Been here three times now. Always a great experience. I had some questions about a new set of tires. I told them what features I was looking for, and the tires I had landed on through my research. They steered me twords a tire that better matched what I wanted, and was 30 percent cheaper.Thanks for all the help. See ya next service.

Great customer service!! The guys are fantastic, and their mascot, a brown lab, greets everyone who walks in. The absolutely best trained lab I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Yes, they were inundated with clients but secretly I think they all just wanted to visit with Luna. If only all businesses had such a great greeter!! Great job guys!!

He is wonderful! Courteous service regarding getting you checked in and settled into the really nice waiting area, youll see a gentleman named Daniel. Hes always ready to help get you checked in and settled while the technicians get your car to service it. There are always floorboard and seat protectors placed on the drivers seat so that your car can be moved without worry of getting dirt or grease in your vehicle, and they are removed when your service is completed prior to you getting your keys back. I know Ive only named two people who work here but please know that they are part of an amazing TEAM, all of which are capable and ready to help. You wont regret any visit you have to make here. BUT when you go, tell them Kim sent you!

Great customer service, quick turn around & quality work.

The service was much slower than normal, perhaps due to the number of customers wanting or needing their vehicles serviced. The waiting area was very dirty, which it has not been in the past. This tool may be due to the number of customers passing through the facility. The management personnel were very courteous, but the housekeeping reflected poorly on the facility. Plus, there was a puppy that had free reign to the waiting area, which could be a safety issue if it caused someone to trip or fall.

Would not recommend . Over pricy and they are known to take advantage of people who dont know any better. They dont give good advice and when I left my vehicle was not fixed after an all day sit in the lounge

Friendly but I will not be going back. Had gone there several months ago with my 2014 escape for an oil change .They were going to rotate tires .My car has some kind of special hub you have to be careful with .They broke one and stopped. Couldnt do the rotation. Needed an oil change so I decided to try again. I even mentioned this first trouble . Told them if they couldnt do it without breaking them to not do the rotation. Now I have 8 of them broken off. The bad thing they did not even tell me. I dont fell they have trained people since Steve Easler sold the dealership. I use to buy cars and have my service done here for years. Never again.

Nice place and regularly get the Works oil and filter change etc. You have a problem with your vehicle, describe it; technician will help. This is most of the time free. If they can beat price or not will let you know.
