Dont get a phone or service through this store! When I got my phone, sales person said I needed insurance before she would sell me a phone; she said that this would drop after a few months if I no longer wanted insurance. It never did. According to Boost, insurance is always optional and its not necessary for service. Ive been reimbursed for the insurance and Boost is looking into the issue.
