Do not order at this establishment. The workers here are completely rude and incompetent. I literally stood at the window for minutes and the representative ignored me. I saw multiple people look at me. When I knocked on the window they proceed to tell me I was the rude one and curse at me. When I called to speak to a manager, he proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong by knocking. The ice cream is good but don’t order from here. You deserve better. He even called me a derogatory term.

Delicious!! My milkshake was thick and the chocolate was just right. My husband got the peanut butter and chocolate milkshake and LOVED IT! If you are in the area you must stop by! Thanks ladies!!

Very simple three flavors strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. The strawberry is lightly flavored so don’t expect tones of flavor. The Banana split was excellent!

The ice cream was warm and waste of my time, kids was disappointed and I will not return unless their be some upgrades to the ice cream machine if I wanted an milk shake I wouldve ask for one

It was ok but it is in No Way what Freeze Maid was 25 years ago. The ice cream is decent for the price but the customer service wasnt very good. If you are local I would give it a try but if you are from out of town just find a Dairy Queen.

Omg this place is definitely recommended. I had the banana split. It was yummy. Pretty good prices as well. Quick service. 5 stars. I will be returning. 😊

If you are from Henderson then you are probably very familiar with this place and its reputation of having some of the best ice cream that you will find. I remember when it was in the old building just a short distance from its current location and people would be lined up in front of them windows constantly. Back then if you found yourself towards the back of the line then you were only just a few inches away from cars speeding by you on Norlina Rd. I think the ice cream was slightly better back then when it was at that location because people didn’t care if they got hit, as long as they got some freeze maid ice cream everything would be fine haha.

Why charge extra for toppings if I didnt actually get them on my sundae?? Due to Covid they are adding tops and bagging orders, so at first glance I could only see icecream and fudge on the top. Didnt find any caramel or the nuts I paid extra for. And I tipped....for what?? Overall great place but need to take better care to ensure orders are made correct and/or given to the right customer.

Not as good as the norm. Serving and areas well taken care of as to covid mandates but ice cream in cups just not worth the effort. Thanks to covid.

Not very commandeering,you can only order ice cream is if u r in a car. No walkers and only call in orders for 5 items or more. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Not very good at problem solving or accessibility

The ice cream is delicious as always! Due to the virus, you have to pull forward when directed to, then get out and place your order. But, I dont believe it takes too much longer than having to stand in a long line of customers.

We thought wed give this place a try as it was the top rated ice cream place in Henderson (according to Google reviews). It was a total waste of money. The building was very run down & dirty, there was no seating provided, no public restroom, & no sanitation rating was visible. There wasnt a long wait for our order, but the ice cream was terrible. Even my kids wouldnt eat it. Such a let down!

Ive been to Freeze Maid every year except when I was in the Military .Its an icon of Henderson History .Whoever owns it now has kept the product close to the same and the service is alright, but the outside areas of the property, including the building maintenance and busted up parking lot are shameful . Pitiful really
