Adam deserves a raise plus a bonus of some sort.Moving to a new house is a whole stress itself. But when you come across people like Adam, you dont have to put in extra work on yourself. Adam made it so easy to get every thing that my family and I needed in our new place. He took time to listen to my needs and what my concerns were and he made sure I got everything that I needed at an affordable price too. No matter what time of the day I attempt to contact Rent a Center no one can ever answer the phone. Ive called six time today starting at 11:00am and no answer. They dont have a problem adding late fees to my account when the payment isnt made in a timely fashion. I shouldnt have to pay a late fee if I cant ever get anyone to answer the phone so I can make my payments. Ice contacted the home office and the district manager, but nothing seems to be done. Never rent from them.

First of all horrible customer service. We promised new television and a new living room set. When it first got to our house the furniture was not even in plastic and second it was torn and scratches on the couches. The tv was not new. We were told that it was going to be replaced and it wasnt. When we finally got tired of them not doing anything to replace the our things, we told them to just come pick it up. The manager was completely verbal abusive and aggressive. Do not deal with these people. They will lie to you and abuse you. No lie!!! Horrible got to Aarons instead!

Nothing there customer service is the worse ever. Even they own employees hate going there. I was in the hospital for two weeks called and let them know and they came to my house twice a day everyday. And then asked did I wanna get something else from them.

This is the worst place to do business in town places a order online and got wrong product they call you on the day the payment is due unless your a man you cant go into store the sales clerk is unprofessional and rude shes all over the men walking in the store felt like I was no welcomed at all never seen customer service like this in my life shop else where!

I order a PS4 on a Tuesday and made my first payment then with a promise it would be delivered Friday at 6 when Friday 630 came with a no show I called and was told there forgot and on there way now and 10 minutes later a call back I get a call back saying there guys are over there hours and they come Saturday what happened to on time delivery when its setup 3 days before just because they forgot I have to wait til the next day
