I went to multiple places an was refused service to have a screen replaced on one of my phones. All these places had excuse after excuse on why they couldnt replace it. I called jeff i think it was not to sure cause im horrible at remembering names but at any rate he was quick to say he could replace it no problem an thats exactly what he did. The parts were there when he said they would be an was repaired in the time frame he gave me and the phone was good as new when he was done an i have had zero issues. This will be my go to place for all of my phone repair needs bc the service and knowledge here is absolutely top notch. If you need honest, fast and quality phone repair then this is definitely the go to place and the prices are more than fair!

Two stars because they do have great customer service, but my phone is still broken. I broke my screen about a month ago, and they replaced it quickly for a great price. However, there was one portion of the screen that simply would not respond and therefore made it incredibly difficult to use. They let me ship the phone back for them to fix, again, and a week later it started having the same issue. Big waste of time and money because I still have to fix my phone.

This place it theeee place for cell repair. He could have took us for $200 to replace my PixelXL screen but he realized the screen was fine, and that a wire and contact was disconnected! $45 later I have a phone like new!! Two absolutely awesome guys made my day and I want everyone to know about their integrity. My phone screen suddenly went blank. Tried everything I knew to get it to work without success. Have always had exceptional service from ISmash at the outlet Mall so I took my phone there. Chris immediately let me know a new screen was needed. He honestly informed me that he could not get the screen replacement in the timeframe I needed. Despirate, I asked if he could recommend any other phone repair business that could possibly help me. I couldn’t possibly say enough about the times they’ve saved my a_ _,, from the unforgiving prices charged by certain phone manufacturers for repair service. I even took phone still under warranty instead of going to company, because of time manufacturer would of had me w/o phone. They know their stuff!! They don’t know more than manufacturers of phone, but almost guaranteed they know more than Junior representing company in kiosk at mall. I went to get my iphone x screen fixed because it was cracked. when i got my phone back my face id didn’t work, 3d touch was finicky, and i could no longer turn on true tone. sometimes when i touched the screen it was not responsive. i dropped my phone a second time soon after onto the pavement which usually would just crack the screen but all the LEDs were messed up and i couldn’t even see my phone screen. before this experience i had an iphone 6s that i got repaired there and now the screen on it is not responsive at all. not quality repair, don’t waste your money.

Called them at 9:30 this morning, was there at 10am and they immediately got started changing my charging port on my IPhone 6 Plus. For some reason the one he installed didnt work, so he went and pulled one out of another phone for me to make sure I left with a working phone. Great prices on services and products, super friendly place and easy to have a conversation with all while hes getting work done. Highly recommend this place.

A couple days ago I bought an i phone from Peak Wireless because Jeff previously helped me out with problems on old phone at no charge. While I was waiting to have data transferred to my new phone I witnessed Jeff do the same for an elderly couple. It was a simple fix and took seconds for him, but he could have just as easily had them leave it there for an hour or two and charged them thirty or forty dollars. This shows me he has integrity.

The replacement screen I got for my phone is very poor quality. Now I have to get a replacement for my replacement screen.(UPDATE) NOV. 6 2020The replacement screen on my phone is starting to peel off on the bottom right corner. Unless they want to fix that for me for free, this is what I think about that place. 👎👎

Very satisfied. Replaced the screen to my sons Iphone in an hour. We discovered later that the tiny connections for the camera/flashlight were inadvertently interrupted. When we brought it to their attention, they IMMEDIATELY got to work and restored the camera/flashlight, no charges, no questions asked.

For several months my cracked Google Pixel has been working very poorly. I thought I let too much rain get to it or something. I would make selections on the phone and hear the click sound several times and have random applications open up, etc. One more recent drop put it over the edge and the phone had no display period.I called every phone repair shop in Asheville and Hendersonville. Peak Wireless was the only shop in town that had my replacement screen on hand, ready to fix it the same day. (A three year old phone) Every other shop had me waiting a week. Peak Wireless physically searched for my replacement screen while I was on the line and later fixed my phone that same afternoon.My phone is now working 100% good as new.Thanks Peak Wireless. Called for a quote on a new screen for an LG3...95 dollars. Went the very next day, dropped off phone went back an hour later to pick up he then told me that he had sold the new one the night before and he had to put on used one. Still charged me 95 dollars. I was just happy to get my phone back. So I paid it...still cheaper, I thought, than taking it somewhere else. It worked for almost 3 weeks. Went back...he said that he would replace with a brand new screen for only 25 dollars...not a bad deal I thought. Went back after an hour and he said something was wrong with the pixels and he had to fix...so another hour and he hands it to me and tells me that it is fixed except there is one spot on screen that is brighter than the rest. I told him just to take it off. He does not know what he is doing on all phone brands. BEWARE

Peak Wireless replaced the screen in my iPad. The service was quick and the installation was flawless.Several weeks later, I was having a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. I brought it in to get the port replaced, but instead they were able to clean it out. They could have installed a new port, charged me for the service and Id have had no idea.Great to work with a skilled, honest business!

What a wonderful place! They have batteries for old cell phones; Im talking about Samsung 5 which are probably considered ancient by now. My wifes iPhone would not charge.Charger was good. I cleaned the charging port and still did not help. Wife took iPhone to Verizon for them to check out. After about 30 minutes she was told they did not know what was wrong with phone and she needed to buy new phone. I took her phone to Peak, they, in less than two minutes told me it needed a battery. After just a little bit battery was replaced for $40.00. I would highly recommend Peak Wireless.

I had taken my phone to several places when a dead android showed up on screen after dropping phone and was told it was a software issue; that I had lost all data and it could not be recovered and phone was not fixable and would need new phone. My service provider mentioned that someone had told him about Peak Wireless that they did phone repairs and could try them as last resort. Peak Wireless looked at my phone and within minutes thought they could repair it wirhout losing data and it was a hardware issue not software. The volume button was sticking causing it get stuck in the mode it was in and not be able to boot up properly. I was told to come back in 45 minutes. They were able to fix it by replacing parts for only $30. Geek Squad had told me if I sent it in to data recovery it would cost $1500. Peak Wireless staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend them for any phone repairs at such reasonable cost and superior expertise.

The screen wasn’t in right and it also wouldn’t let me use 3D Touch on my iPhone I was very unsatisfied so I had to go to staples which was wonderful

Wow is the first word that come to mind! Had to make a day trip to Hendersonville nc for a Dr appointment and had several hours to kill while their. My IPhone 5 had a battery that was going bad pushing up my screen causing it to separate due to the battery swelling. My IPad gen 4 had a badly cracked screen and a home button that was not functioning anymore. I called these guys and spoke with a young lady that was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spoke with the tech and i was told to bring them in and they would get me done by the end of the day. Called at 4:00 and both were finished as promised and total bill was 165.00 for a new battery for iphone and a new screen for ipad plus home button repair. All looked new and worked perfectly. So very encouraging to find a business that does what it says and take pride in doing a great job! Custome Service I believe its called and really hard to get anymore. Great job at a more than fair price:)
