I contacted Melanie prior to getting my oil changed at the Hendersonville location to make sure they had the filter for my car. She assured me she had everything in stock for the oil change. The next afternoon, I stopped in on my way home from work to get my oil changed. Melanie and the team were efficient, tentative, and courteous. They had everything in stock as Melanie indicated and my oil change went smoothly and quickly. Thank you to a great team.

I was greeted today by Tamaurice when I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and what oil would perform best in my truck. He was kind, generous, and always wore a bright smile on his face. I would absolutely recommend this business if you’re needing any quick repairs or fluids changed in your vehicle. When you come in be sure you show Tamaurice some love. Just an awesome experience!

Signed up for an appointment for a tire change and an oil change online a week in advance. When I showed up I was informed that they did not have the tires, they would have to order them, but they could sign me up for a Thursday appointment. She then put in the order to have the tires transferred (they knew I was coming, they knew which exact tires I wanted, but they waited until I got there a week later to put in the transfer??) Showed up that Thursday, then when actually looking at my truck (they did not deign to do this the first time) they said that my wheels were not stock, they would have to order new wheels to go with the tires. And that if I wanted tires to go with those wheels...I could google which tires to go with those wheels...So the tire professional...instructed me to go to google...to do their job?Told them no thank you, and asked if I could just get. the oil change. They then decided to look at my truck to see what oil it needed...surprise, they did not carry that kind of oil. Even though this was the second time I was there? And they knew the make/model/trim of the truck and the time they would need the oil? And then informed me that since its such a big boy truck they would have to add more oil than the standard (Im guessing here their standard would be for a prius or something, because all trucks in this make/model/trim take the same amount of oil) and that there would be a surcharge. Special oil, extra of it, all added up to a $115 oil change. Just generally not a fan of my experience.

The people here seem genuinely interested in helping customers. Went there for a CarMax warranty repair. Turns out it was an internal engine issue that was beyond their scope of repairs. They were totally upfront about the issue, and made recommendations for a fix. And they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. They easily could have. 1st class shop.

I prefer to do my own Maintenance on my vehicles; however, there are times where I prefer to have someone else do it. In regards to oil changes it’s hard to find a legitimate, friendly, fast, honest place these days. I have gone to this place a few times already for both of our vehicles. This place is usually fast, friendly, and efficient. Today didn’t start that great today for us personally; however, when we arrived Tamaurice was very friendly with a smile and very helpful. This place does a quick overlook on your car during the process to recommend different maintenance areas. All while you never leave your car and they do it in front of you. There was a mishap today during the process but it actually it was very minor that it actually was very funny. It made for great mood changer for us. The oil cap was dropped and they couldn’t reach for it so several techs came to try and get it. It was hilarious and made our day. They were very apologetic but I didn’t mind the entertainment. Alonzo assisted Tamaurice and he was also very friendly and informative. This location is so far my go to oil change spot. You are usually in and out within 10 minutes or less. If there is a line then obviously it’ll take a little longer. But for each vehicle it’s usually 10 minutes or less. The oil change prices are one of the better priced in the area for the service you get. My tires are in need of replacement and they had already seen it and printed out a price estimate to get it replaced. However I usually take care of that on my own and else where. Their prices on tires are on the high side. But then again they probably only quoted the high end tires. If there was one thing to make this place better it would be to add a camera of the undercarriage where they drain and put a new filter on. They could put the video feed on the monitor that sits outside your window where they show ads. It would solidify a reassurance that it’s properly done. After all there are a lot of places and mechanics that do their customers wrong. Overall it’s definitely a place I would recommend.

The staff at this business and location are great and very helpful! My dealership said I needed a bunch of different things done for the mileage I was at and they checked me out and let me know what I actually needed done. Tamaurice and the team was very helpful!!!

Stopped in after getting off work about 20min ago to have one of my tires looked at because it’s got a slow leak & id like to know if it’s something I can easily fix on my own to save a chunk of change or if it’s something that’d need to be done in a shop. Door was locked & shop doors were wide open with 3 customer vehicles sitting in it. Not a single employee was in sight even though the hours clearly state they’re open until 6pm Mon-Fri. Apparently no one here has the common decency to leave a sign on the door to let customers know when they’ll be back from lunch or whatever it may be that’s left the entire store completely empty witch customers vehicles out in the open. I came to this location before to get an inspection done shortly after purchasing my car & to get new rear tires around the same time as I did today & had no issue being seen to have my car taken care of.

They helped me with my tire. I had a flat and thought I needed a plug. They took there time to check my tire found no hole sealed the seam anyways and charged me nothing. They were very friendly and helpful.

