My fiancé and I have never really had problem with sheets.... Even if its little things like napkins or sauce packets.... But when given liquified sour cream that has been sitting there for god know how long.... Yeah im not very happy.... Make sure your looking at they day dots before serving too a customer please.... And thank you....

Accused of stealing when I obviously bought it. One cashier rung me out no receipt, then walked away after giving change back, another walks in from the back saw me putting money in my wallet and I said I already paid for these Im just putting the change I got back in my wallet. Did you buy that and pointing to the only item thats on the counter that I already said I paid for. I left the item because I didnt want to deal with it at 1am.

Well stocked throughout. Beverage specials offer very good deals on most options in the cooler.

I ordered 35$ worth of food, of that I got a half a steak sub for myself. Everyone else’s food was fine. The bun on my sub was so hard it was like a crouton. I ordered the sub as untoasted because I like soft bread. They did not toast it as requested but the bread was very very stale and hard. It was inedible. I attempted to call before going back to the store to shorten my wait time. I called 4 times and let it ring until I got a busy signal. No one answered. Going back to the store to attempt to get a new sub.

Its sheetz idk what else to say other than be safe out there

I ONLY give this Location 3 stars because though the staff is Very friendly and courteous, but with the large sum of money I spend there EVERY DAY/WEEK Im HIGHLY Dissapointed they STOPPED selling 2 Liters of A&W rootbeer and NEVER Have enough 20 oz in stock either.. i Have Bought Them OUT Literally every week. And STILL dont order more 20 oz since they Stopped carrying the 2 liters.. they sold well.. i know because I always bought them out of the 2 liters as a well!! I Dont Prefer to go somewhere else like speedway but I have no choice 😒.

I ordered a club sub without lettuce and it had lettuce put on it and when I tried to get it made right the manager was not interested in helping instead she was rude and disrespectful

Very disappointed!! I always give a place a few chances before writing a review. When ordering make sure all your food is there. They like to leave out food, at first I thought well it was busy but tonight it was not busy and they still forgot to give me one of my food items.On a good note everyone there is very nice!

They have the best coffee and very respected employees there and wow their food is awesome too.

Friendly staff in a newly renovated, well stocked store. Gas selection, in addition to the normal 87, 89 and 93 octanes now includes an 88 and E85 option. 4/5 stars as I purchased a car wash which is virtually ineffective: buggy glitch residue on windshield was still there and running a finger over the rear glass was covered in dirt. The post-wash drying left the windshield soaked.

Quick drinks. But they mess up your order every time because they do to many orders at once very in unorganized when it comes to making food. Go to the other one.

I shop at my local sheetz in New Castle daily and while in Hermitage I figured well let me stop at Sheetz to get gas. I came into the counter and one of their regulars right behind me the cashier (Ashley) chose to take care of the man behind me. When I gave her a look like what...never said a word to her and she said to me he was there first. I said I didnt see how if he was behind me. He then paid, I asked for my gas and started to leave she then began to tell customers and laugh. Now I said nothing went and got my gas proceeded to leave. I feel like this one employee made the entire store look bad. Had I not been such a frequent customer of the Union Sheetz, I probably wouldnt go back to ANY Sheetz because of how I was treated in the Hermitage Sheetz

Greatest gas station by far!!

Stopped and ordered an Italian wrap. I asked for shredded cheese and didnt get it. Got jalpenios on it which makes me sick. Tried calling for about an hour and got no answer, which is bad business ethics.

I got a burrito and it was ice cold like they took it out the fridge and wrapped and sold it to me. I tried to call them to complain 6 times I called and no answer.
