Beware this store #695 in Henderson Nevada added a lifetime battery without even asking, the clerk charged me 21.89 for 1 battery for my key fob and this battery only cost 2.50-5.00 shame on this store for doing this. I will go back and see if the manager will fix this. I will not return to this store I can’t trust to be honest.

Many great things about Batteries Plus Bulbs! The smart folks who work there, at least on our visits, have always proven to be well trained and ready to help customers in myriad ways. They have tons of great items that are hard to find anywhere. On more than one occasion we have needed two different items, that we otherwise would have had to get from two different places -- and we have been saved that runaround by being able to get everything from Batteries Plus Bulbs. Also, we really like the fact that used batteries can be brought back to the stores for proper disposal. This is so important for our environment, and not nearly enough businesses do this!

They replaced the cellphone battery i needed, but were underwhelming with their appointment process, product availability, and customer service. It felt like I had to do a lot of work and put up with some immature attitude to pay them to complete a service.Tips: call ahead to check availability for the part, and confirm the time the tech will be working on your desired date prior to setting the appointment online. If you do not, you kinda get the runaround because their computer system is not always accurate for parts in stock, and the techs can decide to knock out of work early... but they cant adjust your online appointments for you.

My local store was out of stock on the item I needed, had to drive across town to get the part, so what should have been a half hour turned into two, traffic, road construction, or destruction depending on how you look at it.

Husband ordered and paid online for a small pack of 2 batteries. I was in Henderson that day so he orders from the Sunset store and asked me to pick up. I received a call from an Asian sounding woman that my order was ready and I needed to present my ID and the credit card used to purchase the batteries. I told her my husband purchased online and paid online with his card and that I was not in possession of his card but I did have my ID. She told me that would be OK for me to show my ID when I picked up the order. When I got to the store I presented my ID and told him I was there to pick up my batteries. The clerk behind the counter looked at my ID and walked away with it and I found out he went and made a copy of it. I asked him why he was making a copy of my ID without telling me and he said that he had to do that to show that I picked up the battery order. With us making the order and paying for it online all they need to do is check my ID and have me sign for it. They did not need to take a copy of my drivers license for a pack of 2 little batteries! This is how identity theft happens and I sure as heck hope nothing happens with them having my driver license info. Because of this happening they have lost my business! I will not ever order from them again as I don’t see a need for them to have my personal information like that for 2 batteries!! I should have just ordered from Amazon!!‼️Edit‼️ The franchise owner reached out to me in reference to my concerns with the store taking a picture of my ID without my knowledge or consent. He has personally gone into the store and destroyed the copy of my ID so that there will not be any issues arising from this matter. Thank you Mr. Hughes for taking care of this and I will gladly order from your store again so long as this change continues for online order pick up. Thank you again!

I called ahead to Batteries Plus to find a battery (as I came out from work and had a dead battery). Batteries Plus had my battery in stock, at a fair price, and included installation. Store personnel were very professional and efficient. The manager explained the warranty. The installer did a professional job and even tried to save my radio stations. The gentleman told my wife and I we could go and get some dinner while he completed the install. I would definitely take my battery business back to the same store.

I got a car battery from them 30 months ago, it died because Las Vegas is crazy hot, and they honored the 36 month warranty. I just pulled the car in front and they swapped in a new one for me.

Bought a car battery for $214.came with a 3 yr warranty. 1 yr later battery has problems.stopped by the store the clerk pulled the battery out but put in a loaner battery..who does that a loaner..the clerk will let me know with in 24 hrs after he does there testing on the battery..

I needed a specialized battery for my car and Batteries Plus had it. And then, when I had a problem with the battery and took it to a different store location they fixed things with no problem. Also, on another occasion the sole working clerk spent over an hour to help me with a faulty fob problem. Overall Ive found their staff to be excellent to work with and recommend them whole heartedly!

I bought a car battery from Nick and he installed it in my 2013 Genesis in short order. It was a AGM totally maintenance free. I wanted a battery that I would never have to check the water level and that is what I bought. It was not inexpensive but compared to the price of the Genesis it was reasonably priced. It has a good free replacement warranty.

Being a regular customer at Battery Plus, I have to agree that this particular location has employees that put customers ahead of anything. Their attentiveness to the customers needs, whether in spending extra time looking to locate a merchandise or calling another store to verify the same, makes the store unique in comparison to any other I have visited.

I bought a 3-year Duracell car battery on-line and went to the Henderson NV store to have it put in. They called me that morning (which didnt thrill me, as I work nights) to let me know my order was ready. I went in and the battery was sitting there waiting for me. A nice, young gentleman rolled it out to my car on a cart and had it installed in about 10 minutes. I even had a bit of a hiccup not bringing the credit card with which the purchase was made with me, but they worked with me and we got past it. The battery was less expensive than all competitors, and on top of that has a $10 rebate. I feel confident in my purchase because there are numerous store locations should I have a problem.

