Great communication from the time we picked out our granite to scheduling the measuring and then installation; very quick turnaround time. Top notch service and finished product. This company is as professional as you can get. Mike came out to measure and within 48 hours came back to install our granite counter tops. They do repairs, no job is too small...we had to add a floor cabinet to our kitchen after the kitchen was done and again excellent follow up, turn around. Highly recommend! We shopped several places and hands down the selection, price and turn around time can not be beat by anyone. These guys are TOP NOTCH!

Be prepared for the worst customer service. While the guys doing to actual work create a quality end result, the lady upfront does not call you when there are problems and does not honor the timeframe when your project will be completed. Extremely frustrating

I will say that we shopped around a lot for new countertops. The customer service we received was topnotch. From warehouse to installers this has been the most enjoyable part of my kitchen remodel. Pricing was superior. They worked with my time frame, hours, and I was treated with respect. Being a business owner I was beyond impressed. We will be back when we start our next project.

We reached out to TriLake due to the favorable reviews. We called in October to schedule a measurement for a bar counter. They had nothing for two weeks but assured us they could measure, get a template and have installed prior to Thanksgiving. We called the first week of Nov to make sure install before Thanksgiving would still work and Shannon confirmed availability for the install and would make sure she got all info needed at time of measurement. They measured last week but still no quote. I called today and Tina says she was scheduler and had no record - but Shannon would call back. I asked for a call back to confirm either way. No call. Lack of communication and over promising any time is poor customer service. When TriLake knew they had committed to install before a household of guests arrive - and don’t bother to call back - they demonstrated a different level of unprofessional behavior.

Excellent work and quick turnaround and installation. I would recommend them to anyone. Great people to deal with.
