We needed a hard drive upgrade for our 5 year old computer my teens use. For one reasonable fixed price we replaced the old hard drive with a screaming fast 1TB SSD drive and its like having a totally newer, faster computer for only $250. Their service was great and I had the machine back in less than 12 hours. They are professional, friendly, super knowledgeable and honest. My 14-year-old is quite happy!

My iPhone suffered some water damage, and I was concerned I had lost everything. I brought it to Bob, who was amazing at explaining to me what the issues were, that using rice to dry it out doesnt work, and explaining what the possibilities were moving forward. He was very clear on the price up front, as well as how long it would take. I dropped it off over lunch, and by the end of the day, my phone was back up and running, and for less than he had initially quoted. Went to another place batteries plus they didnt not have the screen in stock said they would call me next day letting me know when they could get it never got call back, so went to CPR cell phone and they could get what I needed and have phone fix in 2 days due to delivery of screen 2 day delivery called me when they said and did a awesome job.....great costumer experience....

They werent able to fix my problem, but very informative and helpful nonetheless.

Very knowledgeable staff, I wasnt able to figure out a connectivity issueI was having for my controllers. The team at CPR knew excalty what was wrong and was able to resolve the issue in a couple hours.

I had a Zagg warranty replacement exchange and the guys were great. I had no idea they were a local warranty center. That’s very convent. They explained how the process worked and got me in and out in less than 10 mins. They have a really nice selection of cases and screen protectors to fit watches, phones, tablets and computers. And they repair screens of all sizes too. It’s nice to know we have a local place in Hendersonville that can take care of all of those needs.

I have been to the Hendersonville location twice now to have my screen protector replaced and can say the staff is excellent! They are exceptionally knowledgable and both visits they have done great work replacing my protectors. I have been to Verizon where they have done sloppy work and the CPR guys have replaced the protectors with no air bubbles and in perfect alignment. Ill definately use them for any future repairs and appreciate their care.

Drove from 90 miles away to get a charger port replaced in a Samsung phone because they said they had the part and could do it. Sat around for 4 hours while they worked on the phone, then they said the motherboard was bad. I left with a phone that was doing absolutely nothing and decided to stop at a Verizon store if they could do a factory reset. They did and the phone came to life.... bit now the microphone doesnt work. Every other feature is fine, even charges and holds a charge, but the mic is dead. A black eye for CPR. They should have tried a factory reset before opening the phone up which then cause another issue. $90 wasted, time wasted. Sure wouldnt give them a try again.
