We are renting a home in Henderson and our garage door spring broken Saturday morning and we contacted our landlord. We put it in as emergency because our car is inside garage and we could not get it out. I received a call from American Veteran Garage Door Repair Monday around noon. I understand it was most likely my landlord did not send it over to them until Monday. The person on the phone said they can schedule me a time for Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there is anyway we could do this today since my car is still stuck in the garage. I was told Tuesday afternoon was earliest time available. Technician was on time and had all parts with him. Work was done fast and tested garage door also. After he left, he left a sticker next to the garage door opener and it stated SAME DAY SERVICE. My only complaint is the advertising same day service.
