So, first off I read other reviews and a few state that Stephanie was very helpful and amazing which has me thinking that it was just a bad day for her today. She had a little bit of attitude with me and my mom. She wasnt very helpful when I asked her if she could write down the pricing of possible new plan. Im not sure what was said between my mom and her since it was over the phone she went into the back room to talk to my mom which I thought was weird.I came back later after I decided to just do the replacement phone since I had insurance. Jesse was the one mainly helping me with that part. He was very helpful and kind. He guided me through each step. Once, I did all the steps to getting my replacement phone I asked about the sim card if I can come in once my phone gets delivered if they could put my old sim card in the new phone for me and she suggested I just use an earring to take it out. I tried that tonight which I was not successful with. It seems a bit odd to not offer to help do that and suggest to use an earring to get a sim card out. I never had that going to any AT&T store where they refuse to help and sugguest an earring to get a sim card out. I guess I will be going to the Tri-Cities from now on.

Went into office to have 3g phone activated and no one waited on me and after an hour I left-waste of time, do not use ATT for anything....

Most expensive phone service Ive ever had. Good coverage, but the bill I get for 2 phones with UNLIMITED service gets higher every month. Its ridiculous to pay more money every month for the same service you got the previous month. Save yourself the hassle I have and find a carrier that wont cheat you.

Stephanie was super amazing!! She was able to get everything done within an hour!! And shipped my phones with zero issues! And I was super shocked at how low my bill is!!

Christina and Stephanie have been the BEST employees that I have had contact with in the at and t store in Hermiston. They go above and beyond to help each customer and they will do what’s needed to solve a customer’s problem or issue.I have never had such amazing customer service!Every business should be as lucky to have employees like them!’n

These people moved heaven and earth to get my service working. One of their internet merchandisers lied to us and messed up the order. They worked on our account for over an hour.

Me: Are there any hidden fees?Associate: only a 30 dollar activation fee plus a month of service at 65 dollars and insurance on the phone at 15 dollars a month.Me: heres 30 dollars for the activation fee and 30 dollars towards the upcoming bill. My next upcoming bill should be 50 dollars, correct?Associate: yes sir that is correct.My bill was $100 with plenty of hidden fees. Snakes.

Really loved the fast and informed service here! I talked with Herlinda on the phone the day before and she answered all my questions. I was able to upgrade to the best phone for my needs and it took only an hour to get back out the door.

Called the day before to ask what time store would be open I was informed at 11am. Waited until 11:15am and store was still not open dont understand why it was closed when I asked and was told it would be open.

They were busy and they were doing some remodeling in the front

Oscar was very very nice! And really understood my issue and didn’t push me away like other stores in the Kennewick area I drove a extra 30 mins cause the manger inside the mall pretty much told me figure it out on my own, and the store on Columbia center blvd was never nice to me Oscar and his other peers are so welcoming and they gave me crazy deals for “Black Friday” STILL GOING ON UNTIL 12/05/19 go seeeee them!!!!!!!

People in store are nice. But at&t sucks. Avoid them at all costs. Do not think about switching to at&t. The company has the worst customer service ever. And will screw you over.

So I called ahead about a trade in the guy I spoke to told me to bring in the rest I owed and he would help.. I get there to find out he cant take cash I live in heppner he said if I drove back out there he could help me when I got back so I drove all the way back and back to Hermiston so I could get my phone and just to find out he couldnt help us still.. wasted my gas and time been a member for 3 years or more...

I have never had such bad experience like I did with Shaana. She has no knowledge of the plans going on and she is the store manager! Save yourself the hassle, do not go to this store. She WILL get you into a plan that no longer exists and then later after all is said and done and you are holding your new phone she will let you know that she messed up and that plan is no longer available..... and now you will have to pay more a month. But dont ask her to do the right thing, she will tell you that she doesnt want to be thrown under the bus. Talk about poor work ethics.. Just dont go to that store. Seriously.... helpin ya out. Maybe just stick with Verizon... they are MUCH better.

WE are VERY happy with the service and knowledge of the Hermiston Oregon store. We will definitely go back in the future. Its REALLY nice NOT to have to drive 40 miles across the river to the Tri Cities for a store
