I made an appointment online and checked in online when I was getting out of my car. I walked in and was addressed immediately and then turned in the old part that wasnt working.. I waited just a few minutes to see another customer service person who gave me the new part and set me on my way. Less than 5 minutes. Great great service!
Your customer service is the worst thing on planet earth. I called to get my phone unlocked. I was told on the phone I could have the code with an hour. 3 hours later on the phone he says well we will have to submit a form and you will get it in 24 hours. That could have been done in 10 minutes. Also I put my Sim in a different phone and asked to have that phone as my main device on my account. The Agent deactivates my Sim card and I couldnt text back because guess what. He ended my service. The customer service is going to be the death of this company.
I dont know why the bills are so high. I dont know why there is no location for Goodlettsville. One employee saw me walking in with the boxes and did not help open the door. But the Assistant Mgr (she) was helpful and friendly.
I found the staff helpful. The wait was a little long but the environment was clean and well maintained.My ONLY OBJECTION was that the handicap parking was a little inconvenient to the store entrance. This OBJECTION is NOT the fault of Xfinity. The handicap parking location is determined by the owners of the mall where Xfinity is located.
Went to this store to turn in some equipment and the clerk was very nice, didnt take but a minute, my kind of service!

Worst customer service in the business. Had a defective phone under warranty. Sent it to them, they charged me for the defective phone and wouldnt even send it back to me even though I paid for it. They are thieves. Stay away.
Comcast Xfinity is a little on the pricey side, but its well worth it. We never have any issues with our service working. The only time we have any issue is when we are behind on the bill, but they will work with you and they will let you go 2 months with no payment before they cut the service off!!! So they are good in my book!!!!
Amazing Customer Service!!! I went here to add mobile service plan and was in and out with the two phones I wanted activated and ready to go within 15 mins. Employees were super nice, helpful with porting numbers over, and they did not give me a hard time when I didn’t have everything ready to get signed up. Thank You

Had a issue with new phone less than three weeks old. Jim the associate said to me, we had a update and I have a $1500 phone and my does that. Thats nice Jim but when your update causes issues I dont pay for that. Sorry nothing we can do. Well lets get a manger. The comes out and says to me, you want to cancel your phone. I wouldnt let these people walk my dog.
Comcast in general is a complete rip off and they wasted my time 4 times going back and forth trying to make them do what I was requesting which was simply turn some boxes off. This was supposed to make my bill go down but now I have less rooms and less channels for more money. Its pathetic my cable bill is almost double my water and electric combined but I have people who depend on the internet in my home and someone that means a lot to me watched the cable cause streaming is to complicated. If you can find another provider go there but thats another area that give them the power is cause they are about the only game in town. Basically Comcast sucks.

Comicast is way too expensive and is always finding new obscure charges and consistently raises the price. Look at your bill every month - had to call them every month to keep them from charging me for my personally owned cable modem. I recently moved and had the pleasure of cancelling my service at this store. Took about 2 hours and they were as helpful as a porcupine. My best advice to comicast - keep paying your lobbyists and representatives so you can continue to keep competition out..

Went to purchase a router when I was told that purchase couldnt be completed due to insufficient funds. Of course this alerted me and I started checking my bank accounts. After handing Elvis 3 different cards, all of which were declining, I asked if there may be something wrong on his end, to my surprise the rest of the staff insisted there was nothing wrong and were insanely rude. I checked with the bank and now have proof the reason for the declines, almost a dozen times was because he was putting a hendersonville zipcode for my card. I do not live in hendersonville. But that has been my general experience, they can be emphatically wrong about something, as stupid inputting the wrong zipcode and then blame it on the customer lol.
Set up new Xfinity mobile account, knowledgeable staff. Took less than an hour to set up 2 lines with new phones.
I like their service and their people are all nice and all that but Ive been having a problem with my system for 2 years now and we cant get it taken care of for some reason and I keep paying the same amount every month even though Im not getting a service that Im paying for

I recently switched to xfinity from my previous TV and internet provider because I was hopeful for better service than the other. It is. Now, today, I went into this store for the first time to do some equipment swaps. Long story short, the service I received from Nick and Mary Lou (?) was excellent!! They both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and so pleasant to work with! Thank you both for reinforcing what a great decision it was to switch to Xfinity!!
The young lady who helped me yesterday was so patient. I left three times and every time I came back she was ready to help. Her personality calmed me down and I really appreciate the conversation we had.

Forced customers to wear masks, regardless of customers underlying illness, regardless that there is NO Mask mandates! Eva and Marquita were extremely rude, disrespectful, and down right hostile. This is the 2nd time weve had to go to the store bc website couldnt upgrade a phone, then website couldnt switch a previous phone, however both times we have been discriminated against and treated with hostility.

Courteous, eager to help. The store is clean and well organized. They practice great covid precautions. Easy and fast in and out. I really was impressed. I didnt hear the man who was checking me in and instead of being rude or pushy he was kind and patient. That really meant a lot to me.

The store is nice and clean. However, the wait was very long to return or buy items. You must wait in the car due to covid if too many customers. Also, if you are returning modem routers you can do this at the UPS store. KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER per store instructions.
Beyond the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Kudos to Elvis for maintaining his professionalism in a trying environment. The little curly headed boy up front was too worried about texting to be helpful. He was rude, made remarks under his breath that the whole lobby could hear. Decidedly uncaring. Ive started looking at other companies and will be changing over. This was absurd. And that rude person was the icing on the cake. I would never treat someone so rudely and uncaringly as he did.
My 80 year old father went in to pay his bill and was told they do not accept payments on Saturday and that he would have to come back on Monday. SERIOUSLY!!! In a world where people are missing payments, youre going to refuse his. WOW!!

