From the time I entered the office, until I left, I was with wonderful people!!!! The staff was very friendly!!!! I felt like I’ve known them forever, even though we just met. I usually see Maggie who Ihink the.world of.She explains everything so you understand. A great eye doctor! Dr. Louis is also a blessing when I have to see him. I also met their son today who is just as caring as his parents . A very nice office staff.

This was our first visit to Dr. Mastrian for both of my children. We had an amazing experience with the Doctor and staff!! My kids loved coming here and Dr. Mastrian really is great with kids! She is so kind. Excellent place!!

Very professional and thorough. Everyone was very nice and helpful. All my questions were answered. Following Covid guidelines. Everything was sanitized and wiped down before use. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Mastrian Eyecare for years. Best of the best when we started there and they still dont miss a beat years later in excellent eye care, excellent staff and over all having excellent doctors. Getting excellent eyewear there is great as well! You would choose wisely to go to this place for eyecare.

Dr. Maggie Mastrian from the Mastrian EyeCARE really CARES!Would you risk to stop in a snowstorm in a dark isolated road for offering a ride to a complete stranger pedestrian? (And what if he is a foreigner?) Maggie did it just a day ago! -- I am 100% sure that a Good Samaritan with such attitude to other people will do EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE for her patients.---- the VERY THANKFUL complete stranger pedestrian.

21 Aug 2020 - Even during this COVID-19 event, Dr Lou and his staff were amazing!! Have no fear visiting this team when it comes to COVID-19. They have done everything in the best possible way to protect you. Of course Dr Lou and his team out did themselves in this challenging environment!! This time I arrived early before they had even opened, and had a work event I needed to be at quickly. So I took a chance and called in as directed with the COVID-19 procedures to see if it was possible to get in earlier. The receptionist answered, said she would check with Dr Lou and the staff to see if they could accommodate my request. Less than a minute later I received the call to come in and begin!! Now how often does a Drs office answer the phone before they are even open? End result, fantastic service, the job done right, and ALL did thier best to get things done correctly but still expedite me out!! And, I bought two pairs of glasses, which they are able to possibly offer you a discount on, depending on the company you buy from!! Again, a pleasant surprise!! My eye glasses professional is even checking to see if my current glasses lenses could be replaced under warranty as my appointment was impacted/delayed by COVID-19 which put me outside of the warranty window by only 2 weeks. Talk about super nice!! Obviously you can see the customer /client comes first in ALL situations and is because Dr Lou, sets and lives by example what he expects of his staff and from what I see, they are glad to be the same consumate professionals as Dr Lou is!!! Talk about thoroughly impressed today, just as I was with my first visit some 15 years ago!! Keep it up Dr Lou and the entire staff!! You are true professionals in all you do!!2019 - Dr. Lou is amazing!! Talk about someone who truly cares about his patients, takes the time to answer all of your questions and doesnt just rush you out the door like your on an assembly line!! Best doctor bar none!! See him now!! No pun intended!!
