I love my Aga stove! My experience with Mathew and chefs Cargo was outstanding

We ordered our AGA in March of 2018 and it arrived in July. Smooth process start to finish, despite not having any knowledge of when our cooker was going to arrive - I dont think that was Matts fault, though - apparently the AGA customer service communication is not great! Dont hesitate to order through him - he is trustworthy and can answer your questions. Our induction plate wasnt working when we installed our AGA, and Matt took care of that right away.

Matt helped us with our first and most beloved purchase for our new home- a 5-oven AGA. We use this for so much more than cooking! It dries winter snow clothes, dehydrates food, dehumidifies our mountain home, and cooks some delicious family meals, all day and night long. He was a patient, helpful guide when choosing what would be best for our budget and family. And even 5 years later, he’s still graciously offering helpful baking tips. Thank you, Matt, for your kind, wise guidance and for continuing to sell an amazing heirloom!

In the midst of remodeling our house we discovered that we were not able to reuse our gorgeous Aga stove & had no idea what to do with it. ChefCargo was amazing, we got a good price for it and our stove will be in a new home. Robert was super helpful and process was really easy. ChefCargo was a win-win for us!!

We bought a used AGA from ChefCargo and have loved it. It is over 20 years old but works wonderfully and it is in pristine condition. We have had questions answered promptly and professionally. Would work with them again in the future.

Worst experience. Matthew is a total CON ARTIST. Insisted on cash or check and now I know why. He sold us a 5k stove, assured us it was just inspected and in great though used condition. It arrived MONTHS after we sent payment, it was horribly packaged (and thus got damamged in transit), inside it was rusty, the cast iron cracked and the enamel was patchy also- its missing many parts, no knobs?! Oven racks?! We tried to refuse delivery and send it back and he would not accept or offer any money back at all, dodging all our calls and sending threatening emails.

We love our Bertazzoni cooktop and wall ovens! Matthew is very knowledgable and was helpful through the process of choosing the right appliances for our kitchen. We are very pleased with the outcome!

From the first contact with Chefcargo I knew we made the absolute perfect choice!! Purchased my new AGA from someone else and felt completely lost as to where should I begin. CHEFCARGO and his amazing wife helped w/suggesting places to stay as well as come to our home!! Phenomenal !Our first one-on-one class with them knocked it out of the ballpark. My husband and I were amazed at his hands on instruction, techniques, his amazing gift of cooking, baking, broiling, etc..We learned how to present a beautifully exquisite meal which was then eaten with heartfelt gratitude.CHEFCARGO makes it very easy to understand and answers all questions.
