They have an immense amount of really cool lighting, some home furnishings and the staff is in my experience very attentive.

A big Thanks to Robert Fritz, manager and Robert the installer! They all went above and beyond the call of duty! The chandelier we ordered needed extensions, unfortunately the manufacturer did not include the necessary wiring to make the extensions usable. Robert identified a company that made the necessary wiring and the other Robert installed. We are thrilled with this!These Lamps Plus folks really know what they are doing and we want them to know WE APPRECIATE their efforts!

Lapped around the store a couple times no service was offered and no greeting. Girlfriend loved a lamp, but didnt get it because she says she will never buy from a place with such terrible customer service!

We were looking for new crystal bathroom lighting and a new mirror and this is the place to shop for those items as well as all sorts of lighting needs. Table lights, hanging lites, wall mounted lights and chandeliers.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. Nice clean and efficient store.

Denise R is an excellent salesperson. Knowledgeable, confident, and helpful without being a pest. Greatly varied inventory at reasonable prices. I recommend this facility for supplies and for fresh design ideas.

You need to go to fill out the experience sales people they have. They are professionals, not school kids trying to make a buck. If you want to have fine and nice things this is the place.

Excellent service. We showed up but didnt have face mask which are required to enter. An employee saw us walk up to the door then turn around to get back in the car. He kindly asked us if we would like a couple masks. After he finished loading another customers car he returned with two mask for us. They had an extremely wide selection of lamps and bulbs. Very pleasant atmosphere.

They had a really good sale going on when I went to buy a chandelier. Other times they can be a bit pricey but they have a big selection.

I bought 3 lights, one with a ceiling fan. Angela was friendly, helpful and patient as I made my selections. She explained everything I needed in detail. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. I also purchased the installation of these items since I dont know anyone who can do electrical work, so this review is for the purchase part only. Installation remains to be seen

Since backing off Amazon that sells a lot of fake products, exterior third-party sellers and has limited return window Ive been buying from brick-and-mortar storesagain. Lamps plus is excellent. You make a pay a little more but getting a better product. Plus you get to see touch and feel the item before purchasing. One item I had to order it was there the next day.

Lamps Plus has an incredible selection of really fine light fixtures for the home. The staff is commissioned, so they really want to help you to find the perfect light. The thing I love about Lamps Plus is the staff and customer service. If anything goes wrong or you are unhappy with your purchase, they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy.It doesnt get a 5 star rating, because it tends to be a little pricier than other retailers, but you can always ask them for a discount.

We purchased two ceiling fans with light fixtures from Lamps Plus. They have a large selection to choose from; different from the average fans in the DIY stores. The sales staff were friendly and helpful.The installer was a professional. We are happy with all aspects of our transactions with Lamps Plus in Henderson NV.

The store is beautiful, lots and lots of lighting, mirrors and furniture. However, the employees ignored customers. In all time I was in the store nobody ask if they could help. I have to look for someone to help me. Disappointed because their items are not cheap.

Have been here today for my first time,the customer service initially was pretty good and friendly trying help me choose the ceiling fans and other lamps but when it got near 6pm the manager start forcing me to pay so he could go away when I told I wasnt done he asked me to leave and come back another dayThing that for sure wont happen

They had the lighting we wanted, at a good price, with great sales people.

Went in looking for lamps as our apartment didnt provide much lighting. Lamps are reasonably priced, but a little out of our budget range. No one helped us or asked if we needed any assistance. A woman walked by who worked at the store, we made eye contact, but she just went to the front of the store and stood there taking with another employee. Very cold and unfriendly feeling. My husband and I left the store and went to Hobby Lobby-- better deals.

Found exactly what I was looking for and Robert, the store manager, couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. Bought lights for 3 bathrooms and a lamp for a night stand. Ill definitely be back for more.

I bought a ceiling fan for almost $200. The fan looks great, is very quiet, but it does not move any air whatsoever. I even held a piece of paper beneath it and it would not even move the paper. Granted the fan was on say for 50 percent off, maybe that is why it doesn’t work. But I don’t appreciate being ripped off like this. The specific fan was a 52 Casa Mirador White Ceiling Fan - Style # 9J484, with a light fixture.

Great place to find unusual lighting and Sans. But if you need replacement parts for your fan definitely go there.

I spent $700 on a light and a ceiling fan. I already had a relatively new ceiling fan up, so I asked the store if the installer could take the old one down and install it an another room. I was assured they would for an addl $150 fee. I s/w the installers to schedule an appointment and specifically asked would they be able to complete this task, they confirmed they would, they reiterated pricing and the appt was set.Fast forward to install date. The installer showed up on time and without prompting them explained that they couldnt install the old fan into a new room and could only install the new fan because they couldnt warrant it. Obviously they knew about it since I hadnt mentioned it yet. I told them I would waive any right to a warranty, because lets be serious, its just a ceiling fan. He was very forceful and not trying to hear it. So I had them install the new one only and to be fair they did a good, fast job as it appears so far.However, I just thought the whole ordeal felt a little disingenuous, so I wanted to let the manager know. I s/w Rob, he said hed call them and call me back. He did so in under 10 mins and he told me that the install mgr had one other customer to call and would call me shortly to hear my experience. I never heard back from him. My experience at the store was good, but undelivered promises done in a shady sort of way, dont sit well with me after spending so much, so I felt compelled to write this rvw.
