Unbelievably poor customer serviceI went in to buy an item and was walked through the entire procedure as well as all the varieties of the items that I could purchase by the employee.When I got home I realized I had been sold the wrong item. Acoustic strings instead of electric stringsWhen I returned a few hours later to exchange. I was told there is no exchange since the package was open.So the customer service and selling me the item was poor as he sold me the wrong item. and the customer service in the exchange of the item they sold me (after a walk through step-by-step ) was also poor.In one day they went from finding a new customer to losing a new customer and as many other customers as I can possibly find to share the story with.They also claim to be affiliated with guitar center. So I will make sure they know as well.

What a great store. I wish I had gone here first. I went to guitar center first, and had to ask a random customer for help. Here they take time to help you and their prices are very similar to big stores. Don’t waste time, start here.

Went to the store to get my daughters violin string replaced and all the employees were very helpful. Jordan went step by step to show my daughter how to tune it and they tuned it for her and showed her how to tune it at home by herslf. They are very polite and courteous and know what they are doing and the manager help pick out a guitar for my youngest daughter and gave a lot of information about lessons and when the lessons are thank you all for that you guys do 😌

Tiffany was excellent! Greeted us with a smile and was helpful from the start. My daughters guitar needed the strings replaced. Ted was very knowledgeable about the different types of strings and recommended a pair for her. He also did an amazing job at putting the new strings on. They have my business!

Tiffany did amazing re-stringing my guitar, and was so nice along the way too. Even before the re-stringing, she has been so nice and helpful, always. The store itself too has a nice atmosphere which just feels inviting and welcoming. The instruments are high-quality, and the lessons are great (I assume). Beyond recommend.

Tiffany is a gem! My daughters flute needed a quick but urgent repair before her up and coming concert. Tiffany went way above and beyond to ensure we got her instrument back in plenty of time not only for the concert but also so my daughter had time to practice before hand. I called late on Wednesday evening, Tiffany made a phone call for me first thing in the morning to the repair shop, got back to me right away, took our instrument herself to the repair guy and had it back to me within a few short hours. She was not only professional, she was also sweet, caring and, understanding which seems to be hard to come by sometimes. Tiffany you are so appreciated. Thank you for making this experience awesome! We will only be having our instruments serviced here for now on.

This place is great! Ive never been too musical but now with my kids getting interested these guys are so helpful! From stringing guitars, piano lesson books, to 4th grade recorders and thier book Music and Arts is a perfect family and expert music shop.

This company and the manager of this store, Tiffany, are top notch and very professional. I had a disappointing experience when I first visited Music and Arts, however, after speaking to Tiffany, she took care of it and I left feeling very valued and respected and I definitely will be back.
