My brother recommended C and M Garage Doors for a massive rebuild I was doing on my commercial building. I needed to add 4 17 foot doors and install dock equipment on 3 of them. Nick was great. He addressed all of our issues efficiently and courteously. My garage door stopped working. The wheels completely popped off. I thought we were going to have to buy a whole new door. I called C&M and they came over within 15 mins. The tech’s name was Nick. He completely fixed the door, and had it working better then before. The whole job was down in about 30 minutes.

Manuel showed up the day I called. Assessed the issue and arranged an appointment for the repairs. He kept me informed through the whole process and showed me how to perform maintenance on the door. He is reasonably priced. I would recommend him and his team.

I was in desperate need of some garage door parts today. The folks at C&M were may saviors. I spent 6 hours today calling other companies all over Vegas; being told they had the parts (but not one of the nine of them did when I drove across town to pick them up) or being refused retail sale of the parts. C&M had the parts in stock, and at a great price. Knowledgeable help, great service, and they have a couple awesome office dogs too!

We called c & m after we were having issues with our garage door not opening with the remotes. Manuel came out within a day or 2 of our call & was very professional. I explained the issue & he gave us 2 options of how to resolve it - install an external receiver or replace the motor entirely. Both were relatively affordable but he didn’t try & upsell the more expensive solution, which was the new motor. He thought installing the external receiver (cheaper solution) would be perfectly fine for resolving the issue we were having. Unfortunately, this resulted in some sort of cross wiring because over the next few days our garage door would open & close by itself! It was very upsetting & unsettling. Manuel came back out, no charge, to try & figure out what was causing this problem. Unfortunately, the repairs he did second time didn’t resolve the garage door issue of opening & closing by itself & I had to have a tech come out for a third time. This time the tech suggested we need the motor fully replaced (it was time for that anyhow as this was the original motor for the garage door which was about 10 years old). Kathy in the front office was able to give us credit back for the receiver & have the new motor we wanted (with a motion sencing light) installed within a week & a half of the original service call for a very reasonable price. They did right by us. Not a single issue with the new motor. Garage door now only open & closes with the remotes & the keypad! We are VERY happy customers & we will be recommending this company to friends & family.

Garage Doors can be difficult to buy. After much research, I chose C&M Garage Door Repair & Installation - Henderson and the whole process was terrific. The install team replaced my doors and openers today and I really could not be more impressed. Will hire them again.

The only reason this company recieves a five star is because the workers are professional and great at their craft. The owner treats his staff like dogs and has no respect for human decency. He cultivates and environment of mistrust and anger.

I backed my car into my closed garage door (I know, I know), and they had be back up and running the same morning I called.
