This place is the best. The staff is amazing and super friendly. My daughter has been going here for two years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else again. The selection of eyeglasses is great. The office is beautiful. Everyone that works here is always smiling and so knowledgeable. I’m so grateful to have them for all my optometry needs.

Dr. Flood is wonderful. Very kind and explains everything. Office seems disorganized. Even though I had called the Hendersonville office for my appointment they had me down for the Lebanon office. They did see me in Hendersonville but I got 2 texts stating that I had missed my appointment and needed to reschedule. I had to call the office to get that to stop. Hopefully, they will do better in the future.

We loved the providers, but…Cynthia, the woman who sized and orders frames was less than pleasant. I ran to the ladies room while she had my 11 year old trying on frames for the first time. Even though my daughter had not selected frames, Cynthia submitted a purchase for glasses and frames without ever speaking to me, the parent (and the bank). This is bad business and she knows it. She’s super pushy and doesn’t listen AT ALL. Thankfully I figured it out before I left or we’d have submitted to insurance for a set of $400 frames. My whole family of 8 sees them, but after a handful of weird experiences with Cynthia, we’re all moving on to a different practice.

Don’t neglect your eyes! Everyone at OPT takes great care to see that you get the best eyes you can get!

Customer service is the best. Multiple issues with my sun glasses, they fixed it all with out cost to me. They really did not have to do that. Got all my optimetric business from now on. This was my first visit to this office. What a great experience! The staff was very courteous, and professional. The moment I walked in the door, I knew this wasnt your average, typical, eyeglass place!. A warm, friendly atmosphere surrounded by knowledgeable, yes I said knowledgeable employees! The most thorough examination Ive had on my eyes in years, and to top it off, the Dr explained my vision challenges in detail. I couldnt have asked for a better visit. Thanks guys for showing what true customer satisfaction is!

Dr. Khussbu Patel is unprofessional. Also, the optician seemed a little too forceful on me wanting to buy glasses. I took a picture of the frames and the size of the glasses and she immediately said that if I buy them online they’re fake. The credibility of someone in her position to say that definitely made me not trust her. I ended up not getting glasses and asked for a copy of my prescription. Her demeanor changed the moment I didn’t buy any glasses. As I got a copy of my prescription I noticed a lot was off. I was in my car and compared my new rx to my curent rx back in 11/2020 and it showed that I didn’t have astigmatism in one my eyes anymore. I was surprised Dr. Patel didn’t even mention that to me as I would assume that’s def something new seeing as how I’ve been having astigmatism for the past 6 years. During the exam she mentioned that my other eye hasn’t changed, which was great but when I saw the new rx it didn’t reflect what she said to the new written rx. I couldn’t drive home because something didn’t sit well with me so I came back in the office/store and wanted clarification to these new rx. Dr. Patel didn’t bother to see me or explain herself so instead she told the receptionist to explain to me why my new prescription looked completely off compared to my current one. The receptionist and the optician told me that my current rx was written by an opthmalogist while Dr. Patel is an OD so they write differently from one another. I showed them my previous doctors title and she too is an OD just like Dr. Patel. The optician immediately said “your old eye doctor must have worked in the military.” Really? That’s your reasoning? That makes no sense to me. Dr. Patel’s lack of effectively communicating with me in regards to my concerns about my new prescription is unprofessional. I, too, am in the medical field and to be talked and treated this way is very disappointing. I do not recommend coming to this office or at least seeing Dr. Khussbu Patel.

Had to wait 53 minutes past my appointment time. I had waited along time previously, so I called before my appointment to see if they were running on schedule, but no one answered the phone or responded to my email. Once I saw the optometrist, she was very efficient and came up with a good plan to help.

I love coming here for my eye exam. The staff is super nice and professional and Dr. Durocher is wonderful!!! Highly recommended!!!

Place is way too expensive. I got a contact exam and paid just about 3 times as much as my wife did somewhere else and to make it even better never did get my prescription right. So I wasted my insurance claim on contacts that aren’t right.

I Saw Dr. Johnson. He was great! He knows his stuff. Was very impressed. Courteous, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. 5 stars for the doctor!

This office is probably one of the best optometrists Ive ever been to. I got actual information when it came to my vision not just in and out with a pat on my head. I first ordered glasses, and they came back for some reason awful. They were able to provide some feedback, and allowed me to pick another pair. They fixed the situation immediately with great customer service! I will never go anywhere else!

I dont normally leave reviews but I was so pleased with this place. Dr. Harris was so kind and patient with all 3 of my kids during their appts. The ladies at the front were sweet. Just and overall great place.

