told my appointment was canceled.

Everytime call there they are rude and wont help. I understand the COVD19, but this is way before this all happened. They are just plain rude there!!! My RX says this place and this phone number yet they have no record of it but we have the RX box with there info as well on it!!! They are just rude ladies!! Like I dont get it!!!

Very friendly and professional. I was able to get fitted for glasses and contacts with no trouble. They helped me navigate with my insurance and pick out new frames. Everyone was really helpful and nice, Im really glad to have gone there.

I bought a pair of glasses, the end of thearm fell off numerous times, which they normal. The lens had popped out numerous times, which they have done nothing about and now out is stripped. Save your time and money and stay far far away!