Went in for a normal routine oil change. 2 days later my suv would not start. I contacted the management team and they advised that I have it towed to them. That same day they noticed that the gentleman who did the oil change did not reinsert the air filter correctly causing the sensor to foul out. Not only did they repair the issue but were upfront and honest! Big thumbs up to the management team and staff! Thank you ! Blessing! 👍🙏😀

Awesome experience, just one thing, its really hot in the garage. Those guys do excellent work in very high temperatures. I dont think that at least a large floor fan would be out of the question and would improve their lives immensely.

It’s a good place, I always took my diesel there but I recently got a new truck. I pulled in and he said the cost for my oil change is $105. I asked what he said because that’s crazy high for a Chevy gas truck then he repeated it again. I paid it because I wouldn’t think their prices would be too far off from the dealer. I called the dealer and the price for my truck is $49 so apparently I was wrong in thinking they wouldn’t gouge. Hopefully they read this incase they didn’t have my price correct when they charged that much. I’ll head to the dealer next time since it’s half the cost.

I love this place! Caleb has great customer service. I’ve been bringing my cars here ever since they opened. They don’t try to pressure you into unnecessary upgrades to your service, and it’s fast and convenient. They also have a military discount.

Great techs. Melanie is excellent at giving details and helping with the best decision. She gives great confidence about auto care.Follow u[p visit 2/26/2021 :I had Express do about $3400 of work to my pickup truck including a complete brake job, alignment and full tune up. Recently the tires showed wear that led me to believe it was out of alignment, at the same time the engine idled roughly when started. I took it back to have them look it over for both alignment and engine tuning. I arrived about 11am and at 4pm I approached the tech who signed me in. He made a lot of excuses about the engine not getting cooled off enough to check it out. He never checked the alignment either, so I left. I believe paying that kind of money for work on my truck should deserve a degree of concern when I bring it back. Ridiculous to think that after 5 hours it basically had not been touched. Cannot recommend this store any further.

I have terrible anxiety about getting oil changes, and to add a new to me car on top of that really overwhelmed me. From the moment I pulled up Tamaurice made me feel comfortable and at ease. My experience was better than I could have imagined. He was incredibly sweet and thorough. I will definitely be coming back, hoping he is there to help.

Caleb was very professional and informative throughout the visit. He completed an oil change and checked all the lights on the car. They found a brake light to replace and also an oil leak that they could fix. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The only good thing is that I got to stay in my car and did not have to wait long and the service tech was curtious. I opted not to have my windshield wiper blades replaced when I was asked, but I did request to fill the wiper fluid since I knew it needed topping off. I was told they always make it a point to check. The very next day I needed to use the windshield fluid and it was completely empty. Thanks for checking.

Ok guys, really? I pulled in, was 2nd car in line. After a few minutes, I’m asked to back up and let a car in front on me, I figured, ok, they were here when I arrived. I end up sitting for 45 minutes waiting on a ‘10-minute oil-change’ and watch 3 cars come and go through the opposite bay. I was really hoping for a better 1st experience here, but you know what they say about 1st impressions. I’m hopeful that your staff is more tentative to future patrons.

I was shocked by how low the pricing came out and by the awesomeness of the employees! Walmart gets away with charging me $95 and having me wait hours, but I spent about 10min and $79 here.Caleb was super helpful and very knowledgeable! I will be back here for sure.

Such a positive experience I felt compelled to review! What stood out about Express Oil on my first visit was how professional and efficient they were. So much so, I came back a second time. Nick serviced my truck and did a phenomenal job! I’ve had this truck since March and he’s serviced both oil changes I’ve had. He remembered me, remembered my oil, and was more than helpful! I’ll definitely be back.

I went in for a standard oil change, and the first employee I interacted with let me know that I had a few issues and suggested a vehicle inspection. I got the inspection done, was notified that there was a lot of work to be done, and the second employee I talked to explained everything I needed fixed and why I needed it. Both of them were super nice and offered explanations on each topic! I got all the work done.There ended up being a freak accident that caused me to need more repairs, and Express refunded me for the amount of those repairs. They really went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and I was satisfied with their service. So thankful for their response - will definitely be coming back when I need my oil changed next! You guys rock!

Oh my gosh, we love this place! My husband and I are loyal customers here and they’re always transparent and so helpful. Our dog also approves, as he is fed treats while we’re waiting so he loves oil change day! We love Nick, and he does a great job!

Saturday, 3/6/2021, showed up for a full service oil change and got everything but! Filters werent checked, tire pressure wasnt checked, oil reset sensor wasnt reset even though all boxes were checked as being done. All this for the low price of $83.02. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Is it because I have out of state plates? Predators.

Today I came in for a minor repair, being elderly I anticipated a long wait but the young Marshall was very professional, polite, kind, informative and efficient. I was on my way to Firestone and decided to come here. I am glad I did. The visit was amazing and I will tell my family and friends where to go the next time they need a vehicle serviced.
