Joe went above and beyond to accommodate me and help me get the top replaced on my convertible. They were able to install it within a day after the part arrived. Reasonable prices and great customer service. Highly recommend coming to either this location or Nashville. Great results!

So have always had a good experience with this company until friday February 5th, We dropped my sons car off and specifically asked for the Viper DS4 Remote start system because ibhad already bought the two way lcd remote. well when we picked the car up they had put a cheper system in the car without even calling and asking and charged the same price as for the one i requested. the only option the salman gave me in the end was we can take it out, but i couldnt wait because my son had to be back to school that night. So basically this place should have called me and let me know the ds4 wouldnt wire up in my car and they didnt. just beware. I have the ds4 in my 2003 civic and works just fine, .

Price is way too high for installation and not friendly on the phone at all makes me not want to spend my money with this place

Pre-covid i made an appointment to get my windows tinted & i arrived there for them to tell me my appointment had been booked wrong and that they could “try to fit me in”.... ended up having to leave my car overnight there (i feel like i was taken advantage of because i’m a young girl) & anyways i picked up my car the next day and got home and looked over it.... there is dog hair between my tint and the window, bubbles everywhere. just embarrassing for me...i was so excited :(

I had the viper remote start with lcd installed here at the beginning of summer and they did an amazing job, no loose wires, no problems with the remote start, and they did a great job of where they installed the unit. I highly recommend street sounds, they have a great and friendly staff, and they really help explain options when choosing what you want. Definitely a great place to go.

Got me in quickly. The guy at the counter was very helpful. Happy with my experience.The only complaint I have would be when I picked up my car- the window was not cleaned after- while driving toward the sun I couldn’t see from all the smudges. They did offer to clean it when I called to asked what was safe to use to clean it.Update: have to go back for warranty work. Didn’t get me in as quick but did get me in moderately quick, I guess. Work was completed at no cost. Much better. When I picked it up the second time it was clean as it should have been.

Have always had a great service here, though the last visit ran into some issues. I think they have more work than they can handle right now. Maybe due to Covid closing Best Buys installation service? Ill give them a pass on this one and hope they can do better next go around. Their actual work remains very good just a bit of an issue on scheduling, follow up, and getting the work completed within a reasonable timeframe after dropping off vehicle.

I just had a couple amps and a sub installed in my Nissan Rogue Sport. Much respect to Nick and the rest of the staff for the hoops they had to jump thru to deliver a superior sound. Nothing less than perfect. Thanks guys! I will definitely be back to continue my sound quest.

Highly Recommended!I took my car up to them because of some issues I was having with my system. They did a free diagnostic and luckily it was something simple. They charged barley anything and had me in and out of there very quickly! Very satisfied!!

Had a drop-down tv installed. Process was easy and the boss personally dropped me off at my home so I didn’t have to wait. Great experience.Fast forward 8 months, the module ends up going bad and I was waiting at the installation shop before it opened. They got me right in and replaced the unit without question. These guys work for your business and deserve it. Very happy.

Propably the best choice for audio and electronics in the Nashville area. They have the best prices by far and are always on time if not early finishing the job. I’ve had two trucks done by them and I’ve never seen a wire or cable inside the cab. Awesome work!

Over the phone, I asked how long it would take to complete the work and he was spot on when he said an hour and 30 minutes. The technician who did the tint work was excellent. The technician at the front desk was welcoming and professional. He explained the maintenance for the tint going forward. Street sounds is by far the best electronics place to go in Tennessee I have had taken 4 of my cars to them put in 3 flipdown tvs in different cars a system and a Alarm and remote start on my car yesterday but they are never pushy at all won’t just try to sell you something just to sell it you know you tell them what you want and they will figure out whatever works best for you and your budget I have been a customer since around 2011 and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone they was even gonna give me a loaner car to go to work so they could work on my car that just shows how much they are willing to go out of there way to help there customers I really appreciate all the techs and everyone that has worked on my cars I know this is a long review but they are great place and well deserved thanks NiCK and crew y’all get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All day long