My experience at Dr. Harris’s office was great!! I am a new patient and everyone was so kind! They were able to give me an appointment the same day. Try had a cancellation and called me to see if I wanted to come in earlier. Dr. Harris is very thorough! He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure that I understood the information. I felt very welcomed! Even though I am a new patient. I would and will recommend this office to others!!!!

All the staff was so nice, patient and helpful. They explained everything on my level and It helped me understand the steps I need to take for better vision. Most places just say the glasses look good, but they took time to look at my face and show me the few they felt would work. Probably the best experience Ive ever had during a doctors visit.

This office is open every other Saturday. At my first scheduled appointment, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my schedule appointment time with zero updates on the long wait. After I asked, they told me they were running behind. When they still hadnt taken me back after an hour after my scheduled time, I left as I have 2 small kids. I wasnt planning on being gone that long and my youngest needed to nurse. I rescheduled my appointment for 8am a few Saturdays later thinking they couldnt possibly be running late at 8am. Wrong. Their key wouldnt work so none of them (nurse nor optometrist) could get in the building and we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes while someone brought another key.Used to be a good business when it was Carney Optical. Not now.

I have visited Optometic Physicians twice now, both times taking my grandkids.The receptionist we so friendly. Doctor Johnson is the kindest person and really knows how to make your kids comfortable.

Excellent service. Greated at the front deskpromptly and efficiently. Dr. Durocher and his staff does a great job insuring you specific needs are met. I have been going to Dr. Durocher since he opened his office in Hendersonville. I have always been pleasedwith with the service i receive.

Great doctor and friendly staff! My only complaint would be their time management. I had appointment scheduled for 2:30, arrived at 2:15 to complete the needed paperwork, but wasn’t seen by the doctor until 3:30. I had a basic eye exam, picked out frames and didn’t leave the office until 4:30, not including dilation. I recommend this office, but just be prepared to spend several hours at your appointment.

So I was just suppose to pick up my new glasses and I have been having an eye issue. They got me right in to make sure I wasn’t having an infection. Very nice and kind people with great service!!

I have been pleased with the doctor and the treatment I received until my last visit. I left my frames to have a lens replaced. I called to make sure they were ready for pick up and was told yes theyre ready. After driving there I waited 30 minutes only to find out they werent ready and it would be another week. I hope this was an isolated incident because I do like the staff but they should communicate better in the future.

My regular glasses were scratched. They got me in quickly ordered new glasses that took less than a week to get. I went back and had sunglasses put in my old frames. Very nice and profesional, not cheap but worth it.

I am very pleased with my new correctives lenses. The frames are very light and stylish. Angie was so kind and patient with me, and I appreciate that very much. Actually everyone was nice and tried to help me since I am needy when it comes to glasses. I have to use titanium, or something with no nickel & the frames need to be very light since I have had extensive surgery in the left side of my nose due to a motor vehicle accident. ( not my fault ) Anyway, I do love my new glasses, they meet all my needs!

Dr. Durocher and his team have changed my life. Good eyesight and eye comfort is critical to healthy, happy, daily living for me. I am a very near sighted contact lens wearer that has struggled for years with eye/contact lens discomfort. Dr. Durocher was patient, understanding, considerate and genuinely motivated to improve my optical experience.To his credit, he also diagnosed a contact lens allergic reaction that went undiagnosed for years by several other top tier optometrists. I have been wearing glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years and have experienced my fair share of optometrists. Dr. Durocher is head and shoulders above the rest. No physician/patient experience matches the one I experienced with Dr. Durocher and his team. I cant thank them enough but I will try. Thank You Dr. Durocher!

Dr. Durocher and his staff were amazing! This was my first visit to their office and they made me feel at home. The technician and doctor talked me through every step of my exam, and the optician went over my prescription leaving me with no questions. I have found my new eye doctor and recommend everyone try them out.

I saw Dr. Peveler to have my eyes examined and was extremely satisfied on how thorough he was. He also took his time explaining what he would be doing and why. His office staff was very courteous and also professional. All in all my experience was pleasant and I left feeling very confident that I had received excellent care.

My 3 children were all seen on the same day by Amy who was the nicest optician we have seen over the years. All the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this opticians.

Dr. Sickman is amazing. I have 2 year old daughter and Dr. Sickman was so fun and playful with her. She was also patient and kind. She did a really thorough exam and made sure she my concerns where heard and understood.

Everyone at the office made me feel such at ease. It was my first time going to the eye doctor and everyone took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, Dr. Durocher especially. I recommend Dr. Durocher to everyone.