Ordered on line. Received an email at 0930 that the battery was ready for pick up. Went to the store at 1600 only to be told it wasnt there yet and told that they always send the email saying it is ready whether it is or not. On the plus side they offered to have it sent to my house that evening but I declined and went the next day. Also had to return a 3rd time because they did not provide me the warranty info. Decent battery though at a decent price, if you factor out the 3 trips to the store.

Ive been a customer of this chain for many years the location I usually use closed so I used an alternate location off of Sunset my Mobility Scooter needed new batteries and I arrived at the store at approximately 11 a.m. they did nothing but give me the runaround for 4 hours all I ask him to do was change the batteries no less than 10 times they claimed that there was water in my battery which is interesting because my battery is never been there any water for all I know there could be water in the batteries and perhaps they were punctured and thats where it leads from but they were trying to convince me that my car had been broken into and maliciously sabotage the battery are these people on crack? The manager on duty was of no help at all and kept interrupting the process of the battery being changed by her associate he kept asking her to please let him do it but she kept interrupting I rate this particular store very low very ineffective communication sucks they are rude and incompetent

Everyone at the counter was busy taking in a cell phone or doing something other than helping folks, I had a preorder and it took me 30 minutes to get it picked up. It seemed like the store was understaffed. Add to that the fact that the Battery they sold me for my bike either wasnt charged or had an issue and was defective necessitating a return trip for an exchange? Kiddos, just sticking a voltmeter on a battery isnt a good way to test if it will handle a load. Well anyway, the personnel were polite and helpful, I think the store could use a bit more training though on how batteries work and maybe some sort of procedural changes so employees arent filling out long forms for cell phones at the counter?

Bought battery in March because a previous battery I bought went dead on me. Brought both in and they were completely clueless on what to do. The young man was nice but just didnt know why this why that etc. Then the manager Rose or Rosa came in and shes a horrible manager...telling someone on the phone if we dont answer its because were busy, then lady in store been waiting for a hour to get a battery swap and shes like Im a manager I dont do battery swaps, then she just kept giving me attitude asking did I ever use the batteries and why would I have this both batteries, I said ask the owner hes the one that helped me.Once this problem is fixed Ill never come here again unless Im dealing with the owner, just horrible experience.

Unbelievable. I brought back a product for not working properly and the staff acted like they had no interest what so ever in refunding my money. I insisted that the manager be consulted to find a solution to their screwup(closing the register before closing the business) and the best they could come up with was to mail a check. As if that level of incompetence could be trusted to follow through on a promise into the future. Learn how to run a business.

So disappointed in this business and the people who own it! I was in there from 11am to 5pm because they could t not fix my phone. The first visit was me dropping off my phone getting it back and the speaker not working. Went back droppped it off again got the speaker too work had some software issues took a couple hours but my phone worked finally got it back and my home button is raised but it’s raised up so much it possibly could cut my finger and it’s very annoying putting my thumb over a rough home button, which it wasn’t like that when i gave it to them, the guy working on my phone started an attitude which i get we are both tired of being there. He said he can’t fix it and that’s how it’s going to be. On top of all this i had my two toddlers there with me clearly ready to go home! I had to call my husband down to see if he could get the guy to fix my phone the proper way, but no luck! If my child hurts them self off this stupid home button i WILL sue. So sad how businesses are now a days! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I am so incredibly impressed with the service I received at Batteries Plus in Henderson! First, I had a ton of questions, on several different battery applications. I needed two boat batteries, two SeaDoo batteries, and an old car battery. Each of these applications needed specific batteries, and I wanted to peace of mind of getting the most reliable batteries for each machine. Dan, the owner of the store in Henderson, took not only the time to answer all of my concerns, but then, when I needed such specific batteries that they are not commonly stocked, he offered to deliver them personally to my home when they arrived from the warehouse! He even personally filled out the rebate forms and sent them in for me. I didnt have to do a thing! This is customer service at an incredible level. I used to buy all of my batteries from Sams or Costco, but BatteriesPlus sold me way better batteries for essentially the same cost. I got personalized service, got batteries that were exactly correct for each specific application, and received professional instructions on how to care for them to make them last well beyond their warranties. I cannot even begin to communicate how pleased I am with BatteriesPlus in Henderson! I wish I could give them more than five stars!

The worst customer service experience ever! I went in to get a battery for my watch and got ripped off! The manager Rosa is so rude she should be fired! They wouldnt put the battery in my watch, they sold it to me and said I need to put it in myself. Also, the battery package was open I didnt think this was a problem until later on. When I did put it in it didnt work. I took it back 3 days later. She didnt want to give me a refund because after 3pm you would have to put it back on a credit card. I paid in cash and said I donot have my card right now was waiting for a new one in the mail. So I came back on Monday before 3 pm. Ok so now when I went in, the 3rd time, she refused me a refund and said the battery was not a battery sold in her store. The guy who helped me before was new and I had to ask for my watch back and battery, he must have given me another used battery, not sold in the store. So Now I am out of $5.40, wasted my time on 3 days, Rosa was rude to me every time I came in. When I said I was going to go higher up to resolve my issue she and the red haired co worker said what ever. On your website it says 100% SATISFACTION GAURANTEED! Huh? not true. Stay away from this store, beware or you too will get ripped off!
