I had a great service experience at Henderson County Automotive yesterday. I needed a few things done at, more or less, the last minute before going out of town. I received fast and timely service from a very courteous staff. This visit met with the same level of satisfaction that I had experienced on my previous visits. I can recommend, without hesitation and in good conscience, Henderson County to anyone who wants a vehicle properly repaired the first time.

These guys are awesome I have a Mustang GT, had to have a clutch they did perfect. I have enjoyed these guys fixing my car, I replaced my clutch with a better one and Tony and Ravi are awesome, a great family dinner business. They have done several things on my car. Im very happy with them. They Do Not give a 10 % discount dont know why that person who said that would do such a thing.THERES NO SIGNS POSTED THAT SAYS DO. I GIVE THESE GUYS A 5 STAR RATING. This is by far the best shop to take your car to for any kind of work. They have better prices than every where else i have ever taken my car to (i called and got quotes from other shops to compare). It is a family owned business and these guys treat you like family. They have done a ton of work on my car over the past year and have my car running better than when i bought it.

I needed a new alternator and although they didn’t get the part until closing time, they stayed late and worked on my car anyway. They did a great job, I’ve had no problems at all with the alternator. On top of that, after some miscommunication, the owner contacted us personally and got everything sorted out. He was understanding and friendly, and I’m very grateful for the effort they put into getting my car fixed. I will definitely be going back for any more car issues!

A family run business that treats the customer like family! They not only take time to listen to your automotive (or motorcycle!) needs or problems, they take time to get to know you as a person. HCA mechanics discuss the work they performed and their prices are very, very good. I was very impressed with all aspects of their business. I know theyll get my business in the future and I most strongly recommend them for all your automotive and motorcycle needs.

Highly recommend! I was visiting Hendersonville from out of state when my brakes went. Mike quickly assessed the problem and fixed my brakes in one day. I am so lucky I found him, he was so helpful and clearly explained the problem and the repairs. Mike is honest and trustworthy, he even saved me money by re-using parts that werent worn out yet. He treated me with the same respect and care he would give to his sister or mother. I cant recommend him and Henderson County Automotive enough. Thank you Mike for such great service!

I have been dealing with this shop for over a year. I ended up taking my car to a different shop I paid a lot of money to get my car fixed and it still wasnt fixed. I called henderson county auto and the owner said bring it let me look at it. He found the issue no problems. They are #1 for sure I never have the Hassle of not getting a call back or anything they are friendly and very professional do not go anywhere else take your vehicle anywhere else. The owner is awesome best people around!

I have always had fantastic service. I like a mechanic that will take you out to the car and show you the issue. I have recommended all of my friends there and they love it as well. Now if he would just sell me that cutlass in the garage...lol

As a quarterback in this region, I didnt have a mechanic until now. Had a noisy brake issue the gentlemen fixed while respecting my frugality. Be prepared for a bit of eccentric humor while waiting. Also got some advice on my hobby car problem. No problem recommending this shop.

Had several electrical problems with our vehicle that no one could figure out. Made a appointment bought the vehicle in and what took other shops months to try to figure out they had it fix in hours. Expecting to pay a lot for electrical short we didnt. Straight out the most honest and straightforward shop ive been to.

We were passing thru the area on the highway and blew a hole in our radiator on Friday night at 5:00. Our tow truck driver recommended coming here and called ahead to make sure they could wait for us! We are so glad he did! Very friendly and patient with all of our questions! Excellent service with no complaints or up charge for being so late on a Friday night. The owner said he would want someone to do it for his family traveling, so he is always sure to do the same! Awesome service! By 8:00 we were back on the road! Can not say enough about them! Hendersonville has a real gem here!

BUYER BEWARE.absolutely the biggest scam artists in Henderson County. I got nothing but lie after lie after lie from them. After I finally exposed all the lies, then came the excuses. Karma has a way of fixing these things though.

I broke the inside door handle on my car and was in a store mailing a package. I just happened to ask a young man if he could recommend an auto mechanic in the area. He said Henderson County Auto. I googled it, and drove straight over. A father and son duo was in there, very nice, personable and said that they would check the door to see what was wrong. The son came right back and said that a little piece had broken and that he could fix it right then. He did and it only cost me $50.00 and any other place could have charged me a lot more. The son even showed me the broken piece. If something goes wrong with my car, a call WILL be made to this father/son duo from here on out. VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

Try another shop. Nice enough people, but Id recommend getting a quote in writing, or you might get the ol bait and switch. You can look at my reviews and see that I rarely leave a poor review for anyone, so I dont do this lightly.

Okay so this might be lengthy but its going to take the wind out of those bs 1 star sails. First off, Ms.Worley down there says they have a sign that reads Rate 5 star for a discount. Completely false. I have had 3 BMWs so needless to say Ive been to the shop plenty of times and not ONCE have I ever seen this sign. Trust me Im all about a discount so Id had made one long before this if it was there. Second is both these people talking about a bait-n-switch tactic. Never in my life have I met more honest mechanics. These guys will literally show you how much the part costs, and can give you an approximate time of labor. You have to understand there are things that are unforseen that can extend this time. These guys are fair, and will give you the straight up truth whether its something you want to hear or not. Theyll explain things to you, point you in the right direction without trying to upsell you like most other places, and probably some of the most certified and educated people Ive ever met when it come to automobiles. Ill put it like this, even if I moved an hour away, Id STILL travel the distance to go to their shop

BEST MECHANIC IN TOWN. Ragu (the owner) completely saved me and my car in a matter of one day. For the past month I have been having car trouble at a different mechanic across town, and it seemed like not only was my car not getting fixed but it was getting worse. So I got a referral to Henderson County Automotive and called Ragu at 9:30 AM in desperate need of a repair, he told me to come right in. Even though I did not have an appointment and my car was going to take all day he promised to take care of me. He got the full warranty repair back on my car so it cost me $0 and he bought me lunch and let me use his wifi while I waited in the office. I also got to see how he treated the rest of his clients while I sat in the office all day, and every person that came in seemed like family. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone in town.

While traveling home from vacation I ran through the remains of a wreck on I26 and picked up something in my tire. Expecting everything to be closed I looked for an auto parts store to pick up a plug kit to get home. I drove by and found this place with the owner standing out front getting ready to lock up. He was nice enough to stay over and repair my tire to get me and my family back on the road.

I was at my whits end on a brake job i was doing had a brake line busted even though they were very busy and almost closing they took time to help me at a price that was so affordable i cant say enough about this business i would recommend them to anyone if your vehicle needs work do yourself a favor and bring it here
