I dont normally do reviews, but this one is positive. The process was smooth. Was told what to expect as far as a time line in which they finished faster then expected. They clean as they go. Any concerns that I had were addressed immediately doing small extra request along the way. My new cabinets and countertops look great.

We contracted with John to paint our cabinets, modify our island and install new quartz counter tops. We could not have been happier, they made the whole process painless and always arrived exactly when they said they would. The project was well sequenced and start to finish was one week. I would highly recommend them.

Painfully poor customer service. Poor quality. No calls when cabinet arrived. Contract stated delivery & installation included however had to negotiate to get 1 of 2 items delivered. Larger item delivered damaged with door missing. Wrong door reordered. When correct door ordered, no customer notification. Manager could care less. Will never use again.

Great place!

Hired West Coast cabinets to replace the damaged granite in my kitchen. Everything was fine until I paid my deposit than everything changed. I was told I would be contacted for someone to come out and install the new countertops and when that didnt happen I called them and was finally given an installation date. On the day of my Installation I was told by the installers the measurements for my countertops were wrong and they would only be installing the countertop for the kitchen island. I called the front office and was told someone would call me back because everyone was supposedly out of the office. When West Coast cabinets failed to contact me I called the owner who I felt was giving me the run around and not giving me a direct answer when I asked him when he expected the countertops to be in. I finally asked my brother in law to contact West Coast cabinets and he told me there not responding to his emails or phone calls. They are non responsive . They are playing games.

They laid my countertop over my cabinets with a 3 inch overhang that looks terrible. The owner swore that this was the way it was suppose to look. After speaking with the guy who actually did the work, they admitted that they measured it wrong. To make good, they agreed to do my small half bath downstairs with 1 cabinet for free as replacing the kitchen counter would be too expensive. They ultimately did not do this....do yourself a favor, pay 10% more somewhere else and receive quality work.

John and Joe are very professional and really care about their clients needs.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done.

West Coast cabinets are nice. However, they tore up my flooring and have yet to repair it. Beware!

When I started dealing with this company my location wasnt a issue. When I got their quote to have counter-tops done. They wouldnt stand by their quote and wanted to charge me $800.00 more only because of my location.