If I wanted to call and speak with someone in India I would have called the main number. Its absurd you cannot speak to a person that actually works in Hendersonville store!!! ****BUYER BEWARE**** I cancelled service with this company 6 months ago. All equipment is paid in full, however they continue to bill me month after month. No details on what theyre billing me for, no customer service rep seems to understand why Im being billed, and no one seems to be able to stop it. Im sure there are others, and will keep my eye out for the class act lawsuit that will follow.

The mask mandate is over! Refused to help me unless I wore a mask. This seems like discrimination to me. Maybe the employees should wear two or more if they are that worried about it.
Lady greeting me was very rude and not helpful!The only reason i went to the Store was because i was told to go by customer service and that it should just be real quick! After two trips I was able to resolve by phone and because of the horrible experience customer service by phone overnighted my equipment and waived all charges! I will never go in this store again!On a side note the rude lady in the store was also worried about Covid however she was not wearing her mask properly and not standing behind the plexiglass or 6ft away during the check in process
Drove out here and arrived at 11:00 am. All posted hours states it is open at 9:00 am. Waste of time. Do better. Several of us called and only got computer responses that werent helpful. No one has a problem with it being closed for whatever reason, but I do have a problem with incorrect information that can easily and quickly be updated cuz of you know, technology. Something you are supposed to be good at. Comcast stay failing. Unfortunately there arent any comparable options. They keep an L.

I no longer have Xfinity service, but I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at this store while returning my equipment. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ironically, returning my equipment was by far the best interaction Ive had with Xfinity customer service. If this level of customer service extended throughout the culture of the company, I wouldve kept my service.

This experience was terrible went In tonight to set up service it is Friday night and had a sitter for our kids so absolutely a great night to go. Sat in the store for an hour one sales rep was tied up with a translator which naturally takes more time. The one other(why they only had two on a Friday night I’ll never know) was having a full blown conversation with the people he was helping instead of finishing the sale and helping the other 10 people waiting!!! It’s ridiculous we went in 2/7/20!! Absolutely ridiculous and unfortunately I’ll have to come back closest one too me.. but it’s highly unacceptable!!

If you have a choice, dont chose Comcast or AT&T. They will mess up everything you get. Charge you for services you dont want or ask to have. Add or increase fees with no warning. Increase your monthly base price even with a contract in place. Automatically extend or change your contract with no notice or need for new approval from you. All of this is in their fine print, they just dont share it. The people working the stores are very nice and friendly, but the company is an absolute nightmare and corrupt as they come.
Not only is their internet the worst but their customer service is awful. It took me 2 weeks worth of calling to get ahold of someone to speak to them about them raising our bill and our internet cutting in and out. The representative I spoke with told me that in order to cancel the service then it would be one price and then when they withdraws it they charged me $20 more than what the lady said. I definetly do not recommend this company.
I went to this store to return a box. Well it took the girl forever .She was suppose to take the charge off of my next Comcast bill.I received my bill this month and it was still on there. I finally got in touch with Comcast billing after 2 days and talked to them and they took the charge off of the bill.This girl at this office doesnt know what she is doing.She assured me she took it off but it didnt happen here.Next time I will get it in writing before I leave the store.Not good customer service.

This company puts you in contracts by lying and hiding the details in the lengthy contract agreement nobody reads through and accidently accepts. Do not do business with Xfinity EVER.
I really appreciate how you are greeted at the moment you enter and the waiting is not long, and the service is there to help you the best way they can, and also you are greeted with a clean and technical atmosphere just wish they are more affordable for lower income people you can only wish lol.

I walk into this particular store at 10:05 AM with my modem that was malfunctioning. I was greeted warmly by an employee, was asked why I was there, I explained my problem, she took my old modem tagged it and placed it in a bin. I was then handed a new modem, signed for it and was ready to go by 10:11 AM. 6 minutes!, That is unheard of. I asked to use the bathroom, which is behind a key pad locked door. I did my thing, washed up and was surprised that she was waiting at the entry door holding it open for me.I could not of been more pleased with the service at this location. If you need their service, best time is when I went on a Wednesday, because it couldnt be better then the service I received, I hope this helps.
Nice staff always willing to help. Some are more knowledgeable than others but that does not lessen their enthusiasm to assist. I wish there was another store closer to me but its not so far away that i dread going if i have to.

READ THIS TO SAVE YOURSELF! Xfinity Mobile is the worst carrier to go with. I purchased an iPhone X from Xfinity, they put a activation lock on all of their devices. I have now been on the phone with Xfinity for a week. I have had no expert help when calling. If you go with this carrier for your phone, good luck. Xfinity has not resolved my issue. I am highly dissatisfied and will never do business with Xfinity or Comcast ever again. I would advise the same for anyone interested in Xfinity. I now have a useless iPhone X that I paid for. DO NOT USE XFINITY!

I was very pleased with the experience with her and the other reps there. Definitely go see her if youre looking for an honest and top-notch person to take care of you! Manager argued with me about my box being wireless or not. When I kept saying I didnt know if it was or not. The other employees were very pleasant.
I recently got services with them and was told that my installation fee would be waived. Called several times for the fee to be taken off my bill but instead they suspend my services & tell me that it wasn’t true that the installation fee would be waived. I told them that I wanted to cancel my services, instead they try to give me MORE channels to choose from for 3 month free. I even gave them the specific name of the customer service representative that had given me the promise & still was told that I owe them the full amount. They give out promises so that you would get the services and then tell you that you can not get the promise. I would not recommend this internet service because they are not true to their word and all they want is money. People don’t have $200+ to pay for services that are not a necessity. Thank you but no thank you. I will be canceling my services with them.
